Not the best service, as I had to drive back there after 2days to follow up on the repair of my Lenovo laptop, customer service is nothing to write home about. They had promised to call me and let me know if they could repair the laptop or not but no one called and when I called no answer until after 4tries. They ended not fixing the laptop cus of lack of parts for the laptop.Unfortunately I returned the paper given to me when I retrieved the laptop, and my number is 052113860, if you find any number with this similarity then I’m sure you will remember. Zero Professionalism and work ethicsMy laptop webcam working fine when I gave for service. When It was returned back to me , webcam image was upside down. When I showed the technician again ,they said they cannot fix the problem and advice me to buy webcam from outside and connect to laptop..

They found out the problem I had with the phone was a piece of plastic stuck in the charging port and were able to remove the debris and fix the problem in 30seconds Other shops I went to wanted to open the phone and replace the charging port. I went there because my laptop getting hot i told him to clean the fan and to apply a special thermal gel on the microprocessor . Not only that the computer still getting hot also he have damaged my keyboard. I had to argue with him one hoir so he will replace it for free . I don t recommend the shop

Went there to repair a laptop screen, they said they would call me the next day to let me know how much it would cost to repair but they never did, after few days of follow up calls I got my laptop back (5 days later) without repair because they didnt find the required spare parts. So I take it somewhere else for repair and find out that its a software issue, no spare parts required.
