Bought a laptop from them and after updating some incorrect files it crashed and stopped booting, They didnt hesitate to immediately send a person to take it to the tech support center.Since I was new in Dubai and needed the laptop as early as possible, they promised they would replace the laptop if the repair took longer than 2 days.
