Extremely terrible experience. Ive been waiting for a call for 3 days from the doctor, nurse, anyone.... Sent emails, nothing,,, disappointing. Spoke with the manager on the phone, she didnt even introduced herself, she didnt allow me to express my concerns (pain after I visited a doctor there).Had to go myself in the clinic to get my results, because nobody is sending regardless Ive sent emails, left messages via phone.They chased me to pay for some test, but when I emailed back requesting for an invoice so to do reimbursement, nobody replied from the billing department as well.Never experienced this in 15 years in Dubai.And when I faced the manager, she said, you know one of the nurses was sick, so this is why you are not contacted. What an excuse. Never again!

I am very happy to report the arrival of an exceptionally good GP at the Cooper Clinic. She has come from the UK with her family. She is friendly, approachable and efficient. Took my daughter to do a PCR test. Showed up at our appointment and we were in and out in 20 minutes. The nurse Kanika Dhiamn was friendly and efficient. The amazing Manager Ms Rasmia Arekat was courteous, professional & deservedly in charge. The result came back the following morning in less than 19 hours. Highly recommended.

Dr Alex is an expert in her field, caring and genuine person. She’s top gynecologist in Dubai. She’s committed to give you best patient experience. I would highly recommend Dr Alex to all ladies out there.

Coopers used to be a great practice but now under NMC management is a money-making racket. Furthermore, front office is very difficult to get hold of (despite 5 people working there frantically), expect long wait times, and nurses that dont get back to you. Doctor Savatovic is excellent however.

I was recommended by a friend to visit Dr Alix and Im so glad she did. Helpful and professional, she always has time to listen to your concerns and offer advice. She installs you with confidence that your receiving the right advice - cant recommend her highly enough.

Unfortunately there is no 0 star!. They have absolutely no respect for appointments and will push whoever they like ahead of u!. ShamefulI added this paragraph in response to your response. Dont pretend you dont know what happened yesterday morning...and when you have a team of 5 or 6 receptionists who cannot arrange a simple appointment that was booked the same morning...and when they call me as am walking into the building 5 mins before my appointment to ask if I can delay because they double booked..and I say NO because I have other doctor appointments with Clinic that respect appointments. I then walk in and 5 mins after me a lady and her daughter walk in...and for some reason...the lady takes my appointment! The appointment I made..and clearly refused to budge 5 mins before on the phone!Absolutely no respect...disgraceful and I would rather die than step in your clinic again!!!Is that review clear enough for you now?!!!

The most unprofessional clinic in dubai ive been since i live here (7years)! Been there for OBGYN and Pediatrician. Dr.Khan is unprofessional and is always late! Expect at least to wait 1h after your scheduled time because he is always always behind schedule . For the OBGYN part the clinic never calls back to give you your test results unless you harass them for few days! Im not talking about the part that the clinic is very pricy. And the reception ladies never call you back if doctor is running late.. Very unsatisfied and disapointed! what a waste of time

Awful experience. Booked in for a scan a week before, they changed the appointment last minute then called just before the appointment to tell me they don’t do scans after I drove from Abu Dhabi for the appointment. No respect for people’s time.
