Its like one stop building for all the best universities. Really a great environment with clean and neat arrangements. Garden is really beautiful and its like you are going to a beautiful park. I really liked the innovative parking with solar panel for the roof. Technologically beautiful parking. One day is not enough to visit all the universities. Its such a huge place.

I was really amazed at how KHDA is serving its customers, 5-star service starting from welcoming its guests, the avenue and the refreshment served during my visit plus they finished my request way ahead of the set time. Thank you KHDA and keep the excellent work.

The only great thing they had is free coffee but when comes to resolving customer related issues they will never help you or stand by your side. People visiting the khda building is to get there issues resloved and not to have a nice cup of tea and water.

I’ve made a complaint agains heriot watt university to khda , I’ve been trying to provide any sort of details and explanation to the responsible person who is handling my case . Surprisingly she just sent me a forwarded email from that university and they closed the case without any sort of explanation, I try to call her every single time they say she is in meeting I emailed her no reply , I’m surprised how can a complaint case being closed while the person who complain didn’t get any sort of explanation , I registered in that university, I thought khda will protect my right , but what I experienced was just a forwarded email from that university to me and case closed!!!!!

One of the best places..facility is marvellous and staff very friendly.. you go for a simple attestation and they welcome you better than first class flight traveller.. coffee served and a staff takes the whole process on your behalf .. you just relax on a sofa in a contemporary lounge with soft music and in 2 minutes your thing is done..

This is Chain of buildings..In in cluster blocks.. they have food court..Here we have Du Sim card office..NAME institute.. so many others universities.. in one campus..This is very near to bus Stand...Beautiful gardens are there..One can sit in open area... Near Food Court.

Customer service is not like before, not on the phone or when you visit. Employees don’t give clear information while you are there and the phone operators are not cooperative neither welcoming.

A Wow service experience. I’ve just visited for the first time and left with a smile. I had a wonderful experience from the moment I entered. Someone greeted me when the elevator doors opened on the 4th floor and took me to the lobby area that has a trendy/funky look to it, with modern seating and tables. I sat down and was offered Arabic coffee within 10 seconds, followed by a kind lady who walked over and sat with me to address my queries. I wasn’t kept waiting even for a minute. What impressed me was that instead of the customer going to them, they come to you. Very refreshing. The whole end-the-end experience has been considered won the customer in focus. I left and had a free cappuccino near the exit downstairs.Well done KHDA and the management team.. I’m going to tell everyone about this experience.

It is the first service oriented ministry center I have been. The ambience is awesome, it doesn’t even look like you are in an office. They are very welcoming and warm and friendly.

Absolutely rude floor manager, I was new to the area and he started accusing me of parking in the incorrect area. Without even waiting for my explanation he threatened me with a court case for that. Totally inappropriate to deal with customers or potential customers in such manner. How can people like this be left incharge of the whole floor.

For the past few years i was anxious to understand something in this country: why the schooling is sooooo expensive that we as parents are barely could afford? no one answered... in this world the schooling either free or affordable for all, why i need to pay almost all the salary for a good schools in here???

This place is nothing like any other government office. Very friendly and helpful. Went for attestation of my CBSE marksheet . They asked us to wait for 15 mins and showed us to a waiting area. They then served us drinks and cold towels. For free! Never had such an experience in a government office before. Wish I have more work there .

Visited KHDA today for the first time and I was impressed by the warm hospitality I received while waiting for my appointment. When people think about a governtment office, people think of a rigid office structure with a Q ticket system and benches but this place was awesome. We were served coffee and hot towels. Excellent service throughout. Well done KHDA !!!
