Be careful before ordering. We went to their Dubai Mall branch and ordered a Fredduccino Choco. The picture in the menu and the description says coffee topped with whipped cream. Upon receiving the bill we were charged extra for the whipped cream. I asked them why charge extra for something thats supposed to me part of the drink - the staff said its standard policy. What?? Its standard practice to keep hidden charges? You can check their menu - its not mentioned anywhere that the whipped cream is an additional item. Very misleading. Not visiting them again. On top of it the staff kept arguing and didnt want to listen at all. Very poor experience.

It’s a decent place if you’re looking for something different and smokey . I went to their Sahara Center outlet in Sharjah. The decor was decent and the place was well lit with a good view of the mall shops around it. The staff was friendly and helpful with the menu. Anybody hitting that way I’d recommend their Steak Sandwich and Chicken Mushroom Pizza.

I highly recommend this cafe. The coffee tastes great, appropriately priced, served hot not like other places we tried and there are always decent offers and discounts which come handy in these difficult times. They have a wide variety of drinks and between me and my husband we tried most of them and never failed to impress. The service is excellent. The girls are polite, friendly and welcoming whether you visit in the morning or late in the evening. This cafe is now our regular when we visit Dubai mall. I just hope they move to a nicer location.

Told us everything costs the same. then we had to pay 50 ADS for 3 bullets! give more and more ice cream in the cup and then want it to be paid!

Cafe Barbera is a great escape for me when I am lazy to make food. They have a combo lunch offer where you will get pizza and drinks. We paid 115 DH for two cups of ice cream. In euros that is € 28, simply overpriced and a cheek!!!

Best Italian coffee in town and amazing location!!!

A Habit of Upselling - the icecrean was very nice, but the server kept on adding extras to oir orders without permission, racking up a bill much higher than expected.

Café barbera is nicely located on the 3rd floor of Burjuman mall. There is ample seating place and the cappuccino is something that I really like. The coffee and the muffins make an awesome combo. The blueberry muffins are better than the others. They also have sandwiches and ice cream. Didn’t get a chance to try any of those.The café gives a discount of 10% on everything to all employees working in burjuman tower plus it has free wifi. The service is fast and they happily listen to your requests. The pastries aren’t that great.
