For business account you need to waste at least 3 hours of your time here. I dont understand why only one counter is working and very very slow service. Why can we just update all documents online. Very poor service.
Today, When I got new Phone I tried to Transfer my E-sim from my Old phone to new Phone they says it’s not possible take new E-Sim, So I took new E-Sim I paid 26 Dirham and when I opened and Scan they says it will take 30 minutes, I captured the Photo of that Sim Card and Wasted after 1 Hour same E-Sim not working, then I visited again the Store and they asked me to pay 26 Dirham in order to Get Sim Card again, because I don’t have the sim Physical, why I took E-Sim 🤦🏻♂️, I Requested the Manager for Compensation but he Refused, Even Helpline 800101 they didn’t Help me. It’s so embarrassing to write this but they just Charged me twice for E-Sim 🥺
I upgraded my plan to the new freedom 600 plan and also applied for an additional SIM card (multi sim). The plan worked for a few days and everything was fine. Suddenly, three days ago, my SIM card stopped working and for the past three days I haven’t been able to make or receive calls or use my data. I went to Etisalat and was asked to try the new multi sim in my phone, which still didn’t work. They then said that all the SIM cards needed to be replaced even thought 3 of them worked fine. After issuing 5 new SIM cards, and deactivating all the previous SIM cards, now, none of the SIM cards are working! In the last three days I have spent more than 15 hours in Etisalat and the problem is ongoing! Instead of assisting me and rectifying the issue, they asked me to leave and call Customer Care to lodge a complaint over the phone, which means spending more hours explaining what’s happening over and over again. Then they will try to call me on the same number the issue is raised on and obviously won’t be able to reach me (since the SIM card is not working) and then they will close the case saying that they were unable to reach me. It just seems that no one cares enough. My time is valuable and I don’t want to spend the next few days on the phone with Etisalat or at any of the Etisalat branches. This issue is causing me considerable losses. There was a reason why I upgraded, so that I can make unlimited flexible calls and what has happened is defeating the whole purpose. I need to use my phone ASAP and need someone to assist me in rectifying this issue urgently.
Worst worst worst service. I m tired of visiting 6 times to business center and so many times to 8005800. May dues are clear but my line is still closed. I dont know what to do. I had to sit with 2 kids for more than 3 4 hours. N no solution for anything.

I renewed my Emirates ID two months ago in Emirates Mall with the help of itisalat agent and suddenly my number was cut today and the reason is that I didnt renew my Emirates ID.Its frustrating and not professional .The worst service ever

I just visited deira city centre branch of etisalat one guy named Michael Diaz behaviour was sooo unprofessional . He was not helping at all. I complained about over paid but he was keep saying dont come here call on help line.he should be bit polite with people.

Worse service. There is only 1 counter for business related things. Waited 3 hours for my turn and when my turn came they were not able to solve my problem and send me to other customer service center
