I visited them to sell my old gold & replace with new pendant & chain. they told me that purity for my old gold is 18 carat they didn’t even do the testing in front of me. I was doubtful so I checked in next shop they tested in front of me & confirmed the purity is 21 carat. I sold my gold in that shop & purchased only the chain as I didn’t like the pendant in that shop. I came back to this shop & purchased pendant I selected. I asked them to put the pendant in chain he replied me we don’t do that you have to get it done from outside & if we do it will take 30 day. So i went to that next shop & got it done within 2 min.1) they are fraud never sale your gold in this shop.2) they are very manipulative & rude in customer service.Big Nooooooooo...

One of the biggest chains in dubai with awesome varieties and most of the weekends it is busy in evenings. Divine collections, precious gems and hand made varieties are something special here. Genuine buyers must visit.

My family members were raving about this place and hence visited. The place was full cause it was weekend. We waited for a bit. The service was a bit slow they said they were under staffed cause it was weekend. We ordered their shami kebab, masala papad and murg chakori kebab for starters. The papad wasn’t good. Rest items were good. We also ordered chicken makhanwala and murg bhuna masala with butter naan. The chicken makhanwala was okay. Didn’t quite like the bhuna masala and the naan. It was way too chewy and felt like a chewing gum. Not happy with my first experience. Also bhuna masala didn’t have pieces, too manybones. We also had chocolate truffle pastry which was the best among other dishes

I had ordered a bangle of 20 gram, because that was coming under my budget and I had given advance as well on that basis. They had told there wont b much change in the weight, but when they are delivering the product they have made the bangle with more than 25 gram, which is way more than I would like to spend on a bangle. Now I cant purchase it and have to buy something else with the advance amount I have given. I have to spent money on something which I had not planned on buying. This is so unprofessional from Malabar gold delivering a product that you have not ordered for and expecting people to buy. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Will never transact with Malabar gold going forward.

Nice place to purchase gold. This shop in karama is One of the best shops across Dubai. You will find lot of variaties and different types of jeweleries. If you are very selective then this shop has lot of choices & you will definitely find here something for you. Making charges are reasonable. But you need to do lot of bargaining to reduce making charges. I personally think that Malabar should offer best available rates for loyalty customers.

We went to purchase gold ring for engagement of our daughter. We were asked to wait for a person to come and show tge ring but nobody turned up to us even after waiting 10 minutes. A Frustrated filipino promoter came and started to show us the rings. She was not intersted at all to give us details. We asked her whats the price and she irritatedly replies wait. Filipino promoters at this shop are very very bad in customer service. I have been living in dubai since 35 years and this will be last i would visit this shop. I had bought my guest and was insulting. I thought recomending many guests to them but now i will be going to sky jewelers they have good customer service.
