Not available over the phone in the MOE, neither Dubai mall. This is not a customer service worth the name of the brand, the management needs to be changed.

Chanel as a brand is my favourite and loving aloot.I was in chanel parfumes in dubai mall fashion aveniue, on 26/01/2021 , at 9 pm and i got so dissapointed from sales person who didnot welcome and didnot give any warm feeling that i wanted to buy more than what i got, let me feel that i dont want to go this place other time, i would love to get warm tretment from the luxury brands sales person, and my expectation was very dissapointed, and i left place very bad mood . Thanks

Terrible, disappointing experience for such a renowned brand. (Some) staff are extremely rude - I had one employee look straight at me, smile and walk away to stand with his colleagues, only to be called back by his manager to serve me a few minutes later.

Visited Dubai again for Christmas shopping and was very pleased!

The best boutique in area. Its the only place that I like to shop for clothes. They have really great on-trend pieces and lots of cute Free People jeans and Chaser tees. It’s the best place to go when you need a cute outfit and dont have a lot of time. I also really like the new t-shirt line that they I get from this shop. If youre in town you should definitely pop in sometime and check it out.

As much as i love Chanel i just hate their staff in this specific store branch! Chinese staff is so so rude! I expect to be treated nicely and with respect everywhere and even more when i come to spend money.I was on the other side of the counter and the women rudely told me to move away!I will never spend in this branch agAin!!!

I bought a bag, but I felt bad.The employee was rude, had a bad expression, and blunt.I asked for a new product because there was a scratch on the bag, and he said it was the only one, and he didnt check the inventory.She didnt seem to want to sell things to me.I didnt hear any explanation about the goods.Ive been to many Chanel stores around the world, and Ive never felt this bad.

Its been 20 mins and noone has attended us. Finally someone showed up in a shock that there were customers waiting. The only guy on duty didnt bother telling his colleague at the back that there are people waiting.The gentleman who came out was good and helped us.Not a premium brand service. Date 7th Mar, 2020 time 12pm.

I was very disappointed, upset and felt CHEATED when I wanted to swap the bag that was purchased in Chanel Germany to Chanel Dubai Mall. The bag that came from Chanel Germany is actually more expensive compared to the item that I like to swapped it with. But inspite of that the Sales associate demanded me to pay 598 aed. He is saying that because I got a tax free in Germany. When did they had the right to take the refund back from other country?And ofcourse the one that I have returned they will sell as per Dubai price. So they have already taken my refund and they asked me to pay extra 598 aed and they will sell the bag as per Dubai price which is redicoulously expensive. How many times they make profit out of this transaction. I hope that they will stop doing this to their clients because it is not right. Taking peoples money is not right! I believed that this is not Chanel way of satisfying their customers.

I always tried to avoid going into chanel dubai mall because of the rude customer service, but my experience with RANIA has changed all that! Special thanks to rania who greeted me with a smile at the door and made me feel so welcome, she was truly willing to help and went out of her way to show me around! I’ve always been a loyal chanel customer but preferred buying from abroad because i never had good service here. Thank you Rania for changing all that. now i feel welcomed at chanel in my own country.

Very Bad Customer Service, I bought a shoe for my wife and when i bought it i was told that in case she didnt like it or if there is an issue with the size i can always either change it or take a credit note. When my wife wanted to change it, i was told that its not in a selling condition. Which means they sold me a shoe thats not in a selling condition and she only tried it in the shop !!!! or the other explanation is that you selling us a very bad quality product that even if i didnt wear it the leather will look old. Please stop blaming your customers in this way as its not acceptable. Will raise the issue with customer protection department.

I was forcefully pushed out of the way by one of the employees when I did not see that he was coming in my direction. I would have gladly moved, I was not blocking the the way intentionally however, I was violently and forcefully shoved to the side. I did not want to involve the because I really dont have time and energy for something like that. But I should have.

Almost always terrible service at Dubai Mall store over the past two years. The lady assistants in particular are very rude and impatient. Even if I buy something, I always leave unhappy and with a bad taste in my mouth. They sell on the premise of doing the Customer a favour.

Poor service by the staff, I understand that the product usually sells itself but that doesnt mean you ignore your clients and make them feel worthless when theyre not spending as much as some of your regular customers. Youre still shop assistants at the end of the day!

I am amazed to read so many negative reviews!For me the experience went well!An outside queue allows the customer to be picked up directly by a salesperson as soon as you enter!I had the right to the same support from the saleswoman as in France:Installation on a sofa, a free snack, presentation of the product ... all in a calm and cozy atmosphere!Thank you to the wonderful saleswoman (gentle calm and great kindness)

Chanel quality is always on top !! Also, the boutique is no different from Paris, except for the different roses on the package here they are dark blue, and there they are white. The staff is nice, intelligent and helpful !! Great boutique!
