Worst Possible Company ! They literally dont deserve even a single star and I am really surprised how government is allowing such company to run the operations.When I went to them with my claim, leave alone the claim even the response to my simple greetings was rude. They treat you like they are doing you a favor by doing their job and please forget that your car will be repaired anywhere before 3 to 4 months.I have never written a review before but I am forced to write about this third class service provider. Never get any insurance policy from them.
It is my worst experience ever. I have full insurance for a luxury vehicle. And the attitude is just terrible, not saying that no one is even picking up phones. I am not coming back ever again. Sorry guys.

My company car got an accident in July, fault from another party, till November they did not repair our car, I have called them 100 times, only few times I was able to talk with them but with 0 result, till now car in garage. Now they are saying that we have to cancel car. This is last year we will renew any police with Al Khazna insurance. Insurance company management has to take series actions against workers who spoiled there reputation.

Among the worst insurance companies that you can deal with, my Infiniti car has comprehensive insurance and repair inside the agency, unfortunately, after 7 months my car had an accident against the side and when I checked the insurance company with the police report, they refused to repair the car, and despite the constant follow-up with them, they kept on refusing and then offered I had to repair inside a regular car garage. I was not satisfied with that, and the aunt remained in this situation for more than 4 months until I finally filed an invitation with them in the Dubai courts to collect my rights. Dubai courts ruled for me the full amount, but after suffering with them for more than a year and a half in the courts. It is possible, knowing that I tried to complain to the Consumer Protection Association in Dubai, but they are without authority and they can never pressure or force anyone to pay what they owe, they are a formal party to try to reform only)
