When you ask a question to the guy in the front office you can clearly tell that he doesnt want to reply. Waste of Time, even online the infos are not here to help and not updated! basically good luck with your problem Thats what you get when going there!

Worst experience, Covid had created problems for everyone, but judgment did not help, after judgment came, landlord did not take the keys back, in order to make additional rent, judge did not help to ask the landlord to follow his final decision, I thought the law is powerful but only for weak and needy, they are supporting landlords openly. No clarity in laws, so many flaws are there, no justice for miskeen/weak people.

Waiting for hours and the responsible person was not there. Didn’t get solution to my problem. No clear instructions and people jumped the queue. I went to the place 3 times and waited for long time. Still cannot resolve any problem. Very frustrating

In the office no one is behind the desk, same time called and saying that all our staff currently busy.!!!!!! waited long time no one showed up and no one picked up the phone what a waste of time.

I never expect this kind of service, we were waiting for long time and there was no token to organize the queue.This kind of service should be either online or not only with one person.
