Newly opened Amer Service Center in Bur Dubai. Placed in a excellent location which is accessible travelling from any area.Staff is really helpful and they personally cross check the documents before sending across the counter.Since the center is newly opened, they have less rush and i got my visa renewal process within 10 mins.

Walked into the Amer center to enquire about the spouse visa application. The gentle man sitting in the reception verified all my documents and promptly answered what is missing and what is that I need to do.The only concern I have is, they accept only cash. It will be really helpful if they accept cards.

Doorstep services available . Very comfortable to do your immigration and labour works quickly. Very efficient & Prompt services. Highly recommend. 👏👏👌👌

All staff are friendly and supporting. I went two three amer for work. But this amer service is very fast and good. And doorstep service available also. Local staff also doing good work. I will suggest to this place.

They can do the government transactions in just few minutes they have a good experience and its very easy to reach to these place,i like how the stuff respect the people,i renew my visa from there and it was my first time and i dont fell its hard because really they help me a lot, thank you Amer centre

Bad service, bad experience, worse than any decent typing center. Staff is much below the level of knowledge required, they have no idea about basics. only the place looks nice and comfortable!!

Applicants for visa please donot go to this Amer center ,employees are very slow in work and they dont even care about the customer . They dont even greet the customer, donot even acknowledge the presence of the customer. When I went there no one is in the reception to assist me. This is first time to go amer centre for being for last four years in Dubai. The very first experience was awful and dont recommend to someone really.!.!😐

Visited the place once, fast service, polite and humble employees and the receptionist is nice and polite with good communication skills.

WORST SERVICE EVER FROM THIS AMER CENTRE, THE APPLICATION WAS TYPED, BUT THE DOCUMENTS ARE STILL NOT UPLOADED PROPERLY, THE STAFF DOES NOT COME TO WORK AND THE CUSTOMERS SUFFER DUE TO THE NON AVAILABILITY OF USERNAME OR PASSWORD FOR THE PC BY THE OTHER STAFF. ONLY THE RECEPTION WILL TYPE THE APPLICATION AND THE STAFF JUST SITTING THERE.

Had a very bad experience today in Al Amer Khaleej Center. Information not put in completely , IBAN information if not added ( you have to go in cricles to get ure refund back) . charged me incorrectly for Typing Applicatoin . Bad service providers especially the person in the reception was not helpful though it was there mistake. Not aware on procedures, wasted my time running around . Would not recommend Al Khaleej Centers to anyone who does not want to waste time .
