I had an absolutely exquisite dinner at Serafina. We got super excited about appetizers which were an absolute delight by the way but we still marched our way through the main courses! Absolutely recommended.

Absolutely fantastic place and the staff worked really hard to make our visit a special experience. Unfortunately we were unwell before we arrived and had to leave early, but the time that we did stay was wonderful with a tasteful menu and accommodating staff. The view of the fountains and Burj Khalifa was the best in the entire area, and the restaurant is never too busy as far as I have seen. Thank you for a memorable experience and we will be back again next time we are in town!

Serafina is a wonderful restaurant with rich food. This is a fancy restaurant but worth paying a bit extra for. The portion sizes are massive. You certainly get your monies worth!The service is wonderful. We had a particularly delightful waiter called Chathura, who was so friendly.Serafine is situated right in front of the Dubai Fountain and the Burj Khalifa so excellent views!Definitely worth a visit for a fancy meal and a chance to get all dressed up.

This place has a very strategic location to view the dancing fountain. You can enjoy the dancing fountain while enjoying italian cuisine. The best view are outdoor at the terrace of the restaurant, but it is quite hot in summer. The restaurant has indoor area with air conditioner but it might not give you best view of the dancing fountain.The service is good.The food is good.I enjoyed my visit here

I just made reservations and getting a confirmation that my reservations went through as I was walking to go inside the restaurant Ive been told by the security guard thats the resturant has been closed for few months are you serious? The website clearly states that they open plus they confirmed with me like wth unbelievable

If you visit dubai, and if you don’t visit serfina you’re journey is realy incomplete. it is by far the best restaurant in dubai also for the view you get to experience witht the dubai fontain show, so take my advice and please visit serafina in dubai. Gloushane who works there is very kind and helpful

Really lovely place. Our waiter was Ray and he is simply exceptional - top top top customer service! We ate calamari fritto (lovely light batter) and fungi & prosciutto pizza. Both excellent. We even asked for the pizza to be extra thin, which was not a problem at all. Would def come back.

Wonderful and epic design of the restaurant plus the amazing food of their own way. I love the drinks that they have specially those milkshakes and cold coffees. I would definitely recommend this to all my friends and family. Perfect food very delicious .

On 21 May 2021: Visited the restaurant with my family for a late lunch. Ordered 2 pizza (each for 100dhs which were OKAY - not WOW!) and 1 main course which is chicken breast with mushrooms paste for 190dhs. The chicken plate came in a portion would not even call it a Kids meal! When I complained to the rest. manager, he simply answered This is our main course. You will pay for it whether you eat it or not SHOCKING!!! how Dubai became such low quality on some restaurants. I refused to have the plate or pay for it. He even replied saying then we will call the police for you Again, my family and I were shocked! I told him go ahead and call the police. In few seconds, he offered another dish of the same main course chicken with mushrooms as a compensation. In the end our lunch plan with our baby was ruined because of that unprofessional manager! Absolutely rude and should not be in this F&B industry. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. DO NOT go there. Souk Al Bahar has way better restaurants that Serafina. They are extremely expensive for average quality and small portion food.

We have spend a very good time in Restaurant. We set on the floating terrace and have a very good view on Burj Khalifa and Fontaines.

Food was good - but the main draw here is the front-row view of the Dubai fountain show from the terrace - directly opposite the Burj Khalifa.

Absolutely not qualified stuff. They spoiled our evening, by getting us wrong and more expensive drinks then we ordered and insisted to pay for it. Will never visit this place again.

Gorgeous spot overlooking the fountains and the Burj Khalifa. Delicious food (truffle tagliatelle) and very nice Rosé wine. The service was OK but it was full (at 8.30pm) so I think the waiters were doing a good job considering!

My go to place when I want to impress people coming to Dubai for the first time. Not really expensive for the setting and the views. Food is good, service is good, several discounts that you can avail if you have the Entertainer or similar. This offers a lot of bang for your buck. Definitely recommended.

Dining at Serafina with an excellent view of the Dubai Fountains was a highlight of our sojourn in Dubai. We were led promptly and courteously to our table just as the fountain show started (be sure to reserve a table in advance). This restaurant specializes in Italian cuisine and all the food and drinks we ordered were excellent and the service was good if a tad hurried. We could catch three half-hourly displays. The restaurant is a bit pricey but well worth it.

Amazing place with the best view

Had a brilliant dinner out at Serafina by the fountains. One of the best views to dine from in all of Dubai. Food was of high quality. Staff were friendly and attentive. Only drawback is the fans were not directed at our seats and we found it to be very warm.

The view is really beautiful if you sit outside and want to watch the fountains! I think they go once an hour. The service is really good too, the servers are very attentive and sweet. We had peach iced tea and a green tea and they were both delicious! The food was good, but not as amazing as I expected based on how $$$ it is.

We decided to go to this place today and didnt like one bit. The food was below average and the service was pathetic as the waitress seemed to be in a hurry to clear the table and get rid of us. For a restaurant with such a spectacular view I expected much more.I dont mind spending on overpriced restaurants once in a while but this neither had decent food or service! Not recommended.1.5 stars just for the view.

I changed this form 5 to 1 star because our waiter was so pushy about the service charge. He claimed the 10% already included was only for the kitchen and hovered around the table waiting for us to decide whether to give extra. It was very uncomfortable. The food was good otherwise and it has a nice view. So DO NOT leave TIP it’s already included!!!

My friend and I had a lovely dinner at Serafina Restaurant! This is my third time back and I am still in awe each time I go there. Besides the incredible setting - views onto the Dubai Fountains the food and service have never been disappointing. This time we had Reynan serving us who was prompt, polite and very attentive to our needs - Thank You! I look forward to my next visit and to show of your beautiful restaurant to visiting friends :)

Good place to visit. Staff was good and attentive. Food also nice. I wouldnt say its good value for money, however you get an amazing view of the Dubai water fountain show and Burj Khalifa. Our time was well spent there. I would suggest a booking before hand, as usually in evenings they are full.

After watching a fountain show from the waters edge outside of the Dubai Mall, we went over to the Souk Al Bahar for dinner and drinks (no alcohol is served at any of the Dubai Mall restaurants). We were in the mood for Italian, so we chose Serafina. The food was good, the service was excellent. My mother ordered a dish that she didnt like, and they replaced it with their lasagna within minutes. I had the lamb chops, which were cooked well and very tender. The real star of this place is the view from the balcony overlooking the fountains. Youre right in the center so you can see the entire thing framing the amazingly futuristic view of the tower and surrounding buildings. We watched 4 different fountain shows while here each once unique with different music. If youre looking for dinner while enjoying the fountains, I cant think of a better location.

Great location and ambiance... but the food was not good at all and the service was quite lacking. The portions are very small... people were joking if they got the starter portion. Taste was also not good. Had my entire team of 20 there and left disappointed. Wont go there again.

I have to rate it 3 stars, because for the price you pay you can have better Italian. I had the Frutti Di Mare (fried seafood) as starter, it was a bit too greasy and the aioli was too salty. Their pizza was soggy and when lifting a slice half of the toppings were left on the plate (you have to lift it with two hands or eat it with knife and fork). The pizza dough was chewy. The fountain view was not bad either. It’s always nice to see the show.

Its a gem of a place for checking out the fountains. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. Ive also found the staff to always be incredibly friendly and helpful. Its a classy and affordable option for a nice date night.

Serafina is an Italian Restaurant with an excellent view Burj Khalifa and the dancing fountain.Dont forget to book the table ahead to get the best place for the great view. Service is not as speedy as one would like , the menu is quite varied and there is a reasonable choice of wines available. More steak choices would be appreciated, but their home made burgers are good. There is a short list of desserts but the coffee is good. It is lovely outside in the winter months

This is just the perfect place to enjoy a well prepared dinner and enjoy the Dubai Fountain show. The staff were really nice and welcoming and the service was really kind and honest. It was my husbands birthday, so they also surprised him with a birthday song and cake which was verry kind of them. Make sure to book a table and ask to be placed so you can view the show and Burj Khalifa which is just across the lake. Prices are medium high, but I do think it was worth it! We will defininately go here again on our next visit to Dubai

The salmon was good and not too over cooked just how I liked it. At first glance I thought it had feta cheese on the side but it turned out to be popcorn which was a surprising.The crab salad was too fishy for my tasty but the toasted almond flakes and the sauce that came with really made up for it. I think it could’ve used lemon zest.

Serafina is an Italian restaurant in souk al bahar with view of the dancing fountains, at 2pm on fridays,. It has always been reliable but it seems to have a new manager or chef.

Very well positioned for fountains display on thier terrace. 9 of us ate inside to warm outside the service was quick and friendly. Suitable for familys with children .

Had a very poor experience in this restaurant. Me and my husband spent 100$ for nothing. Totally disappointed. The food portions are extremely small and not even delicious. We went there to enjoy the Italian food but we got the huge plate with 2 spoons of food in d middle. We left hungry of course and for sure that was our last visit.

Very nice, not a big menu. When fountains are on people gather round tables at front, if you are eating it is very disrespectful as the people dont care as long as they get photos.

Have a coffee and some wickedley delicious Tiramisu .Expect to pay around AED 300 per person for starters, main course , dessert and coffee.Great location and great food, easy parking.
