I have canceled my policy and have been trying to call their head office for 3 weeks to collect my cheque and no one answers my calls, as if I’m calling none existing company!

36 days calling them and NO ONE ANSWER !!!

One of the worst company. They are not answering the calls, refund is so delay! No customer feedback. Better choose another insurance company like Oman, AXA, RSA Juilmin, Zurich etc

One of worst service and specially the staff at al warsan tasjeel he was so rude with customers and not providing tax invoice at the same time. After payment I wait for 1 hour for my receipt
