I must share my wonderful experience I had an hour ago in this location of Etisalat. After long and painful communications online to get the issue of my internet resolved, I decided to visit the main office in Etisalat in Dubai. Jeffrey, was the customer service agent who happened to be the person I had to talk to. I cant explain the understanding, warmth and cooperation which Jeffrey has extended to me !! He was just amazing and professional fellow. He handled my case with extreme and genuine care. Then, he communicated the issue with Afraz, the technical supervisor who also cooperated with me in an outstanding manner. Actually, these two gentlemen have made my day and I must thank them for their excellent support.

This location is wrong. You need to come here to get clearance letter. But they are doing their best to not give you the letter. I called and canceled my line and customer service said I can visit any branch and get it after 24 hours. Then I visit a branch in burjuman and they said visit here. Then I visit here and they said come after one week. Horrible service. But customers can do ? No options.

Very bad service and too long wait times, just to hear that the service you require for your plan is not possible by them and you have to call some helpline number which no one picks up.

Biggest telecommunications provider ,but the plans , recharge are costly. Not economical if you are going from India. Lookout for other options like virgin, or even international roaming from local subscriber. Regarding Etisalat ofc in deira , its a front office including sales and support.

Incorrect location of Etisalat Business Centre. One needs to visit the Business Centre in Deira City Centre for account cancellations.

This location map is wrong, theres no business centre here, I wasted my time😠

Its main office of etisalat but unfortunately I am very disappointed because they dont have a free parking for visitors. Even for the staff. Etisalat must notice that people coming in the main office for some serious issue and they should respect the customers and give them facilities.....Its near Union metro station and walking distance to the building .

Big Thanks to Ms. RINKY JOSHI.Weve been traveling far going back and forth to etisalat Deira HQ just to solve one complain regarding a home line connection. Weve dealt with so many Customer service representatives yet none of them actually helped till Ms. Rinky assisted us.She never left us, the 4months complain has been finally resolved within the day!all Etisalat CSR should be like her as others are rude and unprofessional.

I visited there couple of weeks back . This office is located in a prime location where they kept the area very neat and clean . Receptionist were very friendly and all the staffs were very sweet . They greeted us with amazing cold drinks and snacks .. I do not want to disclose the deals we had but everything went very smooth and few staffs were very helpful throughout the process. . I would recommend them to any future references because theyre best in business also one of the top company in UAE in this particular segment ..Wishing you guys all the very best in future .

Do yourself a favour, when you need problems solved with Etisalat, just go directly to the main office in Deira - this is the place where you will get your resolution to any issue. I was lucky to be assisted by the manager Mr Abed who is a true gentleman and super-efficient. Great Service!

This is another Main Business center of Etisalat in Dubai. It has many helpdesks and many payment machines. A cafeteria is there and parking facility is available. Many display items also regarding latest phones, equipments, instalment plans etc.

The renovated showroom is amazing. Simply Etisalat has the best smart shop in the UAE. You really dont need to be assisted by an employee.

Hellowe are contacting for our land line moving request. we can not speak to any one on Etisalat after calling 8005800, 101 extra. There is no one to answer to our calls!Can we PLEASE speak to a human hence rep. (Human ) in Etisalat? Worked in this building with Etisalat in their IT division. They have business centre here. Polite and friendly staff. Timings are 8 am to 8 pm. Afternoon is generally busy time. Visit early morning for your queries. Friday is holiday.

If you want all the Etisalat services,this is best place to go. Near to union metro station and availability of parking, friendly staffs... makes things easier

Deira Etisalat Head office building, business center available at ground floor and help desk also available to guide you to the correct section based on your requirements and staffs are very supportive with good knowledge. You can check all the new models of mobile phones from all famous brands here also there is a Timhortson located at the same area

Horrible experience. Out of 25 counters only 5 are open. Service is very slow and noticed lot of people that just walked out as could not wait any more. BTW parking outside is 50dhs per hour. Advise to park in neighbourhoods around and grab taxi when it is too hot

Its hard to find a parking there, so you may be have to go for the expensive valley parking. Also you wait too much to get served, i didnt like the way they work there, fancy place and nice views but not utilized well. Thats my opinion.

Customer service is good, but they failed to resolve my problem! Which means I didn’t get an Etisalat connection after giving my passport (during my tourist visit ), they are telling the machine is not reading my passport !! It’s really funny, that my passport was very new and it’s really their problem!!They don’t have another option to give a connection to a customer.

Conveniently located close to bus stop and Union Metro Station. Staff is quiet helpful. They helped me through the process of cancelling my Etisalat account in a day.

Etisalat customer services is the 1 of the best organizations, good management, customer satisfaction etc.

First of all its a parking space that someone has marked as Etisalat. Ive been living in Dubai for 15 years. Dont remember 1 single year I have not had any complain with Etisalat. The managers in this company dont seem to be qualified enough in solving/understanding customer problems. Compared to the Du the policies and way the company implements them are not at all customer friendly.

The service is ridiculous slow. I was waiting 1 hour to be seated. Exactly 58 minutes. After another hour of procedure with unprofessional help, they realized I still need a document, that I mentioned I didnt have with me from the beginning. 2 hours of complete wasted time.

All work regarding your etisalat mobile number or landline or internet can be solved here... even you get a dish connections with all kind of TV channels...U can get all brands of mobile with a postpaid connection in easy installments or else u can get it in cash without any connections also I guess... if u have an old connection...U can transfer a friends sim from his name to yours if he is leaving UAE and you want to use that same sim but its chargeable for AED 50/- and both the parties should be present there...

Very very unprofessional and illiterate staff. Etisalat is very very bad in handling customer complaints and queries. If they have to get 1dirham they will spoil the happiness of common man but if we the common people have to get 1 dirham they truly don’t care and don’t help as well. Very bad in justice organization. They are the curse of this country.

Dear Etisalatthis is to bring in your attention that you have put all the advertisements and hording, probably everywhere, even in store. for the new iphone xsmax and when we ask your staff rudely they say its out of stock and dont have any specific date of arrival, what??? we take appointment slips waiting long time in the ques and when we ask they say NO STOCK SIR,,and your help line number is really the worst of all time. they said you have 3 pcs in Dubai mall, stock here there, but literally not there any where, we took your precious time and when we visited it wasnt there. its really cheating the customer every time, we have using your services every time and dont expect from you.Pls. provide a specific date of arrival to the customers, to avoid any disappointments in the future and losing your reputation.

Dear Etisalat ,I want to bring to your notice that I am having issue with Etisalat company. I requested to cancel my elife package (TV/Internet/Landline) on September 26th 2018. And today is 4 th October 2018. So it has been 9 days since I requested and no one has contacted me till date. I went already two times to Etisalat store they raised the request and said to wait that someone will contact me shortly nothing has been done so far after that I called Etisalat to number 101 for the several endless times around 7 times on daily basis the representatives also says to wait that their team will call me but no one called me so far but I am keeping receiving sms saying that they could not reach me which is not possible at all as my mobile phone is always on 24/7 and I never put my phone on silent mode even I am receiving calls from other companies, friends and family but apparently Etisalat can not call me what a surprise for me. I am really frustrated I hope that my review will help me and other people as well who are having same issues because it is really insane ridiculous that for such things I am wasting my time and energy due they are unprofessional behavior. My elife contract is getting over by December 2018 so my concern is they might think to charge me till the end and renew my contract without my approval. I really don’t want to keep elife anymore!
