Really liked the spicy hummus. Not too spicy . Its aed 21 withe the bread. Not bad.yet to try out their other stuffs

I tried many Lebanese and Italian cuisine but non were compared to On The Wood resturanr quality. The restaurant has a variety of food and all are delicious with super affordable price. The place is cozy and stuff are friendly. Highly recomed to try Bakers Biryani there, bites, manakesh, humus with meat, and kunfa! Difently a place which I wanna go or order food delivery over and over again!

Stopped by this place prior to making our way to Hatta for kayaking. It was nice to sit outside in this perfect Dubai weather. It was very quite for a Friday morning and made it very relaxing. Got many different baked items. The cheese and the meat manaoushe were very good. They also bake their own fresh bread which is a highlight. The halloumi was tasty as well. The coffee was alright and same for their carrot ginger juice. The value overall was just right.

I visit this place at least 4 times a week, it only gets better and the food is always delicious. Try the hummus green, the halloumi bites, the baker pie, the grilled halloumi salad and literally all they have is just delicious.

Food is fine, nice restaurant and good caring staff however prices need to be reduced. We loved the small hot breads and hamous with chicken... Worth trying.

This turned out to be a perfect place for our weekend dinner as they have got something of kids choice (Italian food) and we could try some Arabic food at the same time.The food and service both were good. Food we ordered:1. Pollo Alfredo Penne - Penne Pasta, merinated chicken breast, fresh mushroom & brocolli, cream sauce and 4 cheese. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐2. Ranchero Chicken Manakish - manakish dough, marinated chicken breast, black olives, fajita pepper, garlic oil, jalapeno, mix cheese, spring onion, fresh parsley, sauted mushroom, arrabiata sauce avocado sauce.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐3. Maharaja Hummus with Chicken - hummus topped with chicken, joy sauce, muhamara sauce, served with 6 pcs of bread ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨(We didnt like the sauce in the middle much but hummus was great. Smooth, creamy and flavorful. Bread served with it was also very tasty. Freshly out of the oven)4. Margherita pizza - Pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese⭐⭐⭐⭐✨5. I ordered at 4:40 Am , until 6:30 i didnt receive my order and whenever you call them they repeat the same song it is on the way wait for 5 minutes driver will call you. I ordered Hummus only & immediately after I ate it, my stomach hurts so much followed by diarrhea! Now I’m taking antibiotics..the hummus didn’t look or taste fresh ! I’m very disappointed with the staff who would serve old hummus to cst ! This happened Saturday 2nd August ( morning shift ) but I was soooo sick to write a review !* also the olive oil they use generally is Rancid !

Wonderful beirut pizza. I wouldn’t recommend chicken swarma. We’ve had it many times. Tonight however they sent us chicken paste and said it’s the Lebanese way. And it had of french fries. It’s unfortunate as we love swarma chicken on wraps.

A hidden little gem. A no frills simple Arabic eatery that comes across as a run of the mill cafe / cafeteria is anything but that. The food is tasteful especially their sandwiches, everything is made fresh right in front of you and the service is pretty quick. prices are a tad high given it isnt a full fledged diner but the gets compensated by the quality of the food. They do deliver but the is best eaten fresh. so if just feel strolling down in your shorts or Jammies for a quick bite then this is the place.

A nice place towards the corner of Cedre Villas Silicon Mall. Their cheese roast beef in dough and manakeesh are worth a try. But your order may take some time as it is freshly made. Would definitely go there again.

Ok place to be in

The food is really good specially the chicken or beef shawarma. The salads are large and filling. This is a casual restaurant with seating in the shopping center. Much better outside during the cooler months. They have best humus in Silicon Oasis and they bake their own bread. Oh, the baked falafel sandwiches are great too. Food quality is consistently good.

The manakesh taste was good, ambience was good and the price was also worth it. Try the zatar manakesh , personally i liked it.

Food is excellent here!! The Kibbeh made me return for more within hours if trying it. I might have to go to Lebanon now😁 And its open til 3am during Ramadan!!!

I love on the wood and have been a regular customer for the past almost 4 years.Appreciate the creation of sandwich and there flavour.The missing stars for the mislead and quality that have dramatically changed lately.1. SHAWARMA sandwiches: You dont call sandwich shawarma and make it with minced chicken and minced beef, and then your staff says its written in sandwich description in menu. Shawarma is shawarma, you can create in sandwich preparing but not removing the SHAWARMA and adding minced meat.2. Minced meat: all minced meat served in all meals, bakery, sandwich and manakesh is not minced meat (onions and herbs flavoured with minced meat). That is quite cheap and disgusting.

My husband and I decided to have breakfast today and we did not even have a chance to place our order.My husband approached a man wearing a white shirt sitting at the cash register to give him our takeaway order. Instead of smiling and welcoming to take the order, he looked back and asked one of the staff with a rude tone can you take this? without any eye contact to us or communicate with us back! We were so appalled by his behaviour that we instantly changed our mind and left.Thank you to that man who didnt have any respect for an old customer!
