I have been to the clinic several times for different check ups and procedures, Service has always been great. Employees are warm and efficient. No delays. Doctors and nurses are very professional and helpful. everything is done swiftly, much faster service than other places.

Ive had really great treatment from the physiotherapy team at Mediclinic Al Sufouh, particularly Carel Hugo, who is senior and well experienced with an incredible background in sports physiotherapy. My shoulder issue was properly diagnosed and well treated without surgery. 5 stars!

This clinic USED to be really good. Unfortunately, my last experience was really disappointing.The Mediclinic team had immediately applied for my insurance approval on Aug 1, which was granted. Then did not call or contact me for 12 days. I needed a biopsy done. I did my own follow up and the excuse given was that the doctor was on vacation. However, no follow-up call was made to me to book a biopsy for when the doctor returned.The clinic prioritized my insurance over my healthcare.Do not recommend at all. There are better, more responsive clinics to choose from that prioritize the healthcare of their patients.

I visited Medical Clinic Al-Sufouh for some visual disruptions. Dr Nourallah Kaddoura performed a detailed retinal examination and prescribed eye drops afterwards that tremendously improved my visuals, great doctor and very friendly nursing team.

I have always trusted Mediclinic as my healthcare provider since I have been here at the UAE. The staffs are very nice and friendly especially nurse Maridel who always shows exceptional knowledge and skills in handling the case of my baby. Amazing clinic and very professional nurses and reception staff. Kind and friendly. Their communication was clear from the moment we came to the reception till we left. Would definitely recommend Dr. NIVIN EMAM pediatrician who made our son feel comfortable and actually enjoyed his time at the clinic. I have been visiting many doctors for the same health issue and finally Dr. Nivin managed to cure it. Mediclinic Al Sufouh - been in this branch for almost 5 years now and can say they have been really accommodating, professional and you’ll really get taken cared of. They are really good with follow-ups and can be reached out easily. Doctors and Nurses and all the staff from the parking in the basement, reception, accounting dept, pharmacy and especially the doctors and nurses are really polite regardless if you know them or not. The manager which i met once in the washroom just simply said hi and i was surprised to learn upon checking to one of the nurses that she was the hospital director/ manager. It’s accessibility with ample of parking and less traffic, friendly staff and professionalism makes it easier and more convenient for people who need healthcare assistance. A shout out to Dra. Ghada Al Batran for being the best Specialist Obstetrician & Gynaecologist she’s been heaven sent for taking care of me and helping me conceive my 2nd baby after almost 19 years due to PCOS by simply having regular check-ups with her. Even tho Dubai Mall Branch is newer, I prefer the Soufuh Branch more. As they didnt charge me for treatment like DM Branch does. Love that they accept my insurance and I dont have to reimburse later

I wish I could give a 0. Worst service ever so far I have experienced. Just to follow up on a blood test took more than 3 days, delay in communicating about medical insurance approvals, utterly careless staff and they will keep you waiting for nurse/doctor for no reason. The doctor I visited for my wifes consultation wasnt helpful either. I had no other choice but to take a second opinion from another clinic. The doctor also seemed non-interested, just doing formality without any proper diagnosis.I had a very good impression about Mediclinic but I would not recommend Mediclinic specially Al Sofouh center.

I tested positive with Covid-19 unfortunately. The Dr prescribed me Ibprofen and some other wrong medications. I waited all day for someone to call back without any hope. I am very dissatisfied with the call center and procedures.

I went here for my PCR test, and I clearly told them I need it to travel. 30 hours later, I still have no results. Then they send me one of the results, and the other is missing. Calling is useless, no one answers, and when they do and tell you that theyll call you back, they just dont.

Before this experience I used to recommend everyone to go to mediclinic now I never will.One of the worst clinics. I did a medical test a month ago and been following up for the result and with no feedback. No one has ever called for the result. The doctor is careless so are the nurses. The operator is super rude everytime and it is definitely the last time I go there. He says that it is the wrong number written down although when I gave him my number he found my name and details and an Sms was sent before for the appointment.They even had the audacity to send a form for feedback and didnt even bother reading it or else they would have solved the issue at hand.I can give a zero star I wouldve.And dont reply saying to get in touch with you. I dont wana waste anymore time to get in touch with you.Whats a waste of time going there.

If I could I would give a 0 stars but sadly it’s not possible. Horrible experience and total misleading. On their website it says clearly that you can do an antibodies test, it has a price and schedule. I tried to call them about 5 times to confirm the info but nobody answered the phone. When we arrived there, they say that it’s impossible to do an antibodies test for anybody except for Chinese (!!??). The receptionist was rude and tried to make you feel like it’s your mistake, not their. No apologies, nothing. All she said was “you want to do it? Go to another place” and when I asked why you don’t say it on your website she said “sure we will change it just for you” with a very bad attitude. And one more time I wanna highlight: information on their website says anybody can just walk in for an antibodies test. So you’re taking time off your work, driving there just to meet a rude receptionist and find out that because of your nationality they will not do the test. I don’t see any reason to have a totally misleading information on your website and never pick up a phone, we are paying customers and coming to do not a free service. Minimum what you can do is to provide a true information on your website and answer your phone. And please educate your staff because this kind of communication is a total nonsense.

Worst reception. The queue is from outside the clinic. And the guy at the pharmacy doesnt even bother calling your insurance when one medicine gets rejected. I call the insurance myself in front of him and they accepted directly.

Absolutely irresponsible.Took My PCR test on Thursday and was told then that I would get my test results in 36 hours.Upon following up, they told me that it would take 48 hours.Even after 48 hours, no response.I strongly advise against using their overpriced facilities for anything.

I’ve only been there once but I was so impressed with how caring the nurse was to me. She made sure I feel comfortable. The gp was really good too. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I called the operator on the Al Sufouh number. No answer. So I dialled 1 for appointments. Ive been on hold now for 8.25 minutes and more. Its funny how I have to hear a recording of Mediclinics many branches all over the world and their wonderful facilities, yet they have no one to answer the phones. Now been waiting for 9.45 mins. Hanging up.

Had severe lower back pain. Visited Dr. Seyed Jamalian (GP) and he resolved the issue on the same day and even followed up afterwards. The team overall was very attentive and professional.

I went only once to your clinic and never game my consent to receive advertisement. Very professional staff and easy to find

Been coming here for close to 3 years now, we have had some hits and misses, primarily come here for my kids pediatrician. Decent expertise. Have done a master health check-up ( not the best, but its not too bad either).They validate parking and accept most insurances.Cheerful front desk and reception. added friendliness and efficiency, if your pigmentation is brighter.Overall pretty good in the area, way way better than Aster.

Our hotel in Dubai organised a same day appointment at this clinic as we noticed our 11 month old son was poorly with an ear infection when we arrived. On Sunday morning, an appointment was made within 1.5 hours of calling the practice.The staff at this surgery are all lovely! Very welcoming (I had never been to Dubai and did not know my way around) plus it was exceptionally clean.The paediatrician we saw was so lovely and kind. She explained everything to us and quickly confirmed that our son had an ear infection.In terms of pricing, the appointment cost £120 and the antibiotics (and two other bits) cost £30. There is a pharmacy on site.I would recommend this surgery for anyone who needs to see a doctor / paediatrician etc. Thank you :)

I have been in the hospital 2 days ago and visited ENT doctor with symptoms of runing nose almost one week and little painand told him that my neck part is swollen he checked my nose, my ear and throught. But he didnt check my neck that that part is swollen and increased. And he said just clean ur nose with spray and use some other medicine. Even I showed him my mucus which very bad. And I even have to pay for consultancy due that my insurance not ready. For what I paid 600 aed, just to look into my ear and nose. And now I have to go to other hospital and again pay as now after cleaning nose which now is totally block and my ears very paining, and still my neck swallen and I I have a pain in my Jaws.Will not advise to go to ENT doctor.

Took my son here today. I was told by receptionist that there is no paediatrician there.Then we ask to see a normal doctor.Only to be told that the doctor doesnt see children!He had a temperature and wanted him to be seen.My son is 6 month old.Disgusted behaviour from staff.

The appointment was good the doctor explained what i could have been suffering from extensively, unfortunately, to get the radiology appointment, it took exactly 2 months. and i am still waiting for someone to call me with the results (i call every week at once twice, this office and the dubai mall office and they always take my name and number and no one calls me back). I will NEVER deal with mediclinic ever again.
