I’ve been to Right Health Clinic for a couple of times for my regular routine check up.The doctors are very accommodating with their patient’s needs. I find the staff very attentive and informative with your inquiries too.You may need to get an appointment prior to your preferred date so you may not need to wait for sometime for your turn but everything goes on smoothly and for your test results, the very next day you will get it.Overall, their services is good and recommendable.

Dr. Neena was very helpful, answers all my questions in detail and explained to me all what I need to know. Shes very kind and respectful to her patients. Overall, my experience with them was great. :)Also, nurses at the reception are very kind and helpful too. :)

Every time we visit Right Health we had pleasant experiences with notably Mr Jerome’s smile & professionalism and Dr Rose who has been great with her diagnosis and medical care . Very bad experience on a first visit. February 16, 2020 approximately 1pm. (Afternoon.)I came for check up and the moment I stepped in I asked if they provide sickleave certificate and the staff said yes. Wait for 10 to 15 minutes then finally asked to see the doctor( lady indian doctor). Asked me what happened and I said having fever and cold. Nurse came and said that I need sick leave certificate as well. She seemed very upset after hearing that insinuating her shift is almost over that she cant provide that only medical report. So why did I proceed in the first place for check up? 2nd, her bad approach towards a patient when I told I need sickleave, she was like it depends on your condition as well! So what now, she thinks Im faking my fever? She did not even ask for my history she just wanted to finish her shift n go. Being a type 1 diabetic and hospitalized few times Ive been to several hospitals in Dubai and first time I experienced a doctor whos not willing to extend her shift to attend to sick patient. Considering I just came for check up. She was even angry to the other staff saying he should have asked her first! Really? In front of patient you will scold the staff? Wow attitude overload!So upset that I had to waste my time I stood and left.These kind of doctors shouldnt be practicing. No patience and over the top attitude. Patients will be in danger. Never ever would come back. If I can complain to higher management I would do that too.
