WORST EXPERIENCE WITH DHA !!! HIGHLY MISGUIDED & MISCOMMUNICATED STAFF. I AM IN NEED OF HELP TO PAY FOR THEIR MISCOMMUNICATION FOR COVID CRITICAL PATIENT.

Very bad experience with DHA. They will call you and approve treatment for your critically ill patient due to covid but later will not pay and you will be forced to pay hefty amount. God help us !

Everything perfect. Provides proper health care facilities, most innovative and controls private hospitals...However Sick leave certificate fee costs 80 AED.High salaried people can afford this for one day, two day.....Blue collar people how can afford this. Their total earnings maximum of 1500 AED per month. Many companies insisting for bringing sick leave certificate even for a day too.

My experience with DHA professional licensing was by far the best digital governmental one.Using their online proactive portal made the process smooth and well structured, we could track easily our application and reach all needed details.Customer care team was always available and ready for support at any stage , providing all guidance and information.There were no delays and everything was done on time.I simply had an amazing experience.Thank you

Today was my son’s vaccination at Al Mizhar health centre at 8:10am. As mentioned in google it was mentioned opening time is 7:30am so I reached 7am itself but they opened at 8am finally. After opening they informed that they are not doing any vaccination and I have to go Al Mamzar health centre. Called DHA toll free number to complaint and book an appointment considering a special case but AL MIZHAR HEALTH CENTRE did not answer any calls made by the DHA call CENTRE executive itself. Why is it kept opened if they can’t answer the calls ??! BETTER YOU CLOSE AL MIZHAR HEALTH CENTRE. In the first place you are responsible for not calling me and informing about the location change. Not all People rely on sms . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Guys PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM AL MAMZAR HEALTH CENTRE, totally IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR.

I had worst experience with dha team members and they don’t guide you as professionals. They treat you like some random call and don’t care about your questions . Always redirecting your phone to other departments .Please at least try to give appropriate answers while maintaining a set standard of customer service satisfaction

DHA they dont answer ur email. And call centre can not really help. If have complain from the private sector of health and u go to them DHA as they should be the monitoring body for those private hospitals and can not get the proper help and guidance it frustrating

Tried many times to voice my valid complaint to them. Nothing works. They either redirect me to another department and forget the case, or just close the case without giving any reason.

The DHA is one of the most structured and professional governmental authorities I have dealt with. Their online platform is very user-friendly, and I was able to apply for my medical license and track my application very easily. I was always receiving confirmation emails with details explaining all the paperwork needed and the steps to be taken at every stage. The call center staff are friendly and always helpful. It was a great experience, and it made my move to Dubai an easy one!

If theres an option for 0 star i would definitely put it. dont know how people are putting 5 starts as i dont know a single person who doesnt suffer from DHA employees. they do not understand the meaning of diversity, are never Helpful and less than 0 communication skills. Overall Process just Frustrating !!!

Worst Communications. Mostly DHA HR doesnt answer any queries. Never answer any mail. Never guide properly, you are your own to figure out HR process.

The DHA is one of the best government authorities in the UAE. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to assist the clients. Special mention to the head of regulations , Ms Aisha Al Falassi and to customer care agents Ayesha Hashel and Ruqaya Al Marzooki. Amazing government employees :)
