Done a request for transfer 10days ago the operational.team.left me with no internet and no fixing of anything they said the system.is down and nothing was fixed it was left.for me and he technician cancelled the request on the system!!! As if it didnt exist...

The customer care is extremely pathetic, a person there Jefferson is extremely rude and lazy person I ever saw in my life. When we asked them to give us the replacement Sims, he is denying by saying we dont have stock and all. Last time also same happened with him when we came here as this is nearest place for us. I dont know why this person just want to avoid the customers and not interested to resolve the issues.
