I made a complaint against my neighbours dog who is very aggressive and attacks us whenever we step out of the house. I am a resident of al warsan village C block (Nakheel) and there was no action taken by Dubai municipality instead of the complaints made. They had a visit but there was no outcome or action taken.Today again the dog has been aggressive and tried to attack. We have old parents, kids, at our place who are scared to go out due to this attacking behavior of the dog. There are many other dogs in the community which are chained up but the villa number 711 doesn’t keep their dog chained up which is a threat to all of the society members. Kindly look into this on urgent basis

I think here you can get done their municipality services very easy and fast. So no need to wait for very long time on que (female) specially.

One of the worst centers for Dubai Municipality, this is about my personal experience as an owner of an engineering consulting office and a member of the Mohammed bin Rashid Foundation. Individuals are never cooperating with customers and most of the time they are busy eating or by phone.Their treatment is never nice. Unfortunately, they are an essential body and must be addressed as a center within the scope of the municipalitys functions.
