Unprofessional staff at the reception. 2 bad experiences. They provide wrong booking info. They also change charges as per their whim.I also did a crown fitting there, which was not done properly.

Honestly its very hard to trust dentist in Dubai without recommendation, I have used my luck and picked up that place, honestly until today I am still having issues with my filling and I decided to wait until I find a better place.In general they treat you well and explain to you what is wrong; however , result is not satisfying at all and its shows the lack of experience.

Have been to Clover Medical Centre on a few occasions and its always been a satisfying experience. Right from taking an appointment to the completion of my dental treatment, the entire process was absolutely professional and at the same time with a friendly and comforting attitude.I have had a couple of my old crowns replaced at Clover and I must commend them for a near painless treatment. I had to replace a crown on one of my front teeth as I was not quite happy with the one fitted earlier since it was way too bulky. It virtually made me extremely conscious whenever I smiled. Now with a perfect crown which is just the right size and matching color, I feel confident while flashing my smile.The clinic itself is well designed, bright and laid out in a manner that gives a sense of openness and space, quite unlike others where one feels cramped up and claustrophobic.With a cheerful staff and well experienced specialist and general dentists, Clover Medical Centre would be THE dental clinic that I would recommend for any minor or major dental related treatment.

Do not go here. The doctors are condescending and dont listen. They wanted to file my teeth after I got my braces off and I told them I had a sensitive tooth and to please be careful. They filed all my teeth and didnt stop when I told them to on that tooth and it cracked. They then refused to do anything about it. Also, the braces and permanent retainer keep breaking on soft food like smooth peanut butter and potato wedges.

I am highly recommend clover dental clinic to all. I am very happy with the doctors and the nurses.

Apart from making me wait a long while in the dentist chair for the doctor to come, the scaling and polishing took no more than 10mins. I literally waited longer than that but I guess that’s what you get for buying a Groupon. Also, during the polishing part, I was not given the protective glasses and the doctor managed to get paste in my eye which burned really badly. We then had to stop while I tried to fish bits of paste out of my eye! Didn’t get so much as a sorry from the doc. Parking here is also horrible. You have to park on the road where it’s free which makes it a mission to get a spot.However, I did meet with the surgeon after my cleaning to discuss a wisdom tooth removal and she was extremely patient and discussed my issue in detail.

The experience at Toothsmiths was unlike any other dental clinic visited in the past. The whole atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. I take my kids to Dr. Seema Vohra for cavity fillings and Dr. Sameer Shaikh for braces. The worst experience in my life . I had a appointment at 7:30 pm and the doctor was in rush and just Bcz her duty was going to finished ,she did a front Brocken teeth by 15 minutes 😱😱😱 . Look very bad and unprofessional . I was shocked and complain but she tried to change my mind and said that she did her best. I will attach the pic so everyone can see it if its possible and I will back to the clinic and will complain to at least she finished her job 😡as it suppose to be
