I just had THE WOSRT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!first : I purchased swan bracelet from the application I PAID for it and I chose to click and collect from mall of the Emirates , next day I received an email they canceled my order , I called them to check the answer was someone came before you and took it !!!!!They didn’t respect that someone already paid for it!!!Really????? Is this Swarovski strategies with their costumers??DISAPPOINTED.

The Philippina saleslady’s attitude is horrific. Grumpy face and reluctant to cooperate. What a shame to have such people in a beautiful store like yours.
In my experience, the ladies here are quick to help, even on a busy Friday afternoon. This brand is a regular source of small gifts for my wife, and I love the quality/value ratio here. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. As in all things, having reasonable expectations is key. This is a store where the caliber of customer will likely dictate much of the associated shopping experience. If you dont understand what I just said, dont expect much. I was talking about you.

Visited the shop and they managed to bring the item I wanted from another shop. However they omitted to inform me that the discount will be over when the item will arrive (which I could have avoid by going myself to the other branch), now the customer service tells me that I lied and offered me a discount which is already appearing while opening their website from any PC...Poor service, would avoid this branch!
Horrible service.Was accompanying my friend who wanted to buy some gifts as she is going on vacation in few days.We indeed made our mind to buy something from this place before we went there but the staff barely even tried to attend us mind you they were busy attending people who came after us.On asking they replied saying they have other customers.Well so what we end up spending a good 1800 at another outlet with good service in the same mall .
Went to exchange a gift, the customer service lady dropped the pen and then told me it is damaged sorry but I can’t exchange it... How convenient
Good job in maintaining high standards for the brand, even the sales people are busy but they were attentive, and assisted immediately, nice display and nice location, very easy to reach, nice packing as well, I believe prices are fixed all over their branches,,

Extremely annoyed at this point. I do not understand the staffs logic, bought some Neckless and their diamonds fell off in 40 days and staff refused to help me out.
