The only thing worse than worms and cockroaches is horrible customer service from the Management.I have been a very loyal customer to Sushi Art over the last few years, ordering on a regular basis. And the reason why I will no longer be their customer anymore, to the point of writing here and other platforms (which I never do) is simply the worst customer service experience I have ever had from what apparently is their top management.In the last 2 years I have found twice insects in the food. First it was a worm in the edamame, and later on a small cockroach on a sushi roll. Discussing this unpleasant experience, the reaction I get is the Area Manager interrupting me, portraying me as a discount hunter and pretty much threatening me if I complain publicly about this.Sadly, it comes to this. It is not about what the issues are, it is about how you deal with them. Unfortunately, their Area Manager chose rudeness. There are plenty of honest restaurants out there that value their customers.

Sushi Art is an amazing place to get your sushi from. Poke bowls are great as well! Very fresh and delicious. Also I liked the presentation with all the details. And miso soup was super good! Absolutely love it!

I want to share my experience with sushi Art delivery .Sushi were fresh and tasty . I got my sushi boxes with miso soup and edamame and ice on the top of the sushi box .Rice was perfectly cooked. Sushi , sashimi , poke bowls for any taste ! Prices are good . This place I can recommend to all my friends !

Sushi is great! One of the only places in Dubai I found several vegetarian options. Highly recommend it!

Ive ordered online from the outlet and since the delivery was late, I decided to cancel it. However, the amazing Manager on duty - Tharindu (I specifically asked for his name since he took my cancellation of the order very seriously), made sure I received the most amazing Cooked for 2 box of sushi to share with my husband. Im a loyal customer who has been eating in their DIFC and JBR outlets which are all great with the customers. But I must admit mr. Tharindu went the extra mile to satisfy my expectations as a longterm customer. And most importantly - a well fed customer. Sushi Art is preparing the most amazing sushi of all in UAE. They have great lunch offers and it is a good way to start exploring their menu. Thank you again to mr. Tharindu for fixing the issue which I experienced, he is very professional.

Been to other sushi arts a few times before and tried this one expecting the same quality. It was disappointing to say the least. Soy sauce had gone bad, and each of the rolls I ordered was awful. Left most of our meal on the table and still had to pay almost AED 300.

I have been a loyal customer at Sushi Art before all the expansions. The quality unfortunately has really gone down ever since Sushi Art expanded their restaurants. The Media City branch unfortunately is really bad; the fish does not seem fresh, and I found myself looking for other sushi restaurants to go to. Its disappointing considering Sushi Art used to be one of the best places for sushi.
