Very Good people, Always go to this branch. My doctor, Dr. Abu Fazil is a very caring and a very good doctor. He will explain everything and always a big smile on his face. The nurses are amazing so is the staff. only concern for me is the wait on the reception. hope they can make it more faster. over all everything is great for me.

Unfortunately after few days of dealing with this clinic I have to leave 1 star. Day before yesterday I booked home visit, I was told the doctor is going to come within an hour. 2 hours later doctor calls and ask on the phone what is my issue, I explained and he said I need to do Covid test before he comes and after I get my results he will call me and we will move on from there. I received my negative results in the evening. I have struggled the whole night with fever of 39C for past 12h not being able to knock it down with anything, and next day when I did not hear from any doctor I decided I will go to the clinic in Al Barsha with my last bits of energy and seek for help there, since nobody contacted me from the Aster. I got an appointment in Al Barsha, had some blood test and doctor said to me that after my results she will see what is happening. I received my blood results at 7pm same day and until next day 10am no one called. So I called asking for the doctor If she can contact me regarding the results and that Im still feeling unwell, actually getting worse. They said she will call. 1 h later still nothing so I decided to book tele consultation, been told she will call me asap, that they prioritise my case. I have waited for next 5h. No one called me and my health just getting worse, my blood results were not normal so it was very sad nobody even dare to call me and explain what is the next step. I called the clinic again, they explained the doctor will call me now for 100%. She called, she explained, said I will get perscription on my email. It has been 2h already and I still dont have it. Doctor already left the clinic and I still dont have medications for my case, not being able to function normally, work or even do simple things. This is my 3rd day of trying to get help from Aster. Highly dissapointing.

I was about to leave negative review but the Dr. Aditya saved the day. First I was frustrated waiting for an hour as a walk in patient. Then doctor explained there were some appointments who needs to be seen first. Doc was very calm and understanding. One big thing should be done is registration counter must be more informative. Patient needs to know how long he/ she needs to wait at least approximately.

Hi today i visited aster al barsha to meet the doctor about the result of my laboratory.Service is very good and fast specially miss hemani very helpful to guide and supportive from the moment u enter till the time you leave the clinic she will be there to help.Thanks ..keep up the good works. I suffered from low back ache which became severe and I could not even bend down to do basic work. I had to take help to get somebody to help me.I visited Dr.Usma for physical therapy.By the 3red session, I was 50% better and able to bend down better.My job is long and tough requires me to bend a lot.I was so happy by the 5th session that I was almost normal.her gentle approach, professional mannerisms was excellent too.Highly recommend her, Thank you for your services.

I had a really good experience with Dr. Uzma in physiotherapy. She understood my situation well and got me back to my pre-injury state, and I no longer need physio. She even wrote a gym plan for me to follow on a regular basis.

If you visit that clinic you will get yourself a Coronavirus for sure.Small crowded place with bad queue managing and NO sanitising at all. ( just put someone to sanitise the place every hour or some)

Hospitals we see some other facility issues that’s very common everywhere but Having good doctors is very important. Here they have it. Had worst experience due to the incapable and undeserving physiotherapist Usma Mushtaq.I had tendinosis in my right wrist and she treated me all opposite and wrongly than it should be.Shes put all her body weight to message the affected area with ultrasound gel which no one in the world in medical field would recommend in my condition, thanks to Dr. Udaya bilal who saved me without surgery.Worst experience.

Actually I have been referred to aster clinic due to my knee physio threapy. I have met Dr.awak who is arthopadic specialist surgeon he is wonderful Dr indeed..👍And the best thing after I have met wonderful full and kind amazing person my physio therapist Dr.usma .She did wonderful job indeed the day when I came I cant bend my knee because I had knee dislocation....But with the help of Dr.usma proper guidance today I am on my feet and able to bend my knee and the recovery was so fast...she helped me through manual exercises not only also electronic threapy too....what ever she had asked to me do at home I did properly and alhumdulillah after 5 sessions I was able to bend my knee.Thanks alot Dr.usma for helping me so much today I am able to walk due to you.because you encourage me alot and motivated me....I must recommend to Dr.usma for the physio threapy she is the Best Physio therapist so lovely and kind human and the rest of all service is so good 👍

Worst experience ever,very slow service,missleading infor given by staff,charged double the amount of normal PCR and took double of the time to provide result compared to other clinics,i mean if we are going to pay double price atleast we should get our result faster.its like day light robbery.

I had severe pain in my knee joint about 4 weeks ago which obstructed me from even performing the normal chores.However, just five sessions with Dr. Usma Mushtaq were so helpful that I can easily and comfortably squad at the gym or go swimming.Dr. Usma Mushtaq is not only a great human being with a good sense of humor, but she is also one of the most professional and excellence physiotherapist I have ever met.I am grateful and would highly recommend her.

Too slow on registration. Two staffs doing the work of single registration instead of doing another registration. Needs improvement, as ended up lot of customer waiting on the reception alone for 30mins. Too slow service

There was a lady in the pcr lane wearing red blouse today june 19,2021. We had our form filled out and the form has a number in it. She decided to call the guy beside me who has a number 5 and i have number 4 and i let it pass. Then when its our turn she does not want to accomodate us. We told her that we came first and shown her our number but she still declined and decided to accomodate the people behind us. We were set aside without any explanations at all. So people kept on going to her while we were waiting not knowing when we will be called. It was so humiliating and the people behind us know that we were there first. Is it because of our race? We are filipinos. Also, we have always been your customer in our clinical needs since we live right at the back of the clinic. We will keep on giving you bad surveys whenever we go there and we will ask all of our family members and friends to do so until you reprimand this lady.

Verry bad customer care , been calling them from 6 pm 1st call waiting 17 mins second call 5 no answer what so ever decided to go walk in to al barsha branch to see a gp , the receptionists were so ignorant and kept on telling they don’t accept walk in patients after 8. What a shame had to wait another 20 mins in line before 8 pm to hear this ..

I came for pcr test and the waiting time is too long and the area is packed with no social distance caution.. the registration lady is super slow .. if a pt suspectet positive he will infect the whole room

I have visited the clinic for my lower back pain issue.Have wonderful experience with both Dr Awak Mittal and Physio Usma Mushtaq.Dr gave great time to diagnose and was very through. You dont find a lot of doctors with this attitude, specially when there are commercial pressures and time is limited.With regards to Physio Usma, she is the best I have ever met. Very professionally and full of knowledge. And she suggested a lot of specific exercises and next session assessed the impact. I would really recommend her for anyone needing physio.If anything bad in this clinic is your time for registration queue. Not sure, why it take long, even if you are already registered, it takes long time for them to give you number.

During February month, I have visited Aster Clinic (Al Barsha) due to swollen of fat lumps in backside of my body.Dr. Abul Fazil has advised for immediate surgery and given recommendation letter to Dr. Moni Suseelan (Mankool Aster Hospital). Survery successfully carried out by Dr. Moni Suseelan.After that I have taken alternate day dressing at Aster Clinic (Al Barsha) and dressing done by Sister Deepa and Sister Suja until April end. Every time, I go for dressing, Sister Deepa has done her service with smile and positive words, which made me more comfortable and confident of recovery.Hereby I feel happy to convey my sincere thanks to Aster Hospital Management, Doctors Abul Fazail and Moni Suseelan and Sister Deepa for their wonderful service.

I visited Ms Usma , Physiotherapist for my severe annoying back pain last month. I must say , the pain almost came down in intensity by 70 % within 2 sessions. and by the 4th session it was almost gone. She is excellent in her work, very professional in everything she does. 5 stars for her
