I recently had a car insurance claim done through omega , Mr.Alan from their claims team was extremely proactive in terms of the repair follow-up and proper updates. May God Bless him for his kind gesture he had done for me since I was fasting during this time , he took away the hassle for me by picking up my vehicle from my doorstep and delivering it back.I would recommend their claims service and overall service to my friends and family members.10/10

I had insured my car with Tokio Marine through Omega Insurance Brokers , Their support with the claims handling was surreal. My car was damaged on the main road and I was in stress when this happened. But all thanks to Mr Alan Korah Alex from their claims team who was very kind and a true gentleman in his work. He arranged a tow truck and his follows up and updates are over the bare standard of all brokers.I had insured my vehicles with mostly all the big names Insurance Market , GARGASH , Pioneer and I can’t stress on how well he had taken care of my case.Without even asking me , he had taken care for all my needs. On a usual note the repair job is completed and I have to visit the workshop for collection. But This is the best part of insuring with Omega. They delivered my car to my doorstep !! Put an extra deal of 199AED for free on my car. Interior and exterior polish made my car look just like brand new once again.Can’t thank Mr Alan and Omega for doing this great Job !!

Worst.... very poor service i have seen ever, not recommeded for anyone...please stay away from this broker.....I have taken a futura insurance from them and concerened guys always seating in India ...everytime i call on landline no one answer.

Irresponsible , Misleading , careless staffon my insurance it was mentioned 50% of on dental networkthe provided network of clinics are over priced and says they have no ties with Omega insurance and did not acceptwhen asked to reimburse for the misleading information prodived they refusedstay away from this company

Worst service. Once they agreed took their payment then moved back and since after 2 months they have not refunded my payment which they have to refund me. My biggest mistake to make Medical insurance with Omega. Not Recommended at all
