The buffet here is delicious; they have an extensive selection of different items that you can have for breakfast, from many kinds of cheeses to cold meats, pastries, eggs and so on. I loved everything I ate, and the service was decent as well. We went down there around ten, and they were still open, so even if you wake late, you still have a chance of getting an excellent breakfast. They are following covid rules such as pouring food for you and handing you the plate, which makes it safe for everyone. People need to use masks if they are not at their table.

La vita Italiana!Seated in a romantic rustic air conditioned garden we were teleported to sunny Italy.The food menu has something for everyone, from Italian classics to modern-twist dishes.Don’t miss on the Caprese con Mozarella “Figliata” as this is just mouthwatering Burrata cheese and ripest datterino tomatoes, melting in your mouth.Their handmade tagliatelle pasta with porcini mushrooms, veal jus and shaved truffle is what pasta dreams are made of. And if you are a truffle lover like myself don’t skip the Tartufo - risotto cooked with truffle butter and truffle shavings.Oh and their tiramisu is the lightest and fluffiest out there!Excellent place for a casual dinner with friends or your special occasion, the welcoming and friendly team at Andiamo! for sure is going to cater to your needs.

Food was good. Portions are tiny though but nothing new for fine dining. Ambience was great which is why I gave it 4 stars (Instagram friendly you could say).

The restaurant was absolutely fantastic. As is with the rest of Dubai, things are not light on the wallet. But I had the best carpaccio I’ve ever had (even compared to higher end places in Italy) - if you try nothing else, this would be the thing to have. I also had the funghi pizza, which also was a delight. The staff and the ambiance of the restaurant are wonderful-a worthwhile experience overall!

Andiamo is one of the popular italian restaurant located in Grand Hyatt Dubai.They prepare classic italian dishes with a modern twist in their action packed kitchen.They are well known for their rustic exterior and colorful mosaic themed terrace.We were at andiamo last week for an early dinner.We were served with some freshly baked breads while we waited for our food.Breads were incredible and we finished it all in no time along with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.We tried the following dishes from their menu:-Il Giardino Di Elio - A fresh combination of avocado,greens,fennel,orange wedges with orange dressing.My partner absolutely loved this salad.Burrata - Burrata was incredible.Being a burrata lover i enjoyed it much and emptied the plate in no time.Bruschetta - We recommend their bruschetta topped with juicy tomatoes.I had it with a dash of balsamic and olive oil.For mains we were served with a rich and creamy risotto topped with truffles,freshly baked pizza topped with mortadella,burrata cheese etc.It was absolutely delicious.We were also served with a rich cannelloni pasta covered in a flavorful tomato sauce and a fettuccine truffle pasta.To end on a sweet note,we tried their rich,creamy and delicious tiramisu and a chocolate dessert (forgot the name)which was beautifully presented.We had a lovely evening at andiamo.Food was good,ambience was relaxing and service was beyond excellence. Special shoutout to Mr Umidjohn.His service was excellent.He is super friendly and patient with kids too!!

This is one of the restaurants in Grand Hyatt hotel. Breakfast is served here and they have some delicious items on the menu for lunch and dinner. I like the atmosphere, the servers and the food. I do recommend this place.

Extremely poor service. I do NOT recommend this restaurant at all. Horrible service.

I was a big fan of this restaurant since I was a kid however clearly things are not the same. For me, restaurants should give the feeling of welcome, food should be good and most importantly when we are in for a celebration of my parents anniversary would appreciate if the table is booked rather than making us wait for like 5 minutes to get seated and also not being able to confirm that they have a reservation after checking with him as well as having a Zomato confirmation. I choose this restaurant as I wanted to treat my parents for their anniversary here and I was returning here after quite a while (close to 3 years).The best part was the Manager and his team were aware of them accepting a Zomato table reservation however they confirmed it over the phone to me.The manager did take down my contact details stating he would call and explain the situation which was about 4 months ago. I wrote a feedback on the grand hyatt website but no response from there as well.Nevertheless, lets come to the food : The food was good , lighted ambiance, authentic italian food, pricing was okay (I would not call it value for money however would say you are paying for the name and experience.

Beautiful, clean, great staff and the best food we found in Dubai

Food was great - however sommelier was extremely arrogant. Their house wine is corked- and they refuse to accept it making it sound like it is the customer’s taste. Being French and drinking regularly wine I only complaint 2 time about wine to a restaurant in the past 15 years this was one of the times. BTW i cannot beleive that GRAND HYATT BRAND (5star hotel) would allow this kind of behaviour and product in one of its outlets!!

Lovely Dining Experience,the staff was very courteous to assist us with menu selections and sheesha was amazing,lovely yummy awesome Italian cuisine the fish was awesome but the prawns and pizza were ok....but the tiramisu were superb ,nice big screens in every direction,very nice music playing the DJ was mixing it well.

Customer service was exceptional.visited with family. I Really observed a good team work among staff. Would like to visit again & again

OMG!!! Are you still looking for the best Pizza in Dubai? Just come Andiamo! This is the best Italian Restaurant inDubai.Authentic service and best food.Personally, if you love Buratta Cheese Pizza, I strongly recommend Suprema Di Maiale.Do not compare!!!!

Andiamo at Grand Hyatt Dubai is a great place to dine and chill. Set with a quite unique ambience where u get a mix of seating in a posh restaurant to being close to nature through its exterior bar. The food is delicious and the supporting staff is really amazing. Worth special mentioning is Jasmina who makes ur meal experience worthwhile with her pleasant & amicable nature. We enjoyed the freshness of the breads and eventhough the menu was limited for dinner but good service and very attentive staff. The cocktails are something one should try as the bartender actually came over suggested an alternative customized one to pair with our meal which was very thoughtful of him.

Quiet, welcoming, spacious and comfortable place for good Italian food. They had screens with the football games on which was a big plus.

Do try the lasagna classico its a very nice place quiet and very nice to entertain people.

Casual place to go for a business lunch or an after work glass of wine with a delicious plate of best burrata ever! Resident DJ gives the place the little extra and the location overlooking the gardens of Grand Hyatt Dubai makes it a great ending to a long day.

No servers comes at the table to take your order. I had to go by myself at the bar to order. Strange and it was not busy at all. There were 4 to 5 tables occupied only with 2 to 3 pax each on table.

The appertizer was delicious, the mains rather disappinting. We had a beef tartare as appertizer, like i wrote, it was delicious. We had duck and pappardelle ragu as mains. The duck was two small pieces with little on the side, with a lot of fat. The ragu was very dry and tasteless, even with a lot of pepper and parmesan. After the appertizer we were very disappointed with the mains. Though we didnt bother to tell the chef or waiter as it took so long to even get the food. The prices did not match the quality. We went to buy a pizza next door after because we were still hungry, so the portions arent good.

Slow service not a local. Staff didnt understand local custom ended up paying for a whole piza only had half.

Very unpleasant service, more than an hour to get 3 green salad and after that long wait and talking to their manager the main dishes came in 3 different times... Really disappointing, by all means not acceptable

The best thing about this place is the service. The staff is very courteous and will go an extra mile to help you. From the time we entered the place till we left the service of the staff was par excellence. We went for the Friday brunch. If you are looking for good authentic Italian food then you need to head out to Andiamo. It’s a nice place to go with your family; it’s lively and very casual. The place is well lit and very colorful. It’s better if you book in advance. Right now the weather is pleasant so choosing a seat outside is the best thing to do. There was a good mix of meat and sea food in the menu. There is a live fire station and you can have pizzas fresh out of the oven. I simply loved the Lasagna bolognaise. The dessert section is wonderful, you have a gelato bar where you choose the flavor and add some toppings. The tiramisu was simply mind blowing. The brunch menu is extensive and the food is flavorful. After your food just walk around and enjoy the greenery and the weather.
