Today ordered pizza from Al Dante .. timely delivery and hot and well packed pizza.. ordered margarita and veg pizza and hot were well cooked,, loads of cheese and veggies and yes crisp base.. made our afternoon good .. will try their salad and pasta next time as we liked the quality and quick service..

The waitress recommended the truffle pizza, we had it, it was sweet and salty but not in a good way, it had a strong truffle smell, and the bread of the pizza was really like bread not pizza dough. To be improved.

We came here 5 years before and impressed from their genuine taste. We come again yesterday and found each dishes are very tasty. It’s rare to keep same delicious taste in Dubai, because owner and chef change are frequently. Highly recommended Italian restaurant in Dubai!

Nice selection of Italian dishes complemented by a variety of appetizers, soups, and salads. Great desserts too. Wonderful service by well trained staff. And finally my hat goes off to the Chef and the precision in flavours meeting.Will be back soon

A complete rip off. There is a piece of paper in the hotel rooms that tell you if you order a pizza you will get one for free. I have been there twice and not once have they told me about the promotion. I ordered one pizza and never got the second one. When I read the paper in the room, and I called them, they said that they are supposed to tell you about the promotion and they should serve you both pizzas. That never happened. I later deliberately went there and ordered the pizza and still no one told me about the promotion. After the hostess took the order and as she was taking away the menu from me, I asked her isn’t there a promotion, she answered yes. So I said then why didn’t you tell me about it, she said that she was going to tell me about it. Of course this is a total lie because she had already taken the order and was about to leave. I asked her to call the manager for me and she said he is not here and he comes in the evening. This is a total disgrace. I would recommend everyone to never go these ripoffs.

Good food

As a part Italian, Ive got to say it isnt the most authentic food but its still very tasty. The lunch menu is a find, it costs 70 for 3 courses which is pretty decent in Dubai. Good place for a work lunch.

I enjoyed my meal, and I especially liked the service. This was my second visit, and the place was quiet on the weekend. I had a nice meal and we were well attended to.

This restaurant is great! The meal was really good. We were a group of friends and no one was disappointed. Personally, Im Doctor of pizza :-) and this one was perfect. This restaurant could have been normal without the smiling manager, really nice and considerate ... I highly recommend this restaurant

The food was ok

It was okey, the steak was good but the french fries had way too much salt. I know its a trick to make ur costumers thirsty and order more drinks but it makes the fries nasty. The fries where also warmed up again so not fresh out of the fryer.I ordered a risotto and it was not cooked well enough still raw. If the cook takes more time to stir the risotto until its well cooked, then it will be a very tasty one.

I must say that they got a Beautiful Interior typical European setup. they got smoking zone dining area also they serve alcohol.This is place is good to visit for dinner sometimes with live music.We had Vegetarian Pizza , everything was perfect bread , taste, quality .1 Pizza is enough for 2 with affordable price .There are public parking space available in 200 meter range.

You would be surprised of this gem! Hidden inside somehow not the best hotel the food is great and the service is excellent. Just go basic italian dont venture too much into their menu ! You are not in italy.

A real nice and cosy restaurant located in Barsha Heights in Byblos Hotel ground floor (Can be accessed from hotel or the main road)The food was really good (Tenderloin) and the lunch offer is amazing with 4 plates to select from along with dessert or coffee for 50 AED.The waitresses were also so friendly and welcoming.

One of the best Italian restaurants in town.

I used to live across al dente restaurant and would have their spaghetti bolognese on a daily basis because its just so yummy. Their selection of wine is fantastic. When I moved houses, I still tried their delivery service 3 times but the quality of the spaghetti bolognese has changed. Its still the best comparing to all other restaurants service this dish, but if you were to compare it to how they made it a year ago, the taste has changed and its done a bit dry now. Maybe cause its sent via home delivery service thats why its different? Maybe I should try to pop in again to see if the dine in option is better :)

This is a nice, casual Italian restaurant in Barsha Heights Byblos Hotels. Ive been there a many times, and the taste of the dishes varies from good to excellent. For Italian food in Barsha Heights, I would give the edge for quality of food and ambiance to Pregos, which is more expensive.There is outdoor seating during the cooler months, although they serve alcohol only indoors and the views and atmosphere outside are nothing special.One positive feature of this restaurant, unlike many in Dubai, is that it has a separate smoking section indoors.The specials, including their lunch specials, are usually excellent deals, but its disappointing to see that as of 9 March 2019, the web site advertises a larger lunch at a lower price than is actually offered. The current lunch special costs 55 AED and is two courses, not three courses as advertised, at most, depending upon your order.If you come in the main entrance of the Byblos, youll have trouble finding Al Dente, but the employees in the lobby can point to where to go. The restaurant faces the street at the rear of the hotel. Street parking is available near either hotel entrance.

Worst service ever. My partner couldnt even eat the food because it felt like someone had dropped a salt dispenser in it. The broccoli pie was a few broccolis with melted cheese on it. Left the almost uneaten whole plate and put it aside. Waitress came and filled up glasses with water - didnt even ask why food was put aside. Well, sorry, but I cant recommend this place.

The taste was good, loved the handmade pasta 🍝but its very costly if you compare it with some really good Italian restaurants out here in Dubai.

Thats really cute restaurant with nice pizzas and service.

My wife Chris and I just opted for the make your own pasta option, I had Linguine Carbonara and Chris had Penne Chicken & Mushroom Alfredo, mine was superb, whilst there was a mix up with Chriss, she got mushroom Alfredo but no chicken. That aside, she loved it. We will definitely visit there again.

Quiet, lovely restaurant with few options

After 15 days of Asian food, although often excellent, we gave in and, yes, heresy, we looked for an Italian restaurant. I ate a pizza. More than acceptable. The others ate pasta, handmade and al dente, and well seasoned (linguine allo scoglio and tortelloni too) with a nice beer. cost € 25 each. Our stomachs sincerely thanked! ☺

The kitchen is negative, it has no Italian, pasta too seasoned and heavy, the first time I found it hard to digest, last nights one hurt me by making me sleep today.Environment and service ok.
