I have been visiting Aster business bay clinic for my maternity consultation and I have had a very positive experience.The doctor, admin manager and the nurses and extremely kind and helpful.Special mention to manager Shilpa who have also gone out of the way to help in difficult times to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable.Really appreciate this service as I always feel safe and at home because of them

Aster Clinic Business Bay is my local clinic and since going there I have found all the staff to be extremely courteous and professional. I had an issue where my insurance company was not approving a request and when I mentioned the issue to Mrs Shilpa Gre, she personally took ownership and was able to bring the outstanding issue to a satisfactory closure very quickly. As well as resolving the issue, she communicated with me on each step of the process. This was outstanding service and I have no hesitation in providing a 5 star rating.

Needed some physical therapy and the Aster Clinic at Business Bay exceeded my expectations. Professionally managed and certainly convenient, I was able to easily get appointments. My PT, Fidha Khalid, was the consummate professional. Knowledgeable and compassionate, she took excellent care of me and gave me the information I needed to continue self care. Denied 6 of us PCR tests for being Indian. We had called a day prior and the centre suggested us to walk in, when we did, people at the counter denied us the test, and on top, while we were figuring out an emergency situation coz we had to travel, they accepted another person for test, coz he was European ! Racism alert! So much for Aster Values!

Absolutely PATHETIC EXPERIENCE with so called Dr Keya Rahul The Gynaecologist at Aster.I was humiliated by the doctor even BEFORE my appointment Infront of other patients and staff. She shouted at me because I was 10 minutes late.I live 1 hour away from Business Bay and I was stuck in an insane traffic jam. Doctors need to be EMPATHETIC to patients! She was so pompous and rude. She wanted to leave but then decided to give me time. She kept telling me and the staff that she will just see me for 10 minutes!!! No thankyou - I left the clinic after informing the receptionist that I cant tolerate such RUDE DOCTORS.NEVER RECOMMENDING ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO COME TO THIS ABSURD CLINIC AND DR KEYA!!!!

What a great experience I had at Aster Clinic Busines Bay with Dr Sana. It isn’t very often you go to a dentist and nothing is uncomfortable. Dr Sana was extremely informative on what she was going to do. Everything was very clear before the procedure started. It wouldn’t be wrong of me to say her policy as a dentist is non invasive unless it’s needed. We recovered my original tooth with the right diagnosis and skillful treatment. Thank you Dr Sana and promise I will be careful next time. I also would like to emphasize that the clinic was spotless and the hygiene procedures were followed very carefully.

I want to express my thanks to Dr. Keya Rahul Shivadey (gynecologist). After examining my daughter and based on her height/weight/ and overall health condition, she was able to diagnose the fact that she may have a thyroid issue. This was an accurate diagnosis. Turns out her TSH levels were low. After two months of treatment she is doing much better. Thank you very much, Dr. Keya Rahul. God bless you.

I had a case of frozen shoulder and i was really in a lot of pain. I was waking up at 2 am because of this pain. Ms. Juwaira conducted my therapy sessions and I vastly improved. She was really hospitable, professional, empathetic and her methods were effective. They are one of the nicest medical staff I have encountered so far. They took care of me like family. I am giving five starts only because of Dr. Abedalrouf Fouad he is one of the best doctors in UAE, me and my family visiting him since 8 years he is one of the most capable and well experienced ever, because of him am sticking to aster business bay, but they have one of the worst staff ever it took them more than 1 month to get insurance approval for medical tests for liver, after a lot of following ups they told me call your insurance as they are not providing us with approval, after calling my insurance they justified there is nothing wrong from our end it’s the clinic staff and Insurance coordinator didn’t provide the correct medical indicators and reports in order for us to approve, after calling aster customer service a guy from aster business bay his name is Sharaf called me and apologized and solved the issue in 15 minutes. All what am saying Dr Abedalrouf is one of the best and am very thankful to him but unfortunately the staff in that clinic needs a lot to learn, as sometimes people health needs fast action.

I have done by PCR testing at sheikh zayed road day before yesterday and am still yet to receive results from Aster. I gave an email also yesterday but until now no response!!!! Hardly people picking even calls and same response saying that they will check and update but still no updates...Will someone respond after seeing this atleast?????

I went there general doctors gave me some medicines but pharmacy staff system is error I cant give medicine its take 3 hour this is a cheating because iam using my insurance card they dont want give my medicine this is not good

We consulted with gynaecologist Dr. Keya Rahul at Business Bay Clinic during my wifes pregnancy. I would say consulting with this Doctor was one of the best decisions we took. Incredibly knowledgeable, highly cordial and accurate diagnosis. Was helpful with various suggestions during covid times. Took right decisions during labor that helped for safe delivery. Couldnt ask for a better doctor.She was also helpful post delivery and assisted in consulting with neonatologist and pediatrician for our baby. Definitely, Dr. Keya Rahul is one of the best doctors I have come across in Dubai. Aster Clinic, Business Bay is fortunate to have her serving here.

I had very good experience with Consulting Physician Dr.Sana Shaheen (DENTISTRY). My treatments consisted of root canal treatment besides constructing the teeth. To be honest i was so much in pain that I couldnt wait for antibiotics treatment. She took me the day I admitted after my first visit. She is caring and performed her job with detail that all my anxiety was gone. I relied on her she knows what to be done, what you excatly need at that moment. The funny thing is my uncle, and other people in my family are dentist, so, I was exposed to dentist treatments earlier. But no one performed their job in detail and care like her. I am impressed...she is definetly the best. Who can sleep on dentists chair while the root canal operation is done? Well, I did :). I am looking forward to have my teeth cleaned by her soon. I strongly recommend her and wish her all the best...if you have to go through a root canal, you could not be in better hands.

Excellent, friendly service with the Physiotherapist. Had 10 sessions including electro and thermal therapy, with specific resistant exercises to improve muscle regeneration of two dislocated shoulders. Feeling stronger and pain has reduced. Highly recommended.

Visited Dr.Basim Bhat. Worst Doctor Ive seen so far. First time to visit a doctor seeing a patient for less than a minute. I was complaining cough and cold and been suffer a fever days ago. He was standing while talking to me. Very unprofessional. Obviously he was in a hurry (since I was his last patient that time) He didnt even checked my chest with stethoscope and check my throat ( since I was complaining cough and cold) He just prescribed me medication and sort of lab test, and then kalas, consultation done less than a minute. Likewise no one get back to me regarding my lab result. I havent received the result for more than a week until now, although I did a follow up many times!And this Doctor, I heard him, from her office, talking with someone over the phone, arguing why I was booked with him, as supposed I wasnt his last patient. dont let people heard like those words, especially from a doctor, its so awful for the patients (kinda racist) I booked with him because I need help but it was a waste of time .Im not used to comment or posting a review, but I think this may help others to prevent disappointments and unsatisfactions especially to sick people like me. I will never recommend him to others.

Brought my family here to do the PCR, after taking an appointment. If you want to spend your day at the clinic, waiting in line on the street, head over to Aster clinic. Service is SUPER slow. It literally took them 1 whole hour to process 10 people and that’s by photocopying a passport! After that, you wait again to get your sample taken. Zero stars if I could and not recommended at all. Besides, you wait in line for them to give you a form to fill, then again to submit the form, then to do the PCR, and after you’re done you wait again to pay! They also need to train their staff.

I came to Business Bay clinic for physiotherapy asI had five sessions . Dr. Juwairia Ejaz attended me. She is really good and I was very comfortable with her. My heel pain is almost gone and the exercises told by her are of great help,. I am really thankful to her

The pediatrician is good but the nurces dont let me to hold my baby on the lap during vaccination. The want him to be lying flat on the back. Its an unnecessary stress for a child

BAD EXPERMENT at ASTER CLINICtoday i have an appointment with Dr/Abdelraouf at Aster Medical business bay (2 P.M) it was very very tough day to me and most of patients on the clinic because there is like 3 sequential station it should be spent at least 20 minutes per station this is because the new system which is recently installed plus in the reception only one register called (Wasim) which make like 10 calls during my queuing compiling from the system delay . all the visitors of clinic are patient so itis too hard to spent all this time (65 minutes)because of this slow and bad systemTo be frank the only reason i continue with Aster the professional Dr/ Abdelraouf without him i will not visit business bay clinic at all .some times when i go to another hospital or clinics take only from (20-30) minutes .please investigate and solve this problem to continue as a good establishment .i hope next time find new system.Mohyeldin Mahmoud

Worst clinic ever. We pay 249dhs for the PCR/Corona test for 48hrs result however its not at what it seem. We did not receive the result in 54hrs 😡 worst ever services. Not to mention during our pay the cashier doesnt have small change also doesnt want to alert us by letting us waiting for 5min. Freaking terrible clinic

Sad to say they so not have pediatricians on duty.They must be assuming that the children population is negligible, hence there is no reason to have a pediatrician on duty.
