Awful experience with this terrible company. They decided to charge me 10% of the total cost of repairing my car. The reason being is that I didnt register my claim within 14 days of the accident.That would be fine had I of known I was getting this charge. I triple read my policy and all the small print to check I hadnt missed it and it is not mentioned anywhere.Another factor is that I paid for agency repair so of course its expensive to repair there. If I had known I was going to end up paying 10% I would of gone to an outside garage.I ended up paying it because they rarely answer the phone, NEVER call back, barley speak english, and are rude. I would have to fight this for a long time. All the while spending money on taxis.I got completely ripped off by this company, dont let it happen to you. Look else where for insuranceIf I could give 0 stars I definitely would of.
