Went there for reversal Of EID fines. The person at the customer service said original EID is not required however when I came with the application he said original EID is required when spoke to the supervisor he confirmed this is required and I told him the person at the reception should give correct information, his reply was his fault not mine giving wrong information. Whoever reading this can decide the efficiency of the staff working there.

I had a horrible experience renewing my id , my payment wasnt processed and I had to go back twice and beg them just to do their job properly. Avoid

They are kind but slow as sloth, chatting on the phone while processing your file, entering wrong data wasted my time until time was up then simply said come again tomorrow.

Would suggest people to avoid this centre, none of your woŕk can by done here and customer service agents are just rude to guide you.

The staff have a very bad attitude, they are racist in treatment, the receptionist disregarded me cause I was wearing shorts, the moment I spoke the local dialect I got full attention.They dont guide you with whatever you are trying to do, I went there to times and just ended up wasting my time.I dont recommended this branch.Edit: I came back to follow up my application, the staff are high school graduates, very young and very rude, they are dissing each other in front me, not competent at all.They need a better reception coordination, its just random, no real que, people will pass you to get a ticket number before you.0 star if I can rate it like that.

I went to this place 3 times and waisted hours from my life without a result, so I decided to use other centers. Most employees here wont respect the queue system especially on Saturdays, so avoid it on Saturdays.
