Great experience. But iphone 11 not available

There is waiting but bo waiting area , im here after a long day at work and i have to stand the whole time!

The place is not comfortable. Youll have to stand until its your turn to get served. Then youll have to stand again to do what you need to do. In the end, they will probably end up telling you youre not eligible for the service. At least put couches in the waiting area :)!!!!! I wanted to get an iPhone with monthly installments. They said I need to pay a downpayment:3900 dirhams.. 3800 as a downpayment!!! Like the phone costs only 4900. This is almost the full amount.

I had a disaster customers service experience. Irresponsible and misleading staff. Nothing they say can be trusted as they are more concerned to be left alone rather than provide the necessary service. They have no hesitation to attempt customer extortion and intentionally deny customers rights and try to change facts. After hour and a half they managed to connect with their colleague who had the decency to admit that the mistake is on their side. Still, nothing is done from etisalat to fix it regardless of their promises

Worst customer experience of my life, I went there to have my visitors line registered, I approached one of the workers to ask what the process was, totally ignored me and went about his business. Walked to another female worker, same thing. Just walked away.If you can avoid this place

I’m setting up my wifi and landline through Etisalat, so i have received a message saying“Dear customer, Reference to eLife subscription **, the technician will visit you on 13/01/2020 at 1:00 PM. kindly make sure to be available on the mentioned date and time. Etisalat Appointment Center.”I left my office to be available for the technicians to visit but they didn’t show up for so long. I called to raise a complaint and all they had to say was “our technician will be late today, but they will for sure come today” and they had no valid reason for being late.EXCUSE ME? l left my office and took a cab to my house in the middle of the day and they’re not showing up on time!!Do i have to make myself available for one full day at home just waiting for their majesty to arrive??TAKE APPOINTMENTS SERIOUSLY BEFORE SENDING TEXTS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.Very disappointing service.

The manager is a problem creator not a problem solver, but he is just a part of a big Lie, I strongly dont recomand this internet provider they re super expensive, cancelations fees are high and you always, lose at the end no matter what your plan is DO Not Go for them.

Terible experience ! After waiting 15 minutes with a ticket given by the host man (I have explained to him my request Before, I had just to go on automatic machine but he has prefered redirect me to a sellor), the sellor didn’t give me the price with VAT, so I don’t have enought money to put in the machine (I have but the machine didn’t give change...). I had to exit the store, buy a drink and go to the store another Time. 2 sellors were available they don’t handle my request. The firsr sellor came and he left me alone in front of the machine I had to ask every 2 minutes. Bad customer service !!!!

They has to be under investigation both and fired and judged fairly from the misconduct that i saw from them they should not work for customers at alllI had an issue with the hotline he saying you have an issue with Etisalat don’t complain to meHow duty manager could say this !!!! He representing Etisalat and i’m goi There to get my issue sorted ! Worst Mobile operator in the world. Due to a technical glitch and instead of activating weekly monthly package they charged me for monthly roaming package AED1200 / USD400 for only 1GB consumption and they don’t want to remove it...biggest crooks in the world

Expensive

Expect to wait for about 30-50mins before you are served although its not busy. Theres no point in having a token system when staff just push other customers ahead of the queue. Disappointing service indeed!
