Great place to have some wine while enjoying life music.Elegant and fun with a very good cuisine.

With a five star hotel especially in Dubai, Im very very disappointed with the service here.The attitude is so bad and unprofessional,Idk why cant even be communicated with...I went around 5p.m.the bar is no any people only a table with two client and already stay for a while, the service is not busy at all.Im asking the coffee, they didnt supply but the lobby from upside (both belong to Westine) have it, and they dont wanna help for deliver or order with it....But Im thankful the head office side.I call them and order direct from the front desk from lobby, and right in 5 minutes the receptionist send the coffee to the bar.Thanks for Mary!!!

Great and fast service. Amazing cold platters (the cheese and cold cuts choice is great and portions huge). I didn’t have other things from the menu but it looked varied and appealing.

Wonderful night at the wine and cheese ladies night. Staff are super attentive and friendly. Our server Ravi did everything to ensure our drinks were topped up and that we were enjoying our evening. Such great value at 60AED we will definetly be back and recommend to all. Thank you :)

Nice Ambiance and fully dedicated Bartenders will give u a perfect mix on time, if you love to be in a crowded atmosphere visit them on Thursday and Friday evenings but if you want to really enjoy ur Drink in a calm atmosphere hope mid weeks, so that you can enjoy their hospitality

This place located in Westin hotel. You can sit indoor or on the terrace. Was windy so waiter brought us wraps. It was ladies night on Tuesday. So you pay 50 dirhams and enjoy food and drinks till 12.00. Music was awesome!

I love every bit of the ladies night on Tuesday..,the free flow of wine@60aed,the staff are friendly and attentive plus don’t forget to make a reservation.I will definitely come back.

The wine list is extensive and the prices are correct. The vibe though feels very eighties complete with mirror ball and Prince soundtrack

The first thing they need to do is to contact their maintenance team to have the Air Conditioning system checked because ugh God it was horrible. The place hasnt been ventilated for months with nearly zero air circulation. Four of us on the table were suffocating we couldnt wait until we finish the food and left. Thats not it, someone bossy popped up out of nowhere in his fancy clothes and started pushing our table away from other tables to maintain social distancing, we told him oh oh hold on hold on bro ask us to move first and it was your staff who put us here. He didnt say a word and left. Very horrible experience. For the sake of your loved ones, dont go there. And guys, fix the lighting at your place, one corner is super bright with your weird looking empty olive oil bottle wall while the opposite side of the place is super dark.

We came a bit late on a Thursday evening, around 12.30 the staff started to clear away pillows and clean up, urging us to finish our drinks and leave. Not exactly a welcoming atmosphere so long before formal closing time.The live music, a single singer/ guitarist, was nothing to write home about either. For an enjoyable night out best go elsewhere.

We came Thursday night . It was ladies night. Live music was great. Staff looked a bit serious ,we had some issues but manager was super helpful .good place have drinks, food looked tasty also

The place is just there no biggie.. Music wasnt great at first but later the Dj kicked in. I paid 60 AED to get in for free bites and Unlimited drinks unfortunately nothing much to enjoy in the free bites so I used to drinks to console myself as it was unlimited. My friend and I met the manager, great guy who asked us to sit at a particular reserved table that he was gonna get us seats at the bar later but unfortunately he was too busy and forgot to attend to us so we asked a staff to help us get seats at the bar he took us to back where we literally couldnt see people or have fun, we asked him to change our seats but he bluntly refused so we saw another waiter and explained to him then he changed our seats to a better place. I also requested for Cranberry from the Bar guy he added Alcohol to it I brought his attention to it but he acted all rude before he could change my drink guess I wasnt supposed to complain since its unlimited right? But I actually paid for it as well. The place is just there, the manager is great and the staff that attended to me is wonderful thats all I can say.

Best place to have glass of large choice of wine.. Wednesday you can enjoy open cheese and wine buffet with live music.. I recommend it definitely.

If you are looking for a romantic date, this is your place, however only for some nibbles and wine. The food isnt that great. Only found the deconstructed chicken wings good. Same as the other reviewers, the staff were hustling to get us out past midnight. Not cool! I won’t be coming back. We went to NOLA and had a blast, open til 3am 🥂

This bar is a nice lovely place, live music is amazing, and they have a nice tree errace, is the perfect place for a romantic dinner

Very rude staff!We ordered around 12 pm a cocktail, the person serving us said,that we can order only one drinking cause they are closing. Okkkk... we order our cocktail and 20 min later they come and say that we have 10 min to finish our drink and leave.Switching on the lights everywhere, starting to turn chairs up sight down,clearly showing us that we should leave. Come on,this is central location in Dubai,hotel,that’s not the way you treat your clients!Very disappointed, was not expecting that and defenetly not coming back!

Fabulous evening out. The bar menu is fabulous. The ladies night is especially good. But any evening is worth a visit..try the burrata!! The bar tender Mohamed Azeem is especially welcoming, has great product knowledge and is always happy to help.

Very crowded in the weekend between 6-9. I recommend this place after the pool party in the same place.

I used to like this place frequenting it more than 7 years now. However I have purchased lately a cheese and wine voucher more than a month ago and tried booking a table however nobody replied back to our calls or emails. Waste of money for such a grande hotel brand I wouldnt recommend this restaurant as they obviously dont care about their repeat customers.

I went for after office, when I arrived nobody was in the hostess desk, I felt very loose ! 2 people was waiting for me in one of the tables, I approach to one server to ask about it (I give him the name of the person who was waiting for me) and didnt know any info, thats mean that they dont ask name and info about the guest when they arrive to the outlet, (which is obvious because wasnt any hostess for give a warm welcome) also the service was too late, we have to ask to the waiter for the cheese and bread ... Very bad experience in a 5 star hotel Im DUBAI, mostly because I am sommelier and I was waiting for something stunning from a wine bar as must be Oeno ...

It was lovely, the drink was lovely and we ordered a pizza.
