The worst customer care service. Calling them for 2 months to get a refund and till now they have not refunded or given a prompt response when they can pay us back. Whenever we call they inform that they will call us back. But till now not received even a single call.

All staff from top to bottom are very nice, they are listening ,understanding and giving solutions.

Mubarak contacted me during his vacation to make sure the transaction was completed. Mubarak and Ghaleb are two examples. For the ideal employees of government departments in Dubai.
