Very poor service, patient part is hidden in approval letter as well online, they dont care about patients.they make health care providers also in confusion
Enet declined further investigation as to why i was experiencing severe sfomach an kidney pain. My blood and urine tests came back without showing anything but, I still experienced severe pain. My dr requested for me to have ultrasound to look into what else may be causing my issue. Enet declined. Terrible company.
Very bad services , staff is also not cooperative from last 6 days i am waiting for my normal sugar test approval they are not giving. Very difficult to contact with them also.
THE WORSE NETWORK PROVIDER EVER EXPERIENCED. WHEN THE PHARMACY TRIES TO CALL THE CONTACT CENTER FOR PRE-APPROVALS ALL THE NUMBERS ARE UNREACHABLE AND NO ONE IS READY TO TAKE ALL THE CALLS AND MAILS.IN CASE IF THE PATIENT IS TERMINALLY ILL AND WOULD NEED TO TAKE THE MEDICATION URGENTLY, THE PERSON WILL BE FORCED TO BUY THE MEDICINE AND PAY BY CASH.

Hai.May i have the pharmacies list where ENET card is accepting. Last two days searching the pharmacies accepting ENET card but i cant.Please let me know the pharmacies name.
