There is no pressure to buy and take your time to browse as the purchase you will make is an investment. The smell alone attracts you to be relaxed and comfortable.

It is a huge shop yet we had to wait almost 1 hour in the queue outside the shop because they didnt have enough staff. Then the product I wanted to exchange, they told me will be available in 1 month time. Anyway on the positive side, staff is very very nice, very polite and they do their best to help you. Been using this store for years and I know things are a little different this year but the queue was not due to social distancing it was just they didnt have enough staff.

Purchased my wife a Coco handle from this Chanel. All the professionalism you expect from this great brand. She loved the bag.

No application to make appointment to save time so we had to wait a long time out side the store to get in and because we don’t know any staff inside, while any one who had a prior acquaintance with the staff and received a text message from them can get in easy. We had to wait more than 30 min and many ppl came and got in, which is unfair then we decided to leave and not buy any thing. Never in any Chanel in the world have I experienced such a bad customer care. It’s so disappointed

Chanel bags in Dubai are extremely pricey so we wanted to get information first, research about it, have a look in person before making a decision and buying our bags. We had a wonderful male staff who helped us; he was very well-informed, friendly, kind, patient and answered all our queries. I think this experience has helped us make a decision on our purchase and we will definitely return to the MOE store to buy Chanel products!!

Was searching for a dream bag and of course appeared at Chanel store! Luckily one of the guy came to me and we started over conversation. He was very nice, his name is Ahmad (ginger hair), gave me so many advices, he has great taste and plenty of knowledge! Spend maybe an hour in store! Just loved my experience there.

Make you wait for ages to spend your money and then take ages to finish your transaction. Need to be better organized and need a far better system. Will not buy again.

Tiny store with a very limited selection of Chanel merchandise. No possibility to order in, either. The chance of finding what you are interested in here, in your size, is minimal. Its crazy that every Chanel store in France, Spain, and the US can order in whatever you like next-day, but thats not possible here.

I have been here a couple of times and I had the best experience of my life. I am originally from Canada and have usually shopped there or the US for the most part. The staff is helpful and patient with you. They are cordial and friendly. Keep in mind, there are millions of tourists walking through those stores just to see things. It becomes difficult to figure out who is or isnt a serious buyer. Everyone should be given the benefit of the doubt. Just because its a high end store doesnt mean they will lay out a red carpet for you and serve you caviar with a gold spoon.

Very Bad Customer Service, I bought a shoe for my wife and when i bought it i was told that in case she didnt like it or if there is an issue with the size i can always either change it or take a credit note. When my wife wanted to change it, i was told that its not in a selling condition. Which means they sold me a shoe thats not in a selling condition and she only tried it in the shop !!!! or the other explanation is that you selling us a very bad quality product that even if i didnt wear it the leather will look old. Please stop blaming your customers in this way as its not acceptable. Will raise the issue with customer protection department.

Dont every buy anything in this store! I had a problem with my bag and left for repair. After 2 weeks repairing I got my bag back and I notice the leather was damaged! They asked to leave my bag again to see what solution they could come up with, after two months (I went to the store twice with no resolution whatsoever) I had enough and went back to get my damaged bag. Worst costumer service ever!! Stay away!

After placing several items on hold we came back 4 hours later to pay. They made us wait for 20 mins as there was no sales advisors available (all busy with other clients). there were 3 people in the store. A couple of suites sales people were talking to each other. So I told them we have our things on hold. We want to pay and leave. They didn’t care, and told us no one can help us at the moment. Worst service ever for such a brand.

The poorest Chanel store in Dubai. All sellers and store employees do their best to ensure that customers do not buy anything from them. We waited 30 minutes for someone to come up to us in the store. All employees go back and forth and no one cares.P.s. And when I apparently turned to the management, they turned on the fool and went to pretend that they were working. Disgusting store. Chanel is much better in Dubai Mall.
