Sushi Sushi in Century Village is a very popular Japanese restaurant and bar that has been around for a very long time. This homegrown brand has been in existence for the past 21 years. Needless to say, they excel at what they do. The small restaurants at Century Village in Garhoud has always held a prime place for most of the family’s go-to destination for outdoor dining. They have an extensive menu that also features many oriental classics and you can find a wide range of veggie options as well. The chilled out vibe, vibrant outdoor with flowing water and chalet is definitely a bonus point. The relaxed interior is reminiscent of good old styled Japanese restaurant. They even have some props and hand painted posters that have been on their walls for two decades.Sushi Sushi is really worth checking out !!

I was excited for the Japanese experience especially since it was voted one of the best but the food was anything but Japanese. The only thing Japanese was the rice. Everything from garnishes used to the combination of vegetables to the diluted curry to the thinly sliced breaded chicken which were not even covered with actual panko and this was all the faults from the Chicken Katsu Curry. The Yakisoba was made with egg noodles and not Soba noodles and the combination of vegetables was more Chinese than Japanese. The only star Im giving is for the location and the environment which was shared with the other restaurants. Highly disappointed. Please do better.

Was waiting 1 hour for the delivery, which I’m not even complaining about. After it got delivered, i unpacked it and found a hair in my fried rice! If you care about hygiene levels I would not order from this restaurant.

One of the oldest restaurants serving Sushi in the heart of Garhoud. They have been serving the best quality Sushi for over 18 years and have visited this restaurant many a times. Their Volcano and the After shocks are my favourites. Their chicken katsu curry is good too. The Mochi they serve here is beautiful. The service here is top class and this is one reason I come here to enjoy. The outdoor seating is great and the views of the open greener is magical. I loved it here.

Not Authentic. All sushi rolls taste the same. Plus, they are soggy and flavourless and not tasty. - not Japanese sushi.

Went here after a long time and it is still the same high quality as I’ve experienced in the past. Food is exceptional and service is friendly. The ambience is lovely as well with nice lighting. If you need any help with the menu, Gladwin the Manager will be happy to assist you. We had a interesting chat with him about his 19 years with Sushi Sushi and the changes he’s seen in Dubai during this time.If you like sushi, you will love this place.

Sushi Sushi is a lovely restaurant tucked within Century Village, Dubai. They specialize in Japanese cuisines. The chefs are top notch which can be noticed by the quality of sushi served here. Inside the restaurant is quite spacious and has an outdoor seating area as well. The music is light and trendy. All in all, everything checked our boxes for a perfect night out.If you’re looking for a quiet evening away from the hustle and bustle of the city, then this is the place for you. They serve amazing food and the entire place has a pleasant and soothing ambiance. Perfect for date nights or an outing with friends/family.For the drinks we started out with a Virgin Mojito and a Bora Bora. The mojito was great! Refreshing and light and not too sweet, just the way we like it. Bora bora was a blend of cranberry juice, pineapple and lime. A terrific combination because what we got was delicious! Loved every drop of it.Chicken Satay: We were served with 5 skewers of chicken with satay sauce. The sauce was lip-smackingly good. However, we felt there was not enough of it. The chicken was good just that we wished there was more of that delicious sauce. There were too many great options of sushi that we went ahead and got ourselves a platter! Our platter consisted of Aftershock Maki, volcano maki, crunchy California maki, Tuna Sashimi, Salmon Sashimi and Crab Sashimi. Firstly, kudos to the chef cause the presentation here was on point! Each piece of sushi served was curated to perfection and we got to say that the presentation didn’t compromise on the taste as the quality speaks for itself in every bite you take. We were more than happy to devour this platter. Our top picks would be the Volcano Maki and the aftershock maki.Chicken Teriyaki: Tender chunks of chicken well grilled served with salad and fries on the side. It was so delicious that one of us didn’t bother sharing and whilst talking finished the dish within minutes.Chicken Curry Katsu: Our go to Japanese main to order whenever we’re in a mood for Japanese cuisine. This dish did not disappoint. The chicken had that amazing crunchy exterior without being too dry. The sauce was just perfect which was served with well cooked vegetables. Delicious! Is all that’s left to say for this dish.Mochi: We got the green tea, mango and strawberry flavors. It made for a sweet ending just the way we like.Service:The service was terrific. Our server was very attentive and made sure we had an experience that’s was nothing less than perfect.Cash Outflow:The pricing is decent for the quality being offered.Circling Back:Great food with an amazing ambiance, so yes! We’re coming back.

If you are a true 🍣 fan Sushi Sushi is the place. Usually to try the variations order the platter which comes with different Sushi variations. Also I love their Sea Food fried rice which is one of my favorite dish. Nice ambience and specially the senior staff including Gladwin and Priyantha both are super heros to fulfill any of your requirements. ✌️

Excellent food and service. Tried several sushi and non-sushi dishes and they were quite good. They also accept Entertainer discount vouchers (at the time of writing at least). Highly recommended spot in an often forgotten part of town.

This restaurant is surely for those who are looking for the pure authentic Japanese sushi .The ambience is just so beautiful located at Century village. The service here is really good and the staffs are really friendly and have good knowledge for the food .Starting with the refreshing drinks Bora Bora and Virgin Mojito . Then were the amazing starters which you should try is the Calamari Rings served with delicious tar tar sauce .Then was the Wasabi prawns and sweet chilli prawn Salad surely was hot fresh and crispy .The Mains is surely highly recommend which I enjoyed each and every bite starting with the Individual sushi of your choices Crazy prawns, California Maki ,After Shock Maki presented in the beautiful sail boat !!Another hit from the mains were my old classic Fish and Chips served with coleslaw and french fries in Japanese style. Then was the Amazing Teppanyaki Mixed seafood and fish Teppanyaki served with rice and seafood broth quite delicious but broth was not of my taste palate.Lastly I loved their dessert which was the deep fried icecream highly recommend it . For chocolate lovers Chocolate mousse ice cream with Raspberry Sorbet surely a hit .

Sushi Sushi is amongst the oldest sushi restaurants that have been around in Dubai for over 17 years with a chef that has been serving there consistently throughout. They are a licensed sushi restaurant and compared to other licensed sushi restaurants they’re priced highly competitively (They also accept entertainer vouchers). They’re located near the entry of Century village and there is free parking available nearby. The ambience is a bit old but cozy with different sort of seating styles and they have a conveyor belt that has been there since the beginning so you now know who was the first to bring the concept to the city. The staff are so friendly and have such a positive vibe that you feel welcomed. Everyone is genuinely trying to be their best and make your dining experience a delight. We ordered quite a bit of dishes,Starters – Spicy Crab and Cheese Spring Rolls.Sushi rolls - Crazy Prawn Tempura Roll, Spicy Aftershock Maki, Crunchy California, Philly Cheese Maki and the California Maki.Hot Dishes – Mixed Tempura with Rice and Miso Soup.Desserts – Apple and Banana Tempura with Ice CreamMocktails – Red DawnWhile I did like all the dishes, the sushi rolls undoubtedly stood out to me the most. I finally tried raw sushi after failing miserably before but this time I loved it and the credits go the sushi sushi, also please don’t miss out on their Aftershock maki as its one of the spiciest sushi rolls I’ve tried.
