We were super hungry and also wanted some good food at the time we came to this place.It was the first time for me being there and when we ordered the pasta as one of the regulars like to have it, I wasn’t sure about how it would taste so plain.Believe me, I have not loved Italian Food as I loved after having this. It wasn’t plain at all.I don’t even remember what it was called I am afraid but let me tell you it was delicious 🤤

We liked the place. We took 3 different pasta. All of them were tasty but greasy. Portions are big.Vapiano is everywhere the same. You can observe behind the glass how they cook your meal.One thing I noticed: pasta with salmon was prepared with garlic in Europe, while in Dubai they used onion. I prefer garlic.

Addicted with truffles, the truffle pasta is to die for! Love bruscheta too bits, and the bolognese ofcourse my all time favorite. Good quality food and food value for money. Didnt like the idea of having the basil pot in the table, yes it is so convenient coz basil really comes with any italiian diah but during pandemic, it doenst feel hygenic, who knows who touches it.Just saying. Overall experience was good. Will definitely come back....

Had a luck to find a place just outside of restaurant, n a good company, very good meal and a view to a fountain just in a time of show. A dash of Italian cousin, professional staff, pleasant and friendly.I ordered mozzarella pizza with bresaola and to be honest one of the best pizzas in dubai (and I have tried lots as I have bee 6 years living here) and then spaghetti with salmon and this was supreme. This was above and beyond expectations. Congrats vapiano

This is not Tomato soup.. this it Tomato PASTE soup. Never had this experience with Vapiano anywhere around the world.. shameful!

One of favorite place, casual and quick. Arrabbiata and magharita is the best here.Because of its location, it’s very busy during lunch time, recommend to visit during wknd if you are living near by.

I am so glad i made this choice of going to Vapiano. Weve had pastas as creamy, authentic as the ones at Vapi! (oh yes thats what we call it).Thank you for taming our hunger pangs, were so happy with the service too! Overall 10/10! Do visit!

I love this place, if you are fine with their concept of ordering in the counter and paying on the cashier... food is really nice. Fresh and basically cooked in front of you. Not super fancy but perfect for some nice pasta or a pizza. Soups are also hearty and nice. Vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Better go to Dubai mall branch. Disappointing food as their food in Dubai mall is much better. Service is on point but their food isn’t. Won’t come again!

NOT as Vapiano Dubai MallI went to Vapiano Marina Mall Abu Dhabi on 3rd Dec 2018 with my family.The service is very bad- No welcoming- No any word when picking up my food- No one pass by our table and ask us about anything?Chef (Arvi) not friendlyFood: less than average (Vapiano Dubai mall taste better)- The spaghetti was less sauce and the pasta is was all cut into small pieces. I asked for extra sauce but the chef just trying to avoid adding more after couple of conversation- Risotto wasnt that good and all other Italian restaurants risotto taste better.In the Cashier (Sreejith)- Cashier didnt ask for my experience or the food- when I went to him he did not say anything except 118 which is my bill and thats it lol.- once paid he didnt even look at me and said Thank youThe atmosphere is normal and the high chairs I can see most customers are avoiding it. the lower chairs isnt that comfy.- And the waiter passing by and calling numbers of the ready order Thats waaay bad and there is no way to know if your order is ready unless you wait in front of the chef.definitely untrained stuff and no supervision. I will never go back.

I first went to Vapiano last year in Zurich and it was amazing. Tried it again here recently, and it was just as good. The food and atmosphere are really something else.

Simply put, cafeteria style dining with restaurant experience and high quality freshly made food.They have pizza, pasta, salad, non-alcoholic bar, and desserts.Most of the food is made fresh to order (lasagna and desserts are pre-made)Small pots of basil on the table to add flavor to fresh dishes in addition to fresh pepper and olive oil and balsamic vinegar.They have indoor (separate smoking and non-smoking) and outdoor tables.Parking can be a challenge during the day but after 6pm (when media city starts to close for the day) parking spots free up behind the building.Overall, highly recommended for food quality and efficient friendly service but not the best location or setting for a dinner out.

I won’t think this review will change my impression of the brand, but it will stop me from coming to this branch.The place is clean. The staff were welcoming at start. At the pasta station noticed they are busy, and repeated the order three time. The order was wrong, when I approached them about missing spice they did not place they offered chili flakes, I tried it, it didn’t work. I went again, they offered fresh chili and put too much and seemed in a hurry/annoyed. I expressed my disappointment and walked away - no one cared. My wife’s pasta was hard and sauce was not cooked well, we replaced they made it well the second time.To my surprise, there was what seems to be a supervisor who would not assist them rather give them attitude for messing up.Throughout our stay no one came to express an apology or what went wrong. Business as usual.Mistakes happen we are humans. The store’s team work environment does not seem healthy - I hope I am wrong but I don’t appreciate a work culture that does not respond to the needs of employees under pressure and or when admit to making mistakesThe Dubai mall location is friendlier environment better (been there five times), I am going there

I am only giving this facility 4 stars because they make fresh pasta on site. The concept is great, except after you order, you have to go pick up the food and serve yourself. They dis not give me a device to let me know when my food was ready. So it was just a random guess. Not sure how ling the food was sitting. The sauces were lacking depth in the flavors. The chicken was overcooked, which I fully understand chicken can be difficult. But for the price they are charging for some meal items, the food needs to be spot-on. The fresh juice was very refreshing and a pleasant surprise to the meal. All-in-all a nice, but not a memorable meal.

This is the second time we have been here since march as thats when me and my family arrived in Dubai and both times we have had hair in the food. Be sure we wont be coming here again.

Excellent quality food with a fresh taste. Air conditioning wasnt working well that day so the restaurant was too warm to the point that it got uncomfortable. Nothing was done about this. (Maybe offer free water?). Nice place to go with friend or as a couple. Has a really cool kids menu.

My first time going. It was delicious. If you are getting pasta you choose between 6 types (penne, linguine, ravioli,....some others.lol) and you say what you want off the menu. Food was hot and fresh. Chill atmosphere. Chill vibe.💚

Love the pasta, the antipasti, the smoked salmon is yummy. The overall atmosphere is really nice. They offer complimentary hi-speed wifi that is very stable. The restaurant has a dedicated smoking area which is really great. One of my favourite places!

The food and staff were fine, but the ordering and the layout was such a mess. It was too confusing as you order at different stations, and took way longer than needed. Not likely to return...

A great Italian restaurant for lunch or dinner. The food is pretty good with a variety of great options. They had whole wheat pasta for a short period of time, but thats been off the menu for a few months now.Overall though, its great and i would recommend the Penne Alfredo and the Risotto

Best pizza in dubai

It was a new concept for me which I really enjoyed. The quality of the food was also very good. However the quality of service was poor and appalling. The staff were not courteous at all (especially the pizza/salad) section, their behavior was quiet patronizing and seemed to be annoyed. I had invited a few guests which was off putting and embarrassing.

Always a great Italian 🍕 restaurant to visit. The food has great taste and the menu has been recently upgraded with new additions. We finally have now 🍝 brown pasta and this is new for the branches in the use as I have seen them in the branches outside the country.

I recommend, good place, nice food smell, but you need to google the menu carefully, and ask for the details as it is not common the words they use, they use Italian idioms for the food, and you go order your self from each food section, pasta, risotto, pizza and salad, you have card you scan in each section to count the credit and it is good idea, no paper or taps needed to record the order.
