When I went to Al Qusais-1 Splash, Only one cashier working in counter. Soo long line I feel so bad service.

We bought few tshirts for AED 59/- mention as tag price- but upon reaching counter was billed for AED 69/-..when asked the cashier about the same they have informed that its mark up price..😠😡

Just visited today, good variety of clothes and good friendly staff. Special thanks to the branch manager Mr. Arslan who helped me to choose from different varieties in a very friendly manners.

Worst shop never ever is seen in dubai.Very worst customer service and biller.A lady purchase shoes she took from a offer place (but some one mistakenly kept that item to this offer place), she didnt check.She went to counter and make the payment.Then immediately she thought to return the item (shocks) thats around AED40.But that biller didnt consider her words and he literally strated to rubbish word in his language.She left the store with pain and cry.I check the term and condition of splash there is a possibility and options there to replace the particular item.shes uneducated, might be the reason of the biller didnt accept her request.My opinion better give some basic training to your staffs to handle the people.Also give special training about humanity.Terms and conditions photos attached.

Splash has a good range of clothes for women and men. For women they have clothes which is youth related, office wear, lingerie, sports wear as well as Indian fusion clothes. For men you have a wide range of t-shirts, jeans, formal shirts and trousers, undergarments, jackets. Prices are quite reasonable for these good quality clothes.

Splash is my fav plc for clothing but they are bit expensive.

Its like youre entering into a used clothes shop. During this pandemic they even didnt put any sanitizer for the customer plus there is no sales man to help people get what they are looking for

This is going to be a long one and I hope you will read it completely.Forget about the cheap price and lots of options etc.The customer service is AWFUL. I went in today and was looking for a jacket I saw on the Splash shopping App. I went through the store everywhere, I couldnt find 1 single staff anywhere, besides the security guy who was folding clothes. I finally saw a lady by the counter, I went to ask her about the jacket I was looking for, I even said hello to her but she just passed by me as if I was invisible. I called her and asked her and just got a Hmmm as a reply and she walked away as I was still looking for the picture of that jacket. I ignored it and went browsing through the clothes again. Got some stuff and went to the changing room but again no staff to be seen around. I saw a guy tagging some clothes, I went to ask him if there is someone to assist, he said I dont know maam. I was confused whether I mistook a customer for a staff so I went to look for the cashier lady...could not find her. Went back to the changing room, out of 4 rooms, 3 were locked and the one open was full of clothes customers did not take thrown on the floor. I went back to the guy tagging clothes and ask him for assistance again and he said there is no staff. So I asked him is there anyone working here? and he said he will look for the lady. The lady came and ask how she may assist me, I told her I want to try the clothes and she pointed to the changing room. I told her yeah but the room is full of clothes just thrown on the floor and I got another Hmmmm as answer. Not a hello, not a smile, not even once. I am the kind of person who will never complain, always say hello to everyone, anywhere, any store I walk in, even ask the staff how their day is going and will wish them a nice day/evening when leaving. But today I must say it, today I have experienced the WORST customer service and on my first time visiting a Splash Store.I cannot just blame the staffs though for such attitude. 1 person might be grumpy but not everyone. I feel like Splash is under staffed, seeing the security guy doing his job as a security guard and folding clothes as well says a lot. No staffs to be seen anywhere. Only 1 lady working around the store and working as the cashier as well. So basically leaving the cash counter unattended and a tagging guy or whatever he was doing. No one to assist the customers. Your staffs look tired and unhappy and I am sure they are underpaid multitaskers. Your staff will treat your customers the way you treat them. Employ more people and stop over working and under paying those people. Having a little bit of basic human respect is not that hard.Ive worked in customer service for years and I know when staffs are unhappy, exhausted and overworked.You wanna build an empire, then treat your employees better and watch them build it for you to the moon without even asking for it. Make your employees happy and they will make your customers happy.Having said that, give your employees some customer service trainings as well.In case you will delete my comment. I am saving it and I will repost it again and again.
