Such a terrible service at burjuman store. Lady from counter no. 10 was so arrogant and rude. I went for a new postpaid connection waited for 1.5 hours and had to go back home empty handed. Out of 11 counter only 3 working counters that too during rush hour. They gave me 3 tokens numbers one after another and none of the tokens were accepted by any counters and pushed me from one counter to another. Really very disappointing.

Helping staff,self help machines for bill payments. Bring change if you want to pay the bill or if you are ok to pay some extra amount added to your account. I faced this difficulty. Staff is really good and ready to help in anything they can.

Excellent show room. Great support from staff. They are always trying to reduce the crowd, asking the customers immediately whether the problems can solve early by using machine or not. Any kind of issues will be sorted out immediately...

I went 5 times to fix an issue & even provided all the proof which shows the exact cause of issue. Unfortunately still my issue is not solved even after 15 days. This causing me a lot of inconvenience especially during in my job search time and the number which was lost has given as my primary contact number.The main Issue was:-I lost my mobile while travelling on RTA bus on 3rd of June’2021 and same time complaint has been lodged with RTA customer service.Same day I went to Etisalat center, near Sharaf DG metro to lodge the complaint & block the lost SIM, they simply denied on the ground of expiry ID.After that I immediately went to Burjuman center for same complaint, but here they at least listen to me and lodged the complaint and registered with my valid passport.Here are few issues which still not solved.Visited 5 times to check my status of replacement SIM. Every time they just scanning my documents and sending for approval. Simply say that we will get the call within 24 to 48 hours, I had waited whole one week on my first visit to get call, but went in vain.Not providing proper support. Not able to solve the issues single handed. Not a professional leadership to help the customer, only staff’s decisions are final and the result is zero and unsatisfied.Sorry to write long complaint, Please listen to customer carefully and understand their genuine problems. Consumers still considering that ETISALAT is one of the best telecom service.

I went more than 5 times to fix an issue. My etisalat service was disrupted due to non registration. I did the the registration and paid all my dues. Still my issue is not solved.I am not able to receive or make any calls due to disruption of service.Not providing proper support.Not solving the issues timely.Causing me a lot of inconvenience especially during this time when I am in the look out for job.Sorry to say, improve your service!!!

#Unprofessional storeThere is no marking of where ppl need to wait and when you try to enter they say its closed for the service you wantThey tell you that you need to call a number to cancel your account no wonder looking at the way they service their customers they need to have a helpline to cancel accounts#800 6665 You can call the number and enter your account and it tell you to go to the store 😂😂#goodjobatwastingtimeJust a waste of time#badcustomerservice

If i can put zero stars i will , the worst unprofessional service you have and unexperienced customer service, since two weeks we apply for etisalat elife service , till now we didn’t get the connection , and they already inform us that it will take only 2 to 3 days , as you know that schools are online and working from home and no one even shows . So sad for this bad experience.

They take long time to cancel a connection. Also nobody will respond if you go for cancellation. They will tell just talk to customer care centre. Thats all. Also think before you buy any postpaid plan or you sign agreement.its a trap.they wont give any discout due to covid or loss or job

Etisalat is one of the worst companies that I have ever worked with. High prices, they know you have no option apart from using their services, they don’t care about anything called customer service or customer support especially for customers who used their services even for many years, the call centre team are untrained and very poor problem solving, 2 days back i waited more that 30mim on hold to tell me restart your connection again!!!very frustrating experience and I would never recommend using this company if you have another choice

Very well managed govt office. The staff are helpful. Its very well organized with their token system. You may have to wait your turn. Very easy to get to it using the metro. Nearest metro station is Al Qusais. If you travel by car as well parking is not a problem and also it is free.
