Eataly doesnt need an introduction or a review, their quality products and food speak for itself. Their food is fresh and authentic and we simply loved everything we tried. They have recently reopened in Dubai Mall after major enhancements. Do try it if you havent yet, we are sure you will love it.

I Love this place and I love to eat and have my coffee in it when ever I’m in Dubai mall. food quality 🏆👍🏻. Coffee🏆👍🏻, part of the new decoration is nice and is better than before ( the nutella & sweets counter and the opposite pizza counter) . but I loved the old cafe setting area it gave me a reel feeling of welcoming . Now it gage me a feeling that I was setting in a walking area with no privacy. its not my place any more😓.

It just underwent through an upgrade of food and refurbishment. The remodelling makes better sense with the current norm. Still the great staff and food. A new installation of “Cooking School” is such a delightful surprise. The chocolate fountain is a nice touch for the amusement of tiny humans. Large selection of panty necessities from all over Italy 🇮🇹.

Visited the newly opened reopened Eataly and love the new interior design - very spacious, bright and inviting.Saleem was our waiter and he was fabulous - a man who loves his job and made our experience that but better.Ordered the burrata, bruschetta, tagliatelle bolognese and the bufalina pizza.

The restaurant is huge and spacious.We got served in due time and were seated in due time.We placed our orders and even though it was quite busy, the food came quickly.Quality of the food was great.Margherita pizza was really tasty.Ordered some pineapple juices and you could taste fresh juicy fruit.Would highly recommend the restaurant for tasty Italian dishes.

All things Italian, this is a fantastic spot if u are in love with Italian cuisines, everything is imported from Italy, Great coffee, nice sweats, freshly made pastas!!! All u can think of!!! Food was great in general but a bit pricey. The complementary bread ,I know is free but wouldnt hurt if it was warm. Service was friendly but too busy to provide a good experience.

Their food is great, and the waiters very pleasant. But Im giving 3 stars for the confusion the hostesses caused. When we entered, they said a table would take 20min. We waited 1 hour at their location, observing many many empty tables and thinking maybe they were reserved. When we asked them about the empty tables, they said food wouldnt be served there. And if we ordered there, they wouldnt get the food to the other section where we would be seated.Eventually we got tired (had a hungry tired 5year and 70year old with me), and took an empty table, ordered what we could. When they moved us to the other section, the food was served there.End of it, I still dont understand their system and why they made us wait so long. They never asked us what type of food we wanted and where we wanted to be seated, and they never explained their system, they just stood there with their ipads giving us an incorrect wait time.

You can find and buy all your Italian food related ingredients or materials. I love the place and I find it extremely delicious and fresh.

Went there especially for the pancakes(its there on their menu)and apparently its been a while since they stopped serving them. Had the nutella crepe...the filling was very less but the texture and taste of the crepe was great. The fried eggs were alright.

We walked in the very brightly lit vast open restaurant casually and enquired about the set up. It seems its positioned like a departmental store and a restaurant in situ. They have different stations with various items being cooked and displayed.It was full of people and many food related products.The front section is planned as a cafe but the inner section is quite huge.Superb hygiene and cleanliness.Service is very very helpful and proactive.Coming to the food-Its of the topmost shelf. Classic Italian dishes.

Great menu, spoilt for choice. I chose the mozzarella bruschetta while others chose the pasta dishes and pizza. Great value service was a bit staggered but the children were kept occupied with a tank full of live lobsters. Great place to stock up on Italian produce, oils and balsamic if you have enough room in your suitcase to take home.

Just went there for coffee and dessert. Then it seemed its fully-fledged restaurant offering italian food. So felt like at home😁. Place has all possible options with italian food, which you can see on the pictures. Quality and service are excellent. Not only you can eat there, but also buy many products, like pastas, cheesse and all other italian food specialties.Only one missing is wine, but you cannot have it all.

A taste of Italy! Ive been to Eataly in the US, Canada and in Italy and was surprised to see it in Dubai! Had pizza, lasagna and a green juice and everything was delicious. Ill be back when I have my next carboload craving!!!

I love going to Eataly wherever I am, even if it’s inside a mall. We ordered the rigatoni bolognese and the salsiccia e funghi (margherita with beef sausage and mushroom). Both were okay.

I love eataly. Been to other branches in Roma and Istanbul but this one will always be my favorite 🤩 the ice cream is the best too 🥰❤️

This is a very nice restaurant and market. I love the fact you can buy fresh pizza dough and fresh pasta, as well as traditional Italian products. When it comes to food, pizza Margarita and Spaghetti Tomato e Basilico are a must try!

Loved the breakfast so much,Shera, our host was so pleasant and welcoming,Quality of food was great and very fresh, my favorite was la tarta rostica with mushroom it was cooked just perfectly, for dessert we choose strawberry tart (puff pastry )it was exceptionally testy and crunchy ,Ayoob did great job checking on our table…Love the experience.P.s. An amazing place when it comes to atmosphere, lighting, layout, packed food items and raw ingredients.But when it comes to cooked food, it is the most tasteless and flavourless Italian food in the town. On top of that their coffee is as bad as that of a hotel buffet.

A fantastic Italian outlet who sell some of the ingredients they serve up on their menu. They have an extensive range of premium Olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, pasta, cheese and sauces.

My favorite Italian restaurant in Dubai Mall

I love this place. It has a special vibe that you feel as soon as you enter the restaurant. Its a market/restaurant concept, which I love. It has several kitchens, each one prepares a certain type of dishes. If you want to eat Italian, this is the place to go to in Dubai Mall. Try the Linguini al Gamberi (shrimp Linguini). Their pizza is also delicious. Try the prosciutto with sweet melon, it is amazing! I highly recommend this place.

Good place to stop in Dubai mall for food. Average quality. Coffee not so nice perhaps because I asked for non dairy milk. Dish in the picture is my fave there, melanzane parmegiana.

It’s one of the most overpriced place at Dubai mall . Be ready to pay as much as twice the price specially their cakes and grocery items ..! But yet they have good fine food.

The place was crowded as Dubai mall is Friday night. The welcoming was normal and sat on the table.Our waiter took our order and we had to repeat again to get it right. The Bread came first really tasty specially with balsamic vinegar. The appetizer came and we had to ask for the drink to come twice before it came!!! Well that wasn’t all.The food came really tasty and warm...good job their.They forgot one dish despite the earlier reminder!!!!Then it took more than 30 min to ask and wait for the bill. Had to ask the Manager Mr Nabil twice for the same. Mr Nabil offered a courtesy desert.Well at the end it was good food, missed dishes, waiting forever to get the bill.I expect improvement next time.

Good products but bad staff and organisations. We came at 12:30pm we asked for breakfast and they said its open till 1pm. They kept us waiting for 15 mins then came to take our order. When we ordered breakfast they said the kitchen was already closed. Honestly get your staff right, because its ruining the place

If you like Italian food you’ll love EATALY. The food is kind of simple but that’s the hardest thing to make simple food very delicious and special. So far I haven’t found any other chain which meets this greatness. No matter what you’re up to it’s probably going to blow your taste buds. And compared for what you get it’s not even pricey. If you have kids consider letting them prepare their own pizza. My kids loved it.

Charming.Here’s where it gets unusual.I’m in a shopping mall and This antipasto is stunning. Salami, prosciutto, sun-dried tomato, silver sweet pickled onions, formaggio. STUNNING.No. Really. This is the best I have ever had. It’s better than that in piazza San Marco in Venice.And it’s halal. I came here around 2pm local time for the pizza. But the waiter suggested that I try the calamari as an appetizer and the grill chicken. They were both excellent. I went tonight to try the pizza and Im not sure what I liked better. Great service.

Disappointing. Weak, tepid coffee. Overpriced (of course).Theres nothing Italian about the dishwater being served up as coffee. (The positive comments here about the coffee mustve been written by the owners, or tea drinkers.)Lovely cakes though. Nice staff. I never been in Italy 🇮🇹 before, but I think this restaurant can tell everything about the Italian foods.It’s fresh and delicious.One of the best pizza and salad been served with fresh ingredients.The Size of the dishes is big enough to Kick out your hungriest away.It’s has a bakery, Italian grocery, bar where you can find a fresh and cold beverage and off curse Italian staffs for the kitchenI like this restaurant and strongly recommended for everyone, EATALY become one of my favorite restaurants :)

The restaurant is grandiose and contains a mini supermarket. The service is great and the food is immaculate ! They have a lot of options so if you’re hungry you might want to taste every dish ;) and my all time favorite dish (dessert) is their crepe. I might end up writing a poem for the crepe because it’s too good. The crepe comes hot and straight from the oven and has the right amount of Nutella inside. Moreover, I advice it, even for those who are dieting , we only live once !!PS: I wanted to take a good picture but I ended up eating 2 bites because I couldn’t wait !!

What I really love about this place is that we get to buy authentic Italian products. We also could learn more about the Italian cuisine while waiting for the delicious food. Personally, I loved the seafood pasta very much. The ravioli was also really good. The staff were really nice. The atmosphere is good for dining alone, as a couple, as a family or as a group. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.

Fascinating place where you can see so many different food preparation scenes.I visited Eataly many times and food was always delicious, very nice to visit with kids - they can explore pizza, pasta making, to see all preparation processes.Another great thing about Eataly that i can buy high quality italian products that is not available in regular food stores.Amazing choice of cheese and meatsOnly thing i don’t like is a bit complicated ordering process and waiting time of waiter. In a busy time it takes too much time to make an order. By european standards is fine, by Dubai standards - not good. But that is very minor thing.

If you want to eat authentic Italian food with attention to detail then this is the place to go. Loved it

(Almost) everything you would need from an Italian marketplace (groceries, pasta, desserts, coffee, gelato, etc.). Its mostly authentic italian, complete with an overpriced price tag to boot.As far as the food from the restaurant is concerned, it... is... DELICIOUS! The pastas is particular are exceptionally great.I recommend sitting at the front of the store even if youre ordering from the restaurant (more comfy, less noisy).

One of the best Italian restaurant. The ambience is so relaxing and so casual feel like no hustle bustle of the Dubai. Consider being there at at least 12 if you are planning lunch over the weekend since later it gets so busy.

We found a cockroach in our food (delivered).I have had a good experience so far with Eataly, although I wonder now whether the hygiene standards are still being respected.This has triggered some doubt on the ability of the restaurant to bring safe food to its customers.

EatalyI love Italy and I love Eataly in Dubai Mall.I’m not a pasta or pizza fan but I love this restaurant/store. You can buy many goodies including my favorites: Chili flakes.I also like the grilled salmon.It’s delicious.It’s light.It’s healthy.And for my drink, I’ll have Orange, Pineapple or Pomegranate Fresh Juice.Bon a Appetite!

Eataly has unique food items that cannot be found elsewhere in the city

The location is in Dubai mall the restaurant is small if you compare the area it’s used for andseating is not comfortable but the food is out of site very tasty . The place is big supermarket for Italian food products.

This place is a hidden gem in Dubai mall. Authentic Italian pasta, love their risotto with sea food. The grilled salmon is on point! The lasagna is yummy! You can’t go wrong with any of their appetizers. Staff is really friendly and attentive.

When you get to lunch with one of Bahrains master chefs, Italian born Susy, you let the lady take the lead! From Eatalys menu she chose minestrone soup, quinoa green salad, prosciutto platter and seafood risotto al dente. Light, fresh and delicious in true Italian style - food, atmosphere and conversation. What a treat! The water melon with no additives was also really fresh and lovely. Eating in Eataly is a great casual dining experience where theres such a variety of authentic dishes to choose from. And of course it doesnt stop there, the shop is crammed with irresistible Italian produce from the finest olive oils and Balsamic vinegars to pasta, pastries and chocolate. Great experience Ill definitely be visiting again, although one should always take an Italian! X

The ravioli was great. I tried the chicken, its a bit salty but overall it was a great meal. The price kinda a bit on the expensive side but the quality of service and very friendly staff makes it more worthwhile to stay and enjoy your food. I have to say the chairs seems to be out of place. A bit plasticky and hard, kinda makes the place a bit odd.I will definently be back for some of the pasta.

Brightly light and having food quotes on the wall as well as open glass kitchen to view your dishes being prepared first hand was a winner for us.They do have a well spaced out seating area, as well as a bakery on one end and cooking classes held once a week right in front of that, giving us a view of how that is conducted by a head chef.Bite BoardNEWLY INTRODUCEDPronto – Buy Fast Eat SlowNow you are able to get sandwiches, salads and pre-cooked meals! So less time to eat Eataly has got you covered.1. Passion Fruit Mojito [AED 34]: One of the best mojitos we have tasted, it was a total refresher for us and wasn’t too overpowering with the essence either. Only thing that let us down was, after a while the drink turned very sour and had more of a lemon taste than passionfruit.2. Antipasti Selection [AED 104]: This is new on the menu and a platter with a variety of dishes. Thats what our reaction was with every bite of the succulent lamb, the deliciously well prepared gravy that never stopped tantalizing our taste buds.To tempt us even more, it was surrounded with yummy mashed potato and grilled mushrooms, a combination which we have never tasted before and couldn’t resist ourselves and gobbled it down to soon.4. Italian Feast [AED 209]: Indeed a feast offered on a wooden platter. Firstly, we were served with a thin crust vegetarian pizza having zucchini, grilled mushrooms, tomato and bell pepper, which tasted fabulous but found it a bit sweet.Secondly, the Penne Arrabiata, which we found a bit undercooked, and mushroom and pine seeds risotto, which was perfectly cooked and tasted well served along with mashed potato as a base, were served in a crispy wheat cracker edible bowl.Lastly, it was accompanied by some crispy potato chips, garlic and salsa dip, and mozzarella cheese balls, which were a salty finish to our sweet and sour Italian dream dishes.6. Tiramusu [AED 20]: A creamy layer topped with dark chocolate! We enjoyed this being fans of dark chocolate.7. Nutella Waffle [AED 23]: A soft waffle with a generous topping of Nutella. We usually prefer, the crunchy ones but this was a good choice nonetheless. It was a fight to get the last bite which can pretty much tell how much we liked it.8. Nutella Crepe [AED 23]: Anything that has nutella and we are sold. This crepe was no different, the nutella was evenly spread and covered all corners. Another hit in the dessert department for us. Authentic Italian food. Every time I eat there, it reminds me of my visits to Italy. The food is amazing, the service is very friendly but it is a bit pricey.

You can come and enjoy your favorite dessert or drink in eataly...didn’t try their restaurant but went to the cafe. the nutella waffle was so good and the chocolate hazelnut frappe was amazing 😉 family friendly place ... fast service everything comes fast...good location. highly recommended !!

In these periods going to a place where you can enjoy being with your family and have great food is one of the best joys of life and at Eataly you dont just get that, but you also get the chance to buy premium Italian ingredients and a small market that gives you the impression that you left Dubai and landed in a small Tuscan town. I love this place and make it a point to visit and eat there whenever Im in Dubai.
