Amazing looking and delicious sushi.They have a variety of sushi choices, I usually order the “Cooked for two”(this is what’s called in the menu) which more that enough for two, this plate of full of mouth-watering selections of sushi, salmon cream cheese roll, California roll, dragon roll, tuna roll and a wagyu roll as well, they all come together to make a perfect platter of flavorful sushi.They have indoor and outdoor seating.Great staff and astounding service.

They have an excellent menu, of far more variaty and creativity than other comparable sushi restaurants in Dubai. I really love their signature roll Gyu and the tuna roll with truffle mayo was great too. My only remark is that the rice was a bit overcooked with too much water. Salmon ceviche was good too, and it comes with two side dishes you can choose. I had Wasabi coleslaw salad which seemed a bit dry although I dined in, and a bowl of edamame. Friendly staff and pleasant decoration with a nice lounge music.

We ordered food beforehand. When we came home it was only one bag with free miso soups and edamames near door. But receipt showed that all items of order was delivered.. we called back and had to prove that its not true.. same day later there was one more delivery and what do you think.. our order still had missing items!!! again we had to call back and prove that order is not completed again!!! So after millions of text messages with client service they said that they will refund us missing items 🤦‍♀️ edamames were too salty by the way 🙄

Honestly I dont get all the great reviews for this place.. the sushi was not that good the pieces were just coming apart. Salmon and tuna didnt taste that fresh. Expensive for tinyyy pieces.Just would not recommend.

I received my signature box (20pcs) of sushi with only one chopstick, one ginger and one wasabi even though I asked for 2. Whats the point of having a sharing box with cutlery only enough for one? They gave me soy sauce in a bottle and they did not provide any container for it so I am not really sure how I can eat my shushi with a soy sauce in a bottle (i am in a hotel and I do not have a sauce container). Yet, they still call themselves sushi “ART”. How ironic!

Worst ever restaurant I met. , the waiter working attitude is so awful .made the soy sauce spilled all over me and hand over the dishes to me other hand holding the dirty dishes from another table. Even. The payroll of the check they didn’t give back to me the change. The price can be same with downtown restaurants.how come the services can be so horrible like these. For that I would think twice before going back.Location:The outdoors tables are right behind parking lots. When cars leave and are parked reserve, we face the exhaust fumes. Recommend to have higher plants for separation.Service:Service was a bit slow. Servers didnt know all items menu. But we understood that there were new joiners, manager was doing his best. We didnt have the impression that the sitting table service was taking priority over the home delivery orders.

Truly disrespectful attitude towards clients. I will NEVER order from them again for delivery, as they take between 1.5 - 2 hours to make deliveries. Not only their app is completely misleading on the time of delivery (today it was delivered 1 hour late), but also the employee is very unhelpful and not bothered with the low level of service they provide. Food is good, but it’s a shame that they are simply not serious enough to make deliveries and treat clients with the bare minimum level of respect!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

My wife and I have been to SushiArt Motor City several times and the service there has always been very poor with regards to wait staff attitude and attentiveness. Today my wife and I stopped by for lunch and, like usual, the wait staff couldnt care any less that we had walked in. No welcome, no real acknowledgement at all. We were semi-pointed to our table with nothing being said and then were basically left to wonder if anyone cared ever to take our order. We sat down, chose quickly and put our menus down (because you have to do that in Dubai or waiters will think you havent decided and never check on you - which is dumb restaurant owners/managers. Tell your waiters that people still like to look at the menu after theyve chosen). There were two other tables of customers only, 4 at one, one at the other. It appeared the table of 4 were finished and just chatting. We were trying to get the waters attention but he was too busy chatting with the guy sitting alone at one of the other tables (my wife later said he had glanced over early on and nodded in a manner like - whatever, Ill get to you when I want). It was seriously disrespectful and rude what was happening. We both got fed up with it and left and will never go back or order from them again. For the SushiArt manager or owner: our bill wouldve been about 250 AED like each time we have been in or ordered for delivery. Delivery 2-3 times per month. Visits to the restaurant, every 2 or 3 months since you opened. Theres plenty of other restaurants though (even sushi ones) to choose from so - bye!

Ordered sushi plate, it was premade cold from the fridge including the plate, tasted like sushi from supermarket. Service OK but no smile. We didnt eat even half, just not great.

The Food arrived less than 40 mins in a beautiful packaging, the food was still warm in a perfect condition and very generous with ginger/say source. Thank you. Low quality ingredients. Tuna sashimi tasted like plastic. Industrial grade sushi. If you’re used to good sushi you’ll be disappointed. It will do if you’re really hungry. Some special rolls were good. Tuna maki were really average...

We tried sushiart more than 1 year ago and we have being ordered with some frequency from them. The quality of the food and the service was very good in the begging, but on our last orders the freshness of the food it’s not there and the quality of the service decreased as well. For more than 1 time we were supposed to get our delivery from 50 to 60 mnts and both days it took 90 minutes to our food to be delivered.We just finished now our last order and the food wasn’t fresh at all and we waited 90 mnts again...

Pretty good sushi. They have excellent delivery options. I got the salmon teriyaki poke bowl, salmon tartare and a selection of signature, regular, and spring rolls. The tartare in particular was tasty. The spring roll and regular roll was uninspiring. The signature roll was good.

Excellent sushi, expect mid-high end restaurant prices with similar quality but slightly less in terms of ambience and service.They serve a Pomegranate and hibiscus drink which is delightful!

Sushi Art is a small sushi chain across Dubai that offers some of the better “chain” sushi in my opinion given that it is not a one off outlet sushi store. This specific outlet was new to me and so I wanted to check it out as to be honest I have never actually been to a sushi at restaurant.The focus here is much more on takeaway then dining with a lot of sushi options already prepared and chilled in attractive simple looking boxes. You can get all the options that you would come to expect including maki rolls, fresh sure she me, miso soup, fresh salads and of course a small selection of deserts including fresh cut fruits and cheesecakes.I ordered a Roo Box which includes a selection of rolls including California rolls, sashimi, carrot salad with citrus dressing and a spicy miso soup all together for 90 dirhams. There is a lot of food here for lunch especially as the miso and carrot salad on their own do a lot of work to fill you. The spicy miso does not mislead: it is spicy indeed and masks the signature subtle fermented miso flavour. The carrot citrus salad is crunchy, sweet and pleasant.If you are a lover of sushi you might find the food here a little basic or what is sometimes called entry level sushi. If you are someone who enjoys sushi and you want a break from the usual day today grab and go lunchtime options, then this is a good option. If you are looking for a healthy lunch alternative that does not include a salad (which seems to be the only option these days) then I recommend checking it out. As this is a small outlets it means that there are not many staff. You can expect a rush at lunchtime so you can expect to wait if you do not take one of the ready-made options. Honestly speaking I was checking the dictionary to find the worst words to describe my experience with them ,Liers, not transparent , not honest , they don’t know what they are doing.In 2 hours you can travel to other country , I live 10 min away from them and it took them 2 hours to deliver few pieces of sushi .

Catastrophic, put an order a Thursday around 8.30pm and after 1h called to follow up. Both the manager and the staff lied that they just sent the order to us. After another 45 mins I went to their store at motorcity and it turned out that they hadn’t even started with the order. Delivery under 30min is a scam! Even the staff admit that the management is bad and they are understaffed. Don’t waste your money on this restaurant.
