One of the worst experiences that I have had in insuring a vehicle has been via Goodwill Insurance Brokers/Insureme.ae. I have been unable to close out a transaction regarding my vehicle due to an outstanding premium since Dec 2017 from the broker to the parent company. Have called twice to follow-up and the lady at the front-desk does not seem to have a dimes worth of customer service etiquette.A lower premium is not worth this hassle, perhaps the last time I have used this broker.
