I have been in physiotherapy for several months now at Medcare Marina and I have to say that Im more than happy with the results. Very disappointed with their service. No follow ups whatsoever on simple blood tests. they direct you online to download the lab results and the online platform is not updated - still some lab results from 12/2020 are pending doctor verifications. They have to understand that they should treat this with urgency, like other clinics do, and follow up with patients on time. will not use them again for any issue.

Dr. Haytham is very friendly and dedicated to his patients. I visited on two different occasions and he has been very helpful putting me at ease if there’s nothing serious to worry saving his patients the anxiety. Very professional and reliable.

I met many gyne doctors in Dubai.And to be honest, I was disappointed with most of them. But Dr. Kinda Maidaa is the best thing happened to me in Dubai. He has an excellent patient focused style with a great attitude & very positive approach. I am always impressed by how he can explain medical issues in an easily comprehendible way. You walk away being completely clear on the approach & next steps, as well as encouragement for simple lifestyle changes where necessary. The pre/post surgical treatment is excellent with follow through to complete recovery. It has been absolutely brilliant physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Mohammed Abdul Nawaz over the last few weeks. At the very first session Dr. Nawaz fully went through the MRIs - other reports and discussed at length with me with the difficulties that I was facing before starting the treatment. Thereafter every session has improved the strength and flexibility of the back muscles.

I’ve been doing physiotherapy for 4 weeks with Dr Mohamed and my ankle flexibility has improved drastically! After taking multiple sessions a week and gradually increases the intensity of the exercises my ankle is a lot stronger. Thank you Dr Mohamed!

Was very disappointing experience especially the doctor who was very rushy, no proper case check & poor patient education.She wasted the time figuring out how the ultrasound device is working, then no discussions!Treatment rooms are very small as you cant move properly!Waste of time and money!

I conducted physio sessions with Dr. Mohd Nawaz for 3 months post my injury and the care and professional treatment was excellent. Every physio I have seen has taken time to understand my problem and to listen. I have almost always felt that my treatment was beneficial with Dr. Mohd Nawaz and any advice that I was given was appropriate and has helped me recovery completely.

Zero follow up from the clinic about tests and future appointments, online patient portal is down meaning test results are inaccessible and nearly impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Terrible experience.

Good Recovery techniques were explained by Dr Nawaz . I have experienced pain relief after sessions with him.

Do not use this clinik for Covid-test if you need the result in time f.e. a flight! Only after many phonecalls I got the result after 55 hours and even then the date was written wrong (10 days in future), why I was blocked by check-in the aircraft.

Medcare Marina has been the goto medical centre for our family ever since we moved to Dubai. Special mention to Mr. Nawaz - professional plus friendly at the same time, always good to meet him.Dr. Anas - again very professional, great with diagnosis and treatment.

I have been going to Medcare for over 3 years. I did not have a problem with them for general check ups. I recently did a COVID PCR test and they werent able to give me my results until 3 weeks after my test. I had to call them more than 5 times and in order for them to send it by e-mail. They claim to have a patient portal system where you can extract your results but its always malfunctioning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY EXPEDITED TESTING SUCH AS THE COVID PCR TEST WITH THIS CLINIC. I was not able to go to my office because of their carelessness.

Went for walk-in covid test today 31st Dec 2020 . The reception staff needs to talk politely and attend the patients in a proper way [ the Arabic receptionist guy ] instead of not listening what they say and do your own task. Worst experience when it comes to customer service . We went to do covid test since we had called their customer service and as per their customer service agent he insisted us to go for walk-in around 9Am since the slots will be available . When we reached the center around 8:50 Am the Arabic guy said “The customer service guy will say anything but we run the clinic here “ that guy has to be taught how to respect patient first . I don’t know his name but he was in morning shift on 31-Dec -2020 .

Dr Marwa was an excellent pediatrician when she knew what my kids had, she worked with patients with my young kids and they loved her.She is very professional as she knew exactly what happened to my kids when they were sick.I am always going to her with confidence.

I went to take covid test 30.12.2020.They promised the answer next day. Nothing happened. I call them and they said they are sending the redults now. I waited 4 hours and called again and same answer. No answer !!! I had to fly home. I called again and they promised call back. Nothing happened !!! Dont trust this company !!! Most unreliable. Blood samples given for HB1C on 2nd December morning 9.15 AM. so far no report received. Not aware of report. Very disappointing. Never visit this this hospital again. Go there only if you would like to walk in 50 degrees, or if you are taking a taxi. Security only knows the words not allowed. Extremely rude!!! They dont offer you any solutions to the fact, that there are only 6-7 parking slots available for clients of Medcare, Carrefour and Aster Pharmacy! And good luck parking in Dubai Marina. I got high blood pressure just by arguing with the security that is so rude, that I wanted to even call police, but I let it go, hence writing a review instead. Sorry, Medcare, you have good doctors, but facilities should have been thought of. Its Dubai - your customers use cars to move around, and need parking slots. Not to mention that having poorly trained third party security company turning your customers away just got you this 1 star review.Update to my original review: got a call from Medcare, assuring me that the security has been spoken to. I went to Medcare Marina to treat plantar fascia through physiotherapy. The physiotherapist Dr Mohammed Abdul Nawaz understood my problem and gave me the accurate treatment. I completely recovered from the pain. He always welcomes the patient with warm greetings and took utmost care during the treatment. I suggest Dr Nawaz for better cure.

I was recommended to use Dr. Mohammed Abdul Nawaz at Marina to help me with my knee and wrist issue. Dr Nawaz is an absolute fantastic Dr and a gent in his role. I have been getting treated for my broken shoulder here for the last 3 months and the orthopaedic department Dr. Haitham are very professional and helpful. Especially their inhouse physiotherapist Dr. Nawaz, he has been amazing with my post trauma recovery and has been working closely for my full recovery with a full detailed plan. There have been days when he has personally messaged me and encouraged me to not skip any sessions which would impact my recovery.

I’m very pleased with the professionalism, cautious approach and right direction provided by @Mohammed Nawaz and @Haytham Elkhatib. I had an ACL Grade II knee injury earlier this year and both Physiotherapist (Dr. Mohammed) and Orthopedic (Dr. Haytham) provided complete and transparent details on the surgery. More importantly, they did not rush me into a surgery and allowed time for self-evaluation. Post surgery rehab has been top-notch and both the doctors exercise good personal care and constantly provide encouragement - much needed at such time. They are empathetic and patient listeners. I strongly recommend them for any orthopedic treatment.

The facilities and front desk service is great but felt that everything was very impersonal. Paid 2k for a general check-up with several blood tests however I never heard back from the doctor regarding the results. The front desk just emailed me and said I should “eat better”. I was at least hoping for a 5-10 minute call with a doctor after paying 2k for the services.

Best experience so far. Ive seen three Doctors here on this Branch. Dr. Sherif, Dr. Nawaz and Dr. Jacob. All were very professional and pleasant to talk to.Staff were so friendly and professional as well. They will extend any assistance they can give to ensure that you are getting the right treatment. Clinic’s environment was so welcoming you’ll feel everyone in the clinic are always ready to help.Dr. Nawaz is the best as he has helped me recover from my lower back injury.I have recommended this clinic to my colleagues also who will be seeking future treatments.

Terrible.Doctor was not helpful at all, and suggested all the tests under the sun to make money. That’s all they care about. Could not be bothered to even call or schedule a follow up to get the results.When I went back because I still had pain, I went back and they charged me again for another appointment.Avoid this place at all costs, Mediclinic is another world compared to mednet.

I had a really bad experience with the doctor Lininda Alhajwan, dermatologist. She didnt even properly examined my symptom (literally I was in for less than 5 minutes and she didnt even actually look into it - she flashed when pull my clothes down) and asked me if I have a pet, and determined it is a ringworm. The symptom didnt go away and spread even more after 10 days with the cream/med she prescribed, I went to the other doctor and it was pityriasis rosea. Took a new med and cream, I can already see the different after 1 day. The other doctor properly examined my herald patch, my back, and my leg, and did a blood test.I dont feel this is the type of professionalism I expect from any doctor. She was not friendly or helpful but that was fine as long as she got the symptom correct. But she did not and I feel very disappointed about the quality of the consultation. Especially when Medcare promotes itself as a premium health care solution and charges 400 AED (I paid 75 AED as a 20% co-payment) for 5 minutes consultation. The doctor did more harm than good as I was wasting 10 days putting wrong cream/taking wrong med and it was getting worse. I would never go back and I dont think anybody should, especially for the skin disease.

Unprofessional Reception staff and Internal medicine doctor Jacob Cherian. Visited hospital today direct from work, feeling feverish and having bad cold and cough. This was my repeat visit after last Monday as my cold and cough had not subsided. Initially reception staff was adamant that doctor is fully booked and cant see patient without prior appointment (there were no patients in sight though). She asked me to goto JBR branch irrespective of how I was feeling. After sometime when nurse informed that doc finished with all his patients long ago, and after mu constant pleading, reception staff called doctor asking if he can see me, and doctor REFUSED. It reflected the commercialism of this clinic and how indifferent they can be to any person situation. Highly Disappointed and dissatisfied.

My experience there was less than ok. Very basic facilities, after paying the consultancy fees (although I have an insurance) I was advised to go to a hospital for more accurate diagnoses. Im not very sure why the consultancy fee was required since I DIDNT GET ANY CONSULTANCY.I went to a proper hospital and was diagnosed professionally after that.In conclusion, you can go there for minor things like fever and flu, especially with children but rather than that I will advise you to go to a real medical center.

My boyfriend dislocated his collarbone. He had told me a lot times good feedback about his physical therapist, Mohd Nawaz. He is very friendly and knows his job very well. I actually went with my boyfriend a couple of time for his sessions.

I was thinking i should post or not...Its happened a few times from long awaiting.This time wasnt only me . I and other patients got appointment at 9am.at JBR clinic but we needed to arrv.15 min.earier as they request. Some staffs also were waiting outside till 9.09 am.during the summer time! caz a guy who hold the door key came late! After i could get in , still need to wait doctor 7 min.to 10.How come they give the first schd.at 9am.while there were no nurse and doctors coming yet?? Anyway, i used this clinic caz it is close to my house and the doctor is kind. He can help me get better even always late 1 hr.. Staff manners are also nice. I suggest they need to get improving on the time mamagement! Hopefully this comment wont effect to my next visit.

The appointments at Medcare hospitals can take a while and is a bit of a struggle but I had taken physiotherapy sessions with Dr . Mohammed Nawaz ( Marina branch )for myself a year ago and now for my daughter . The amount of care and healing practices given are very good . Excellent service with not a hitch in so many sessions ! Highly recommended .
