Extremely poor management.. giving out tokens randomly.. many people behind us can go inside before us before their token timing is earlier!! Funny really funny so what’s the queue for????? Encourage public to take the vaccine??? But what u did?

I have been to this place on 14th Feb 2021 for my second dose of Sinopharm vaccine. separate line for families and ladies. Process is smooth although there was a crowd in the morning. They are handing out the tokens for the process at the gate. The process is as follows:1. Blood pressure check2. registration3. Administration of the vaccine4. Booking of an appointment for next dose in case applicable.Ensure to carry your Emirates ID.I would recommend to avoid weekends as too much of crowd.

Worst place ever, i have my second dose of covid vaccination and no one want to give it to me, they said only local are allowed so we are as residents are not human beings. Thats exactly what they mean, at the beginning they are begging for ppl to take the vaccine now they don’t even let us take our second dose. Thank you for showing us how much we mean in this country.

Went there for first dose of COVID-19 vaccine (Sinopharm Vero-cell vaccine). No prior appointment needed. The process was very smooth with a structured approach. Step 1 - check blood pressure, step 2 - registration with Emirates ID, step 3 - vaccination, step 4 - confirmation of the vaccine with date for the second dose. We were in and out in 65 minutes. Only families are allowed, social distancing and sanitizing facilities available. Get your dose, build immunity in the community and help stop the spread of this dreaded viral infection

My first visit for second dose was pathatic i went there and returned withouth got vaccinated and after that now i visited again after almost two months but now the situation is quite smooth though they said that they are out of first dose but they have second doseThe whole process took not more thab ten minutes and i was doneMy advise to go between 3 to 4 pm

For Second Dose.We arrived at the center in the morning and they gave us a ticket for a 2pm to 4pm timings of our vaccination. From morning we waited under the sun on a very long queue, and when they call for our time , this GUY who was wearing a white kandora blocked us and SHOUTED at us with these words RESPECT YOURSELF!!! , he crumpled our ticket and THROW THEM AWAY in front of all people without checking first our time mentioned on the ticket!!! He keeps saying that its not our time yet but they allow the other people who have the same timing with us. After waiting for how many hours under those heat of the sun he will say that we should respect ourself??? He is doing that because we are a small people only. I know he will not & cannot do that for other Nationalities. Dont put those kind of people at front, he dont know how to deal with people with RESPECT at all especially woman!!!

When ever we call no one is responding from there ,then why should they mention there contact details in website ,even not eligible for single star ,very bad....

Went with family. Jan 20 2021 took 1.5 hours to get first corona vaccine. Feb 11 2021 took 3.5 hours to get 2nd corona vaccine. Crowd not managed properly by management. People jumping in queue. Ladies and Family separate line. Singles separate line and takes more time.

Very bad experience.7 times i went there for second dose of covid vaccination.Every time security send back by telling next day vaccine available today finish already.Today 2nd may security told me to complaint in ministry, what i will do, tomorrow i go abudhabi and i dont know what happen reaching there with 1 dose.

I got the first shot for covd19 vaccine here on 09/01/2021 with best experience（not many people), but unexpected cant get the second. Yesterday 31/01/2021 they said second dos only for family. Hope soon get new update!

Very poor service after my husband waited hours they will simply say it’s finished. After waisting your efforts & time. I dont recommend this place at all!!!! Find another place for vaccine... this place shows racism!!!!!

I visited this place on 11 Feb 2021 to take my second dose with my family. Reached there at 7:30 AM and found kilometers long queue. People were waiting their from midnight. Though we thought of returning first, we thought of giving it a try and stood in queue. There is a separate queue for token. The token guy gives token to whoever he likes. No systematic approach. We were lucky to get token after 2 hours. Then next queue to enter inside. Took 1 hour to enter. Next queue for BP check which was the most irritating one. Took 2 hours to check BP. Next queue to take vaccine. Again we were lucky as the security allowed us directly inside as we had a baby with us. Overall 5 hours of struggle. I advise everyone to reach there by atleast 6 AM otherwise you will end up waiting in queue for a long time. Crowd is huge, so the authorities cannot do much to manage crowd in such numbers.

Called a couple of times on the help line number for vaccine inquiry.no one picked the call and then finally visited the health center, and the job was not done as we came to know that first dose vaccines arent available.Totally disappointed.

Gone for a covid vaccine, very bad experience

Very fast. Got done in less than 20 mins for the vaccine shot.Its only for families. Like husband and wife. So its very fast unlike other places in UAE with too many males and less females.

Very bad...experience.. everyday we are going for 2nd dose vaccine.. but they are not giving...everyday they will say come early the next day..but they will just say..its finish..but they are letting some people in...why like that...you are being mean... we understand you want to give first for the locals...but dont tell us to come everyday and again your not giving it...such ashame to this kind of people.... stop saying to people to come early where the truth is that you dont want to give it to them...to us.. you have it...its true...you do have it..but you dont want to give us..you only keepp saying to come early wait in the line.....nonsense!!!!

I visited there for Covid-19 vaccination, 1st dose was ok, approximately one and half hour process but it was smooth.2nd dose was the desastear, it suppose to be at 10Feb, I went there around 10:30 am, the queue around 2 km outside, and the center will close at 6:00 pm, and no way they can vaccine all of them.As per police and door staff, we trun back to come back next day early morning.We arrived around 7 am and there was 400 persons in the queue already.Center will open 8:00 am, and queue outside already around 1000 person.Process are same the 1st dose, but more slower due to crowd.Finally we had the vaccine around 11:00 am after 4 hours waiting.Note: No toilets there, so you have to manage it for 4 hours.

Well planned vaccination drive and super staff on ground. they have a lot of patience...

1st Vaccine experience: 18/01/2021 1st time i went there around 6:30pm they told me that the center was already closed while it was mentioning in the Google information that the timings are until 8am to 8pm. They told me timings just changed 1 day before that day to 8-6pm. Worst thing it was not updated on their search information and no one is answering the mobile number showing online.2nd attempt for 1st dose, 19/02/21 next day I went again around 2pm. It was fast but not organize, there was no queue. People can just take the sit anywhere for bp checking . crowd is there but it took only 15mins for the whole process.2nd dose vaccination experience: I went there on 09/02/2021 around 4pm . I even asked for early leave from my work just to catch up before it closes. But when i went there they rejected me as per them the vaccine were finished. They advised me to go tomorrow 8am to 3pm. Again i left from there .2nd attempt for 2nd dose vaccine: 10/02/21 I went there around 8:30am but there is a long queue I had to leave for work around 12pm . The line will not make me on time so i decided not to stay there and go on another day. I will not adjust my work again anymore just to get vaccination. I will go on my off day and try to be there around 12pm . Morning long queue afternoon no vaccine.

We had 2nd dose of Covid vaccine on 11th Feb. There was no option to book online, so went there around 1pm and they asked at the gate, if we have token and we had no idea. Then they said we need token with the time to visit and handed over 2 tokens for me and my husband and the timing mentioned was 3 to 5 pm and were asked to come then. We were not sure what to do for the next 2 hrs as we need more than 30 mins to travel if we reach home again.We killed time until 2.45 pm and went again to the center and there was a huge crowd in front of the gate and so much confusion to letting us in.Somehow we got to show our tokens and get in by exactly 2.57 pm and started with checking BP, which took just 10 mins.At 3.10 pm , there were 2 random long queues with no social distancing and we both joined a queue for entering vaccination station and again there was some confusion. Someone came and said all ladies in one line and men in one line. So the queue were we were already got disturbed and finally at 4.45 pm I got my vaccine successfully and came out of the center, wasting 4 hrs !!One good thing I would like to appreciate is they called out families from the waiting queue if they have brought their kids with them..Also I would like to mention, for the 1st dose we got it done within 1.30 hrs, although we had a similar scenario.

Took the Covid Vaccine here for me and my wife on 29 Jan. Below timings and process, pretty decent overall considering all factors involved. Total approx 2 hours on a Friday.1232 Reached and in line outside the gate.1245 Inside the gate waiting for blood pressure check on chairs arranged. Men and women seperated even though youll are family.1325 - BP check done (Nurses had a 15min break in between so this was delayed a bit) . My wifes BP was slightly high so they made her wait for 15 20 mins to recheck BP.1355 After asking a staff for help the second BP check was done and found OK... Sent for registration.1420 Registration done and inside another room for vaccine1427 Vaccine administered and out.Next dose in 3 weeks!************************Went for second dose on 19th February however was informed center is closed on Friday and Saturday and to come back on Sunday as we can take the 2nd dose between 21 to 28 days.Went today 21 Feb at around 240pm surprisingly absolutely no crowd, entered immediately and Blood Pressure was taken. Had to wait for 15 mins as it iwa a little high. Was checked again at 0255 and green sticker given as it was normal. Walked into the room for vaccination, Emirates ID was verified and vaccine administered in next 5 mins.Was out of the center by 315 or 320pm.Shockingly really smooth compared to all the other reviews read here.

The arab (wearing kandoora) guy giving the ticket at the center for the vaccine is soooo rude. I would like to ask a question as I took my first dose of vaccine here and when I arrived the guy just gave me a ticket and told me to go back tomorrow. I tried talking to him but he keeps on turning his back on me. He started shouting on me and took back the ticket he gave and throw.

Three times comeback morning and afternoon for the second doze they said no vaccine already finish. The rules very poor no send sms no email to inform service very poor...continue Again Now is Sunday system not organized very disaster lines people not follow the line, why didn’t send the message/email who’s take the second dozes vaccine.

In this center COVID 19 Vaccine is for only Families and Locals only, there was a huge crowd gathering around not knowing where to go next. Neither Security guys have any information where to direct them. Wasted my 1 hour time driving all the way there and to Al Qusais Health Center .. Its bizarre that news publishing guys dont give a clear information even on such a sensitive situations like this. Pretty disappointing.

Just visited the medical center today with a friend and my FRONTLINER (nurse) husband. Since i am a lady they directed me immediately to family priority lane. Upon entering I asked them if i can take my husband with me who was on queu outside one man wearing gray colored kandura answered me for now it’s not allowed since outside wasn’t busy. While i was waiting to be vaccinated i saw a lot of men of different nationalities with their wives. One Filipina nurse told us my husband can enter since we are married. So i took my husband and bring him with me inside. The same man approached us and asked about our nationality and making new story that i should have brought my husband with me upon entry. Despite all our explanation earlier still he refused to allow my husband to get inside. We are grateful for this chance but I believe fairness and equality should be treated to all nationalities.Still a good day!😊😊

I am really disappointed by their services since two days I went here for 2nd vaccination the staff only give priorities to their people.totaly misguided staff even they dont have knowledge how to deal people if they cant assist residents why they give them hard time.why they forse people for vaccinated.they have very poor managing systems.

Went for the Covid19 vaccine today (26Jan) and was turned away saying that only locals, frontline medical staff and over 65 year olds were vaccinated at the centre. Previous comments say otherwise and may be the process has changed. Please be aware.

Very disappointing! They didnt even updated their website that the centre is for Ladies and Families vaccination only. 😡😡😡 Waste of time. Rules change every now and then but they need to provide atleast information ahead of time.

I have been vaccine last january 17, i cannot contact the costumer service. because i need to make it clear when is my 2nd vaccine. they put march 17, its 2 months? i think its just a mistake. but i cant clear to them because they are not responding.

This is so badd!! For the first vaccine they have send a message and an email but for second vaccine they want to stand in a queue and that too one kilometre almost queue where 1000 of people are standing. Very bad management

Horrible experience...first dose took hardly 1/2 an hour, was well organized and fast however second dose took almost 5 1/2 hours and very disorganized...no consideration for ladies and children waiting for hours in queue

Worst Health Center at all levels, no control, no proper social distancing, people in queues in the sun for hours as if they are animals. No respect to females. I hope the ministry shut down this failure facility

I went for my second vaccination dose, I have arrived at 6.00am and the queue was really big, the security guards are really rude, people are standing in the street no washroom no grocery, and the queue definitely will take hours to get the vaccination , you dont feel you are in Dubai at all this medical center lack organization and cleaning , someone need to manage this place properly as we are used to see in Dubai medical centres and hospitals!
