Very helpful and friendly staff.

Went as a walk in. Booked an appointment 20 minutes later. Got diagnosed did pregnancy test + blood test + chest cray + ecg test with the best service ever. All of this and I did not pay a fils, moreover they gave me a dinner box. Allah protect Dubai and the DHA.

This place is good for an experience. when the weather is good for outdoors, this place is worth a visit. Close to Mushrif Park, once you reach, its like a drive-thru dinner place which also has open air seatings.One of the best places in dubai to have a walk and a bite to eat or just to enjoy coffee with friends. I only have a little complaint there arent plenty of parking spots.

Amazing caring Health workers at Al Khawaneej Health enter, even you will forget the purpose of visit with their presence, caring, love with funs from the registration staff, And that Lady Doctor detailing about next Procedures and step to follow, really very caring people all there I met. Oh Allah, Safe Guard them and Strengthen to fight against this pandemic situation. all health workers doing amazing job, everyone pray for them.

I received message about negative covid result but it doesn’t reflect on al hosn app even after 2 days and I can’t enter abudhabi or al ain without having it in al hosn app because they don’t accept message at al Ain boarder

First of all I would like to thank DHA for giving all of the COVID patients the opportunity to do a full check up to assist in the treatment of COVID-19. And to tell whether you need urgent medical care so that they can transfer you to a hospital if needed.You book your appointment in advance via calling 800 342 , hence no queues, so you will complete the check up within less than an hour. And with regards to their patient care, either I was lucky or everyone is nice there.I would like to thank Dr. Samah Habboush, She is the kind of a doctor who loves her job and is seeking good health for her patients, basically she is not doing it because she has to. Thank you so much Doctor and I hope Allah grants you and your loved ones good health. Am actually surprised by how much of a difference a good doctor can make to his/her patient.And at the end I would like to thank each one of you at the health center for their kind treatment and thank all of the people in the health industry who are risking their lifes to save others. Thank you so much .

Very well mannered staffs and where helpful. Even during covid time they keep their calm and talk. As a patient we should always know that the staff are busy and do respect that during these covid time.I would recommend everyone to try this place and get your covid treated. Center lacks a process. I do not understand how a simple process, flow of patients, and proper signage is not implemented. There is no numbering system, yet they have Wi-Fi points from Cisco (for the price of 1 they can implement an entire numbering system). Facility is understaffed and I found that the staff lack empathy. I had an appointment and I spent 3 long hours there and my condition was very bad. At the end of it they didn’t even know which doctor is supposed to see me. I counted my losses and left. Never going there again.

They need to just see the patient who is sick and tired 3 hours up to 4 and then enter to the doctor and after that the system not showing the medicine so the tired patient needs to walk from each nurse asking about the medicine and to put it in the system so they can leave the worst experience ever i don’t know whats even worst getting sick from corona or getting more tired while u are supposed to be cured in this place 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 and by the way its not crowded just like 5 patients and i am the fifth one

The place is lovely. Staff is friendly too. But the timing as per Google search is 9:30 pm. However the center closes at 8 pm. Was a bit frustrated

A very good clinic, went here for my monthly check ups and tests during my pregnancy and also for my babys vaccination. Everything is done systematically, the doctors and nurses are cordial and helpful, happy with the care I received here

Local hearth care centre for khawaneej, Aweer residents.Very well equipped to handle the patients in the area.

Though the doctor and facility is good..the staffs are terrible. Very uncooperative and rude. We went there once asked receptionist for the procedure she said go inside directly..later it was supposed to take prior appointments only no walk-ins, again after enquiry said come back later, went again for appointment, then they inform we had to do registration and bring all documents will get appointment a month late upon this we asked why didnt you tell us before she actually repied this this is not my part of job, you should know about it, you are so foolish. I cannot believe these kind of person are given jobs in such health centers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and responsive personnel.

Every time we had to wait for minimum 45 minutes. Even thou you have booked appointment , there is no respect towards the time. Very unprofessional regarding timings. Patients were accommodated when ever they arrive , regardless of having appointment or not.

When I ask Dr. Muehna to turn my file at any doctor without my consultation ... The patient is entitled to choose his doctor or his doctor ... When I ask for sensitivity tests, I was rejected by doctors on the grounds that I am charged to the state and that he is responsible for these tests ... The other clinics do not refuse the examination .. If we examined the outside and told them our tests we have a refusal to accept the results of other clinics 👎🏻 ..
