The food quality is really good. I tried their appetizers which I found really tasty and interesting. Their pizzas are also good, I recommend the veggie choice not the seafood one. Their ice cream is also delicious, especially the fruity flavors like raspberry for example.

We came here for dinner and ordered two green salad and a margarita pizza. Upon entering it took a while before our order was taken. The salad and pizza were fine but nothing special. As dessert we took ice cream which was great. The prices at this restaurant are of an European level, not in line with local market prices.

Legitimately the best restaurant around . Doesn’t matter what I get I end up liking it. They make the best Italian authentic food and Refreshing Drinks 🤗. Mathew Is a superstar, He made our day. Thank you so much wonderful Team, we will see you all again very soon.

Recommended!! We enjoyed the week coming almost every night to enjoy excellent Italian food (definitely try Toscana Seafood soup, Lasagne, steak, or anything with truffle). What we love about the restaurant was the staff. Sweet Anne, Mathew, and all crew were just great! Good food and ambience but the service was disappointing. My friend called for assistance as there was a fly on our table but the first lady whom attended was rude in addressing her. Another lady eventually provided bakhoor.

Very lovely place with good food and affordable prices. Fastest serving I’ve ever seen. We were lucky to go there on Wednesday when they have a Ladies night. If you spend min 50 AED on food per person , you will get 3 drinks for free from their choice. Very recommended. A nice place to relax after the whole day walking around Madinat :)

The serving staff were okey but the manager wasn’t professional at all. He kept walking in between tables either staring at tables or sending voice messages or listening to voice messages which created a very uncomfortable environment . A good management is the one that is not felt and seen by the customers. Having the manager constantly walking in between tables , looking for long moments at tables only disturbs the guests and causes disruption to the privacy people wish to have. This was by far the most uncomfortable place I have dined at. Also what I noticed was that the manager walked behind the staff that were either serving food or carrying dirty dishes and it just was too much .⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️Overall:If the idea is having a peaceful meal while enjoying the ambience this place doesn’t offer that at all.

I used to be a regular customer in this restaurant, which used to be one of the best italian restaurants in dubai. I don’t know what happened, everything is different now, the menu, quality of food, portions. Really bad.

@Trattoria Dubai is located in Madinat Jumeirah and serves an excellent brunch from 12 to 6pmevery Friday and Saturday. Their brunch is a four course meal with unlimited beverages..The first course includes an array of starters like fresh mozerella cheese, beef tartar, fried calamari and shrimps and Arancini Di RICO which are deep fried rice balls with bolognese and Parmesan. Absolutely delicious!.The second course is pasta and there is a good variety to choose from. We choose the Cheesy carbonara, spicy shrimp Risotto and beefy bolognese..The third course is build your own pizza. Where they serve the base and toppings to choose from right on your table.The fourth course was dessert. We choose fresh gelato and a lava cake. The chocolate lava cake was a perfect balance of bitterness from the coffee and sweetness from the ice cream. It’s the perfect way to spend your weekend over chilled drinks and good food.

Very nice and pleasant authentic italian restaurant located in madinat jumeirah. They have very nice housewine barrels and great food. The sitting area specially outside is really great.One new suggestion on most recent visit, food is getting very normal and not as fine and it was. Here in dubai no one really cares a portion is 20-30 AED (10 usd) higher. But quality should not be compromised.

The staff were the best part of coming here. They were all welcoming and friendly. Our waiter went the extra mile. I only gave 3 stars because the food wasnt as good as I was hoping after it being recommended by a friend. The spinach and ricotta ravioli was watery.

My friend and I had a wonderful time at Trattoria, an Italian Restaurant at Souk Masibat Jumeirah. The food were good and the service was amazing. One amazing in particular was Imran, he was very warm and accommodating. He knows what to suggest and offers good menu options of the restaurant. I commend his attitude toward service and knowledge about the food.

We escort our daughter to kids party at trattoria with the group of her classmates. Good food, and vibes...everyone enjoyed a lot ..everyone was friendly especially server Mr. Mathew. She love the home made pizza and chicken, also the chocolate cake.

We came for the Saturday brunch with 5 people and the whole experience was just amazing. The staff was super attentive and the quality of food really exceptional. Although the brunch was set for three hours we were not ask to leave after that time and no ‚last round‘ rush.Can highly recommend it!

Good location. As soon i walked in a saw pink pasta and as is not a italian dish , I already started the journey in this trattoria not with a good expectation.Service was under the standards, food not good at all. Calamari was not tasty at all. Pasta was overcooked,Parmigiana was cold and was missing an ingredient.The place is not very cheap so the expectation was much more.Hope you will change soon into a very good trattoria becuase for now look more an american trattoria

Had a fantastic ladies night with my friends.. they gave us 3 vouchers each for drinks and an offer for 99 AED all-u-can-eat pizza - this was per person, ofcourse. The manager Simone helped us get fab seats near the lake.. all in all it was a well spent evening with my friends.. Cheers....

Great place to eat in soul madinat. Main meals available on the entertainer makes it a great spot for tasty food. Food was served quickly and was excellent. Fresh bread and olives served when we arrived with olive oil and salt. Located right next to the water which makes it an ideal location for a casual or romantic dinner. The restaurant was busy and atmospheric, waiters were still attentive and able to provide an excellent service.

Trattoria Toscana is a casual family dining restaurant at Madinat Jumeirah with canal views and homely interior. I thought the ambiance was befitting the Italian way and gives a vibe of a family-friendly atmosphere. There’s outdoor seating as well with an amazing view.

What an absolute terrible experience!I’ve never been to a restaurant where I’ve felt this unwelcome.We arrived asking for a table outside and it was full, so we sat inside.We understood that it was full, but we asked the waitress to put us on the waiting list for the tables outside, SHE FLAT OUT REFUSED. I asked for an extra chair and she was so rude about it that I was embarrassed asking for an extra chair.We then waited almost 30 min for her to come and take our orders and then another 30min just for the drinks to arrive.Every time we tried to get the attention of a waiter, they’ll ignore us.Eventually our food arrived, the pasta and pizza was fine, but the calamari was inedible & the wine was warm. The waitress at least brought us ice.That was the last time anyone serviced us or checked in on us, except for one friendly waiter ( unfortunately don’t know is name, who helped us with the payment and taking the calamari off the bill, we did appreciate his help!)Through the night numerous, unreserved tables outside opened up and people who came after us, was moved outside. Which I don’t understand? We were there before them?I complained to one of your staff members and they ‘shocked’, but they were the same people who blatantly ignored us through the night!This was a disgrace of an evening. I’ve only heard good things of your restaurant,however tonight did not reflect anything good or anything I want to experience again, a vibe of hostility and disrespect towards their customers.I hope this can be addressed so that this will not happen again in the future

Best Italian restaurant!!! Excellent food and great drinks. They prepared a great cold cut board upon our request. The management and staff are always friendly and very attentive. I love the Bellini! And it brings me a special feeling when I go there since it was the place where me and my husband got engaged!

Typical Italian with a good view of Burj Al Arab if you sit outside. Service was good and quick, whereas the food was tasty. The ambiance and decor is fitting and calming. Bit on the pricey side, but perhaps not for this area.

Trattoria Toscana re-opened today after its September 18 refurbishment and since Id been before on a previous trip I wanted to try it out again to test the improvements.The interior has had an updated fit and works well with the theme of the restaurant. The pew style chairs that run along the side of the restaurant sit slightly too low for the tables. Im 6ft 2 and struggled with the height of the pew style chairs.There are some dishes on the menu which require an additional supplement so if youre going half-board with a Jumeirah hotel these dishes wont qualify for your vouchers. Anything marked with a * on the menu doesnt qualify for half-board and on the starters particularly over 75% of them dont qualify for half-board.Drinks were served with too much ice which is a huge gripe for me personally. I did point this out to the waitress but during our stay someone else served us drinks who also was over generous on the ice. Not a huge issue for other people maybe but just something to keep in mind when youre ordering drinks 😇If youre a family with children its a great spot but if not Id probably then recommend trying the Segreto instead.

I had wonderful late lunch with my friend at Trattoria. Food was great and delicious, staff were very helpful and friendly, however it was extremely disappointment when we noticed the Manager, the way he treats the staff with rude behaviour. It doesnt seems to have a healthy environment. He is really unprofessional.Manager keeps yelling to the staff next to the customers which gives bad impression on his position. You should take care your staff. Organizations will not be complete without ur team. The manager like that could not be a good leaderRegards,Ahmed

I would say that i was not satisfied with the food. I ordered a well done pasta, and they served a hard pasta that was not cooked very well, it was literally like eating stones. The pasta had no taste. But i was only satisfied with the calamari......

We had a tomato soup that was really good and two speciality pizzas that were very tasty. The house wine is worthy of a notice as it comes in a nicebarrel and tastes good. The place is located near the canale that gives a nice touch to charming atmosphere topped with live music.

Went to the Trattoria on Christmas Day for the brunch. Food was amazing , drinks were great, music was spot on with an amazing live singing performance and ambience amazing as well.Why the 3 stars? Because the manager was present the entire time and kept being extremely stressful towards the staff in charge of taking care of the customers.He was always behind a waiter/waitress to check that they did everything properly, telling them off in front of customers for the most unnecessary reasons.Not only this was extremely unprofessional but this also lead to create a very tense and negative atmosphere among the staff which was noticeable from meters away and eventually reflected on the service provided.Will come here again definitely , just hope that the manager will not be around to create stress.

Italian food is good food. They do well here somehow a little touristic being on the fount or maybe just good location, with plenty of foot traffic. Would recommend.

The decor around is magnificent given that it is located in the Madinat Jumeirah.The service and food offering are great, For starters, I definitely recommend the Meatballs and the Aranccini balls. As for the main the Canelloni wasnt the best choice and the sea bass was slightly over-cooked. All in all, still a very good restaurant in a great location
