Monkfish & Ravioli were indeed delicious, service was outstanding, professionally executed. Finally, Thanks to Veronica for ensuring everything goes well on our table. Great leadership 👏.

The food was great the staff were very friendly but the service was really slow. No staff around so every time we needed something we had to wait for too long to find someone to order through. Lastly we asked for coffee after having finished lunch and so we waited for 30 minutes or more until we realised that they forgot about us so we had to order it again. Again the food was excellent and staff are really nice but service truly needs improvement..

The food is amazing, very good real Italian dishes! Our family loved it. A huge thank you to Ms Veronica who assisted us with our table and welcomed us very warmly. The reservations call centre is not good, otherwise we willl give 5 star review for the restaurant itself.

Good Italian Food, dough is taste and well executed, pizzas are taste, made all on gaz power oven, is a shame wood oven are not allowed, but still tasty, affordable to eat, try the famous Chef mother base Lasagna Recipe, is nicely prepared, meat grown, and the pizzas. I ate the Ossobuco, is fine, not as great as i was expecting, but fine.

Overall, a decent experience. The service and the ambiance are all very good. The food, however, was not worth it if you’re a vegetarian. The pasta dishes were very flavorful, but the pizza was pretty much what you can get at other places that serve this type of pizza. Also, the flavor of the “4 cheese” is overpowered by the Gorgonzola and all other flavors are muted. It’s not a restaurant that blows you away with the flavor, presentation, or menu... especially when you are a vegetarian. For this price, it’s not worth it for a few pizza and pasta options.

Fantastic dinner for our Family while we were at the Palm, Atlantis Dubai. The ambiance was superb along with the menu and wine selections. While we ordered numerous dishes the best was the Ravioli.

Ambience: Very basic decoration. Minimum effort has put into selecting tables and chairs , as they were very uncomfortable. The restaurant doesn’t meet the standards of a restaurant inside of a five star hotel.⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️Food: Food tasted good and the presentation was okay too. The portions were big.⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️Service: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Not only did I have an amazing meal but Arun the servers was atttentive and polite. The bresula pizza was delicious and drinks will have you coming back for more. The service was great from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. If you like italian food this please will have your taste buds thanking you.

To be honest..... Yes you can go there if you have no other choiceFood is not bad but it is not italien, they try to make italian food but the Chef cant. The lasagna is more like a casserole and has never seen tomatosCaprese is served with balsam vinegar..... We came without any reservations. They accommodated us as a huge group.Kiara our server was very helpful, she was able to suggest to a very confused crowd, what twists she could make to the dishes for them to be vegetarian.The service was efficient, quick and delicious.

The service is ok, food is not at michelin star level at all. the desert ( cannolo Sicliano ) was super.Ambient was casual. Not recommended for romantic occasion.Thanks to the Chief for the special pasta he cooked responding to our comment.

We had a great night with Stephano advising our dishes and providing incredible service. The food is incredible and exceeds the standard set by Atlantis.

The food was very good and the portions were all quite large - except for the pasta dishes. Everyone that ordered a pizza/calzone/main dish had quite a large serving but the people who ordered pasta had tiny portions in comparison.We were there to celebrate our two friends getting married that day and we had made them a wedding cake. We gave the cake to the staff members and after our meal we asked them to bring it out for us. Let me just say, my friend was so incredibly upset as the kitchen staff literally dissected her cake and served it to us. Instead of using logic and cutting thin slices for everyone (it was a tall cake with 3 layers inside), they cut one large slice and then SEPARATED each cake layer and plopped it down on the plate. Each plate had a gross looking ripped up cake piece on it and she was so upset. They literally ruined her wedding cake.Not only that but they also kept some slices for themselves. They asked us if we wanted the cake back at the end and we said yes - half of the cake was gone. Using very basic and simple math we realized that they served us about 1/4 of the cake and kept another 1/4 for themselves. Obviously its just cake, and if they had ASKED Im sure we would have said they could have some. But to not only destroy a married couples cake but then also just take extra slices for themselves was really disappointing.Overall it was an overpriced experience with poor service and I wouldnt recommend them for any special occasions. Go here if you just want a normal dinner and dont come hungry if you plan on getting pasta.

Very unpleasant experience. We are on a full board at Atlantis hotel. First time when we approached the restaurant reservation, we were told that we could only dine on certain days, since we are on a full board. Never the less we reserved online and went for dinner. As in other restaurants of the hotel, such as sea fire, Nobu, Gordon Ramsey, we expected to pay extra top charge and anything extra if we take from a standard menu, which is not included in a full board arrangement. However, from the first step to Ronda Licatelli, we felt not welcomed at all, since we were on a full board. We were sited at the table where the waiters are passing with the food, though some other tables in a better location were available. The waiter didn’t even write our orders, and was bringing them by memory, obviously mixing up of what we ordered. When I asked why doesn’t he write down, he apologized and brought tiramisu on the house to smooth it up. The food was amazing, and bravo to the chef, but the service was such an unpleasant experience!!! We have been to other restaurants and it’s heaven and earth in comparison to Ronda Locatelli! At sea fire and Nobu, and Gordon Ramsey , the waiters went out of the way to accommodate us with our orders. Yes, we paid extra charge but we felt absolutely welcomed in those restaurants. Nevertheless will never visit Ronda Licatelli again, just for the fact of inappropriate treatment from the staff. I hope that Management will do something about it for other guests not to feel the same.

The interior was very nice and the atmosphere also. What I didnt like was the food I am an Italian fan and especially food lover, I was expecting more Italian taste and touch but I didnt found it. If you have eat in very good restaurants in Italy for sure you will not like the food here can not be compared with Italy.

Amazing food and service. Their vegan menu is bigger than most restaurants standard menu. Its not cheap, but you get what you pay for in Dubai. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying on the palm. They also deliver, although the selection isnt as big because some of the options wouldnt last the journey (ice cream in 45 degrees!).

Great experience. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the 48 hours slow cook beef short ribs and the chocolate fondant. The staff is extraordinary friendly and polite. We came with our son (who wasn’t at his best behavior) and they were so patient and friendly with him. Thank you.

The restaurant was very welcoming. The staff who attended to us Praveen and Thats as well was very courteous in taking us through the menu and also recommended us to try the new Vegan menu. They had also given an insight by telling us about Atlantis. The Manager - Miss Anna Marie and Mr. Anuradha was also very polite and friendly and kept visiting us to check if we were taken care off. I can really come to this place one more time or more and not worry about bad service or bad quality as I was very confident about the ambience and staff who were seen to be very positive.

Plenty of seating, tables large enough for big groups and romantic booths for date night ;)The menu has a delicious assortment of main dishes, appetizers, and desserts.Service was excellent and not pushy...Ambiance was warm, delightfully playful with the centerpiece being the huge oven located in the center of the restaurant.I would highly suggest this place for a quiet and delicious evening.

We stayed on vacation at the Atlantis hotel. But when we came to the restaurant for soup, they did not accept us, saying that they did not have a free table at a time when all the tables were free.We ask to eat only soup for 30 minutes, but we were refused.In any case, it is necessary to reserve tables, even if all tables are free. it was said by a Russian-speaking girl at the reception.Couldnt taste the food to leave a review about the quality of the food, maybe ok, or maybe just as awful )), but the service in the foreground is far from good!hostess

I went again to Ronda Locatelli to enjoy the touch of the new GM Claudio on food and atmosphere.He delighted me with a typical specialty from my homeland and other great surprises. You can enjoy delicious food in a making-feel-good ambience.Staff extremely professional and welcoming (Chiara deserves a special mention).The restaurant is bound to achieve even higher quality, I will be there again soon!

This place was AMAZING! The pizza there was delicious and very cheesy, one bite equals to a long string of the most delicious cheese I ever tasted. I do recommend any kind of pizza for they have a verity of amazing kinds, their menu was excellent. And the martini was great as well.

Went for lunch here (on the back of the reputation of the london restaurant) and I can say the food is outstanding. As an Italian I can say this is authentic Italian food. Must-haves from the menu are as appetisers (and I truly suggest you do order appetisers)1. the “frittura mista” which is tempura style vegetables (light deliciously fried not heavy at all) then:2. The “focaccia al Rosamarino” which is a rosemary bread that is to die for. The flavour of the rosemary is like out of mum’s garden in Italy.3. Try the “burrata” cheese which is a soft creamy cheese served with veggies.This is what I liked the most and I truly suggest you give this restaurant a try. Forgot to take pictures infortunatelly but I will make this a regular stop for my Italian food kick. So will take some next time.A special thanks to Claudio the manager who came to see us at the table and made sure the service was impeccable. I miss that in Dubai. It’s rare to find truly outstanding coordinated refined service even in a top notch restaurant.

I ordered spaghetti bolognies for my child , and the taste felt undercooked that she didnt eat any. I ordered a pizza , but it was not that good nor it was warm. For my starters I had caperese which was good but I preferred for the mozzarella to be sliced instead of a one whole piece. For the desserts I craved a tiramisu but they told me they cant serve it to me because it contains alcohol. And I didnt like that they didnt have alcohol free option. I think they forgot that we are in a MUSLIM country! Anyways I ordered a cheesecake instead and it was so so so bad 👎 not worth the money but the staff were super friendly

Great Italian cuisine

We planned a trip to Dubai and Ronda Locatelli was on our radar for a long time because of their vegan option offerings. While here, they were offering a 3-course special. However, it had to be booked through a specific link. Unfortunately, the link did not work from multiple devices, with different credit cards, or even by downloading the reservations app. No one had an answer! Not the restaurant or the third-party provider. I was beyond frustrated because we got a run around for nearly two hours. At this point ANYONE would give up. And I felt that like doing it.However...We decided to book through the hotel, which meant we would pay A LOT MORE for the same dishes. That was a big bummer.But...The food was good, although my gnocchi dish was too salty. The service was amazing. We enjoyed every moment of it.I do wish they made it easier for them to honor their own deals.

Had a fantastic meal at this restaurant on the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The restaurant looks gorgeous and the service was first class. We weren’t staying at Atlantis The Palm but were nevertheless made to feel very welcome. The pizzas was amazing with simple Italian style toppings - just like my family and I love. I highly recommend it.

We had a dinner birthday night booked for my wife.. but got seated inside with a 3y kid.. at the entrance they told us all outside tables were reserved. We were dissapointed and the night was ruined we ordered starters and a bottle of wine but dissapointement was huge. Our waiter inside was very nice.. so after predreing main meals.. I thought I could just ask for an outside table and waiter Rami organized it for us within 5 minutes.Overall food and service was great.. but Rami made the difference on this special night! Thank you!

Located in hotel Atlantis The Palm, this restaurant is authentically Italian. Food is great, staff is ultra professional. Some of the staff is actually Italian. Lovely gluten free pizza. They even prepared a very tasty vegetarian soup for my baby. Staff was great with my daughter. Price was great since we were allowed to use Entertainer app. It was our second visit to this restaurant and definitely not the last one.

Nice place to be there and enjoy your meal with your loved ones....they have lots of choices in their menu for non-vegetarians ...but have very less variety for vegetarians.Tried pizza here which was cooked from fresh hand base and have fresh sauces with delicious flavours and soft to eat.But...it is costlier according to their tastes and presentation of foods...they even charged triple the rate of a water bottle.Like its a high star place but not as worth to spending.

Amazing food. Great ambience. Super friendly staff. Best Italian restaraunt i had been to. Burrato is a must try dish. Ordered 4 kinds of pastas & all of them were delicious. Yes, the place is super expensive but you get what you pay for. Totally worth it. Head chefs are from Italy & got to know that most of the ingredients were imported directly from Italy , while pastas were homemade by the chefs. Overall amazing experience.

Not an extensive pizza menu, but the pizzas are 10/10 for quality and taste, and the bonus is that you can get a decent bacon or ham pizza if that’s your thing. The antipasto soup is also so tasty I often order that as a side as it is delicious to dip my pizza into. Warm service – you feel like this is a family running the place (which is more of a European sense than Dubai’s standard big corporate hospitality machine.

Fantastic food, highly recommended

Great food, excellent service. The menu has a mix of traditional and some modern Italian twists on it. There is a comprehensive wine list and a decent amount of cocktails and mocktails. Kids menu was good as well. Surprisingly pork was on the menu.

Pizza was fine, lazanga was good, service was very poor, we wait 15 mins to get any attention the another 15 mins to get proper actions, the experience in general is not worth the huge money you put in here.

Pizzas were decently priced and a good size. Other mains felt expensive for the quantity of food. It was all a good quality though
