More than two months ago we both a mans ring and womans bracelet here, and they were beautiful. this jewelry shop offers variety asian, arabic, and quite modern designs.. they have many types of gold jewelries and of different karats. the sales guy was friendly and accommodating! He offered me tea, i agreed but the tea never came! I think he forgot Lol. But he was very nice to us.

Mashoom, Milan, Hyatt etc are the branches of Dhekan. 22ct, 24ct, 21ct, 18ct gold are sold and taken here. Dhekan Jewellers is owned by a Gujarat based family. Dhakan Head Office is opposite to Gold souq parking. Working hours is 9.30am to 10 pm except Friday. In Fridays working hours will be 4pm to 9 pm.

Worst ever experience with this Jeweller. I had purchased a gold chain from them which broke immediately when my wife tried to wear it. We got it exchanged it with another chain which also turned out to be of equally inferior quality and broke similarly. The other time the shop denied to give any refund even after agreeing to waive the making charges (of AED 50 per gram) that they had charged from me. They did not even agree to pay me the value for the gold as per the prevailing market rates. I had involve the Dubai Mall authorities and only after their intervention, the shop paid me only the value of the gold.Thanks to the mall authorities, without their help the shop would not have refunded the money.
