They are fast but most of their team don’t put masks. Worries patient at covid time

I am just surprised on how carless healthcare is in Dubai! The only thing that this center delivered in was keeping me waiting.. the nurse was just chilling opposite of me for 20 minutes and then she decided the time was appropriate to preform a simple blood withdrawal.. which she failed in miserably. I sat on the chair told “nurse please be gentle. I am not a big fan of needles”. Mid withdrawal a fellow nurse of hers decides to open the door.. with no respect to the patient of course and proceeded to take her opinion on a matter and the nurse that was with me decides to ignore the needle in my hand, give me her back and reply to the other nurse’s concern.. my hand is now swollen because of her carelessness.This place needs proper management.. never setting a foot ever there again.Ps. My sonar doctor did a flawless job and answered all my concerns flawlessly.

Unnecessarily long wait for a simple x ray. No updates given.Very dirty imaging room, hair on the floor, gown was incorrect size.Nothing about the experience was good.

Receptionist Aradhana has no idea of how to treat Patients and has no courtesy as well as when asked of how much time my wife will take who was in mri. She replied rudely.Terrible person as a face of the clinic

I had the best experience at DCDC for my PRP treatment. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she put me at ease during my treatment. Also, the reception team is super friendly and assisted me from the start till the end. I highly recommend this clinic!

I have no complaints on the service provided but was extremely disappointed on the amount of precautions taken for covid 19. I walked into the place to have the receptionist talk on the phone with her mask down and then walk a little further to find the radiologist talk to us with her mask down. I politely asked them to wear their masks, however as caregivers it is their responsibility to ensure our safety.I was with 2 elder family members who are very high risk and I chose this center thinking it would be safe for them, but I am extremely upset that I exposed them. I really request you to please look into this and I am happy to speak to anyone if you need more details as this is for the safety of our community.

I visited this clinic on 24/12/2020.Clinic staff received me very respectful manner and Doctor treated me very well.I fully satisfied.This is very wonderful clinic.Doctor and reception staff treated patients very respectfull manner.

They sell session packages paid in advance, session last for max 7 min. And cost 600 AED , there is no refund of your money if you think these sessions are not helpful for you, for the remaining sessions.

Very rude reception staff. I gave them my Emirates id and insurance card when I reached, and they didnt give it back after my appointment. I forgot about it as well and searched for 2 days before calling them to check if they had it. They had it the whole time but did not bother to call and tell me...

Friendly staff, very clean, professional front desk secretary, overall good experience, oh and I got discount on the ultrasound which was satisfactory.

I got call today morning for make appointment for MRI scan . When asked my preference of timing she was murmuring shoo hadaa during the call please take care of those people.
