We ordered the carbonara, Chicken pesto and turkey pizza, and the mac and cheese balls. Food came on time with Zomato, hot and fresh. Prices are reasonable with Zomato Go pro app (50% off on online orders!). The food items looked and tasted great. Neatly packed too, no spillage. Would definitely order again!

First time we order through deliveroo, the mozarella pizza was AMAZING ! Thin dough full of flavour, wooden oven definitely. Also got the bolognaise pasta that was good aswell but the pizza was better 😁

The only good thing about this restaurant is they make fresh pizza in front of you, however their taste is not soo good have had more better pizza then this and also its a an expensive restaurant. Very much avoidable.

I had a dinner with my friends here last Christmas Eve. The food are great especially the Lasagna ala Bolognese. The ambience is just fine and location is accessible. Worth a try!

The worst company ever.....ordered through the entertainer....1hr and 45 ins later nothing received....called them and waited for 17 mins to get hold of them.....talked to sharleen......checked the order and the their answer is... we had a technical error and ww will prepare the order now and send it within 30 mins....2 hrs and 30 mins later.....NOTHING RECEIVED YET......why dont you call your customers to ask if they can wait for so long or cancel the order......very unprofessional .....only out to cash in your money and you can wait for your food.....DONT USE THEM PLS.

I ordered a deal of buy one get one via zomato. The resturabt sent me one pizza and when I complained they said I selected one.seiorsly !!! How was my order processed and full payment charged when my order was not complete. Joseline who said she was the supervisor of barsha branch said she cant do anything. I should contact zomato. No one from zomato helped. I had the worst experience ever.they should have called me to check but MsJoseline said they dont call customers - if you werent sure you should have sent me the same pizza ...but no because no one wanted to send that pizza in the first place. If you did then the resturabt supervisor after knowing that it was an error she should ahve done something. But she chose not to do anything g. Its a shame ! I will never order from pizzaro or recommend it to anyone. Your customer service is not just bad iys horrible

Pizarro is to my opinion one of few italians in the UAE being able to prepare a pizza close to the ‘italian’ taste.They also used to have nice home delivery offers. However, choice of Pizza’s is very limited in this offer and the most delicious one’s are now excluded!

Pizzaro is a different Pizza around Dubai. Pizzaro feels more authentic Italian food. They serve Pizza and Pasta mainly. They start with free bread, Balsamic Vinegar and Olive oil, which is typical with Italian restaurants. So compared to the fast food pizza chains like Pizza hut, Papa Johns, Papa Murphy etc, Pizzaro feels very different. The base is freshly prepared and baked in the oven which is exposed to the customers. The fast food chains mostly rely on frozen base. Pizzaro Al Barsha Location is very much accessible especially by foot. Its close to the Mall of Emirates.

Received SMS about the business menu, ordered and after few follow ups I received my food (1.5h later) cold as expected.Although I informed about having a 100 aed bill at the time of placing the order and kindly instruct the driver to bring either change or card payment machine, he does not have any cash or machine.So I pay 100AED for a 56 AED cold pizza and he says he will be back with my change soon... 3 h later ni sign of him.After continuous follow up with the call center, I am promised that I will receive my change back soon and granted me a 40% off bill next time I order from them.Today its Tuesday they have 40% off any way lol. I will not order for sure as the stress vs. food taste its not worth it.Thanks for a great offer, it wasnt worth it.

We used to order from the Downtown Pizzaro all the time and they provided great service. Al Barsha less so unfortunately…We were told it would take 45mins.After an hour we called and were informed the driver was on his way.After 1.5 hours (double the time) we called and were told he had already delivered.Another 10mins and he arrives with cold pizza.We called again and were told we had to pay for it in full or it comes out the delivery drivers salary. For us this is completely unacceptable. Pizzaro management need to try harder (and are responsible for their 3rd party delivery partners).

Pizarro used to have one of the best vegetarian pizza in town! They recently changed the ingredients! Unfortunately and instead of getting it even better they ruined! Hope theyll reconsider and reverse those changes to stay unique in this competitive market..

2hours waiting for delivery and they didnt even deliver the food,after calling an absolutely inadequate manager picks up the phone and talks nonsense with lame apologies.Asked to cancel the order and they cant even do that because money already paid.Completely unprofessional and incompetent personal with an ok food far from being something tasty.

Everytime we go to Dubai we go there and the food is absolutely amazing. Small, nice, clean and cozy place. Definitely great italian cuisine - fresh ingredients and amazing taste. Friendly staff. We DO recomend if you go to the Mall of Emirates - stop there, it is behind the corner.

One of the most stupid places ever seen in my life. I booked for my family to have a group iftar and after two hours they told me no places available. I already moved to the shop and then suddenly we have no where to go . The phone reservation stuff was so rude and telling this is what we have, find another restaurant. I won’t ever go there

Very cosy little corner! Im not much of an Italian food eater, but it was good enough for my Asian pallet. The place has about 4 or 5 tables for 4 on the inside (probably more in the winter). I only give 4 because Im not entirely sure I would eat here again without the entertainer..

We ordered a pizza tonight at 8:15 PM, it was already 10:20 PM and we haven’t got the pizza, we call the call center and they don’t know what to say, only that the branch is not answering. Terrible service. Never ordering from this place again

Reasonable food at a reasonable price. Doesnt feel as mainstream and factory manufactured as Pizza Hut, its at least the same if not better than pizza hut. Most importantly - ENTERTAINER! :-)

How to give no star!!!! Ordered thru zomatoe Terrible gniocci chewy bologhnaise sauce has strings of who knows what meat have stomach pain really disgusted as it was a costly lesson. Calling the restaurant to try and find out what meat it was took 5 min and the meat kept changing as the conversation went on .. Pizza also expensive and terrible thanx for nothing and for waiting my money

Ordered through Talabat at 7.21pm and arrived, after Id complained, 1hr and 25mins later. No apology whatsoever despite promise to deliver within 60mins. Receipt shows driver picked up the order at 7.31pm in Barsha branch and delivered to me in Arabian Ranches 1hr and 15mins later. The branch is only 15mins away from my house. Seriously poor on Pizzaro and Talabats part considering they had my number and chose not to bother calling me. Wont use them again.Update: a year later, new order directly with pizzaro al Barsha, because I deleted the Talabat app, on buy 1 get 1 free offer but still terrible service; late delivery! Gave them a second chance but they failed miserably. Never again
